So I stopped here primarily to use the restroom but I figured I would order food as well. The restroom was absolutely disgusting. Someone (I'm assuming an employee) used the entire room as their ashtray. I say employee because there were repeated burn marks on the top of the trash can lid. There were ashes all of the floor. Nasty. To order, they don't even help you at the counter anymore. You have to order on a kiosk. Dining room was filthy. Trash on the floor. I've at Taco Bell for 55 years, and it used to be a great value, even when I was making only $1 an hour. Today's meal at this location may have been my last! $23 for two crunch wrap supremes and 2 five-layer burritos. Not that long ago the burritos were on the value menu. Not only was it expensive, it wasn't very good. The crunch wrap was not crunchy at all - something I have never experienced before, and there was only about a tablespoonful of meat in each item. This is consistently one of rudest Taco Bell's I've ever been to. I'm sure some of the employees are great, but man whenever you speak to one they are always rude and always just seem to resent that you've come to order anything. Anytime you place a mobile order and arrive to pick it up they will 9/10 times ask you to wait at least a minute or two at the speaker before allowing you to pull up to the window. I understand this might be because of corporate regulations about how long someone can wait at the window or something, but to then be rude after making you sit at the speaker when you actually get to the window is too much. I will always give this location five stars. I usually order late at night before I go to work (third shift) and replace the beef with steak among other customizations. They get it right every single time and my order is delivered always hot. Based on the other reviews, it may just be the nighttime staff, but whatever staff or management in the PM that took over this location in the past few months is phenomenal. Lived here for years and it was always an average Taco Bell, but now my orders are delivered with 100% accuracy, hot, and tasting better than ever before I go to my night shift. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. If I could give them a zero, I would. Customer service is awful and rude. We placed an order for our business in the morning online and paid for it in full. When you place the order online, it asks you what time you plan on picking it up at. I put on there 11:15 am that I would pick up promptly. They charged my Visa and everything went through fine. When I came to pick the food up at 11:15 I was told that they only had three people working there and they would not have it ready for at least a half an hour. My reply said that I was picking up at 11:15 and ordered hours ago. They said well when you place an order online that's large you should've followed up with a phone call to make sure we could do the order. What? Is it the purpose of online ordering to make it easy for both parties involved? You get the notification and the time for pick up and I've paid in full. If there's a problem with that contract, then Taco Bell should've called and said sorry we cannot fulfill your order at the time you requested. Worst Taco Bell by far. Have completely screwed up my order twice now. I thought the first time was a fluke but the second time they completely shorted me a taco and then argued with me about it. I don't know what kind of sub humans they employ at this location but if it's any indication of what kind of creatures inhabit Cuyahoga Falls. I really hope they all get sterilized so they can't reproduce and further infect the population. I've been trying to come in for over a week, but they keep the doors locked so they don't have to serve people in the dining room. The store might as well be closed, because the drive-through is so slow that it hardly moves unless someone gives up and pulls out. Went to the drive thru at 9:15 tonight for food for my daughter and her friend. I pulled forward enough so that our friend could speak the order, as it was easier than for me to repeat it. The guy was immediately annoyed because the THIRTEEN year old girl did not answer his "How are you tonight" and just went into ordering food. He said "I am fine thanks for asking." My daughter very stated in a very calm voice that she thought he was rude. He heard her and said "I guess I won't be serving you tonight". I pulled forward and asked him about our order.
