My recent trip to Taco Bell was truly enlightening. I finally understand how a place earns a proud 3.8 stars. I walked in and stood at the counter while multiple employees made direct eye contact with me--so at least I know I wasn't invisible. After waiting long enough to reconsider my life choices, I loudly said, "Hello?" and asked if anyone was working. Bold move, I know. That's when an employee--possibly a manager--who was comfortably seated at a table deep in conversation with another worker decided to grace us with his attention. No name tag, of course, but he offered up "Jacob" when I asked (sure). Instead of something radical like, "Sorry about that," I was informed that I "had to wait." Wait for what, exactly? The conversation to wrap up? The stars to align? I stayed patient and didn't match the energy, but the highlight was when "Jacob" said he couldn't wait to get my complaint. Confidence is admirable. Customer service? Not so much. If the goal is to treat paying customers like background noise while prioritizing table talk, mission accomplished. It was honestly horrible experience, i understand that drive-thru is priority but that doesn't excuse the lack of effort and respect that should be given to the people inside! I had an online order to pick up and my partner was going inside for me. I'm currently injured, not able to walk without assistance! I knew that she would need a picture of the order number and name so I gave her both. She showed the staff the order number and name yet refused to give her my order for some reason? She was then waiting in the restaurant for over 15 minutes waiting for an order that was in front of her the whole time! I then had to unfortunately get out and walk inside just to only give the staff member my name and suddenly the order had appeared. I'm not sure what that insinuates but it's a bit uncomfortable to me and very disrespectful. While waiting for the staff member to look for my order I over heard other customers complain aloud about their wait time too! Delicious food and good tacos are the best! Sometimes they are slow to serve or get the order wrong. But today I love them.

Most clutch late night road trip stop. Made the food to perfection in 39 seconds. Filled my tummy with happiness.

I have been coming to this location for many years, and it always had good food and fast service. My husband and I went this last weekend, and did not have a good experience. The front desk service was slow and the tacos, and Quesadillas were noticeably underfilled. we will not be returning to this location. read more

Floor was dirty in lobby, the employees DO NOT acknowledge your presence even though they see you and make eye contact, and even though there is a front register, someone didn't want to take out order in person even though we wanted to pay in cash. Worker wearing gloves to walk out of building touching doors to hand bags to parking customers, then heading back to line to touch food. They need to take off gloves before leaving the back n then wash hands to get back on line. Food was stale no crunch to the tacos. The floors were sticky in the lobby. read more

It's Taco Bell so it's what you'd expect. I mostly go at night and have no issues at the drive thru and they get my order right. I don't suggest going in the evening when they are busy because they make every car in the drive thru pull to the front parking lot and you have to wait for God knows how long for them to bring it out to you. I really hate that this Taco Bell is the closest to my house. They have the WORST service. 4 times now I've been asked to wait out front for them to bring me my food, only for me to sit outside for 30 minutes and have to walk inside to find that my food had just been sitting there. This last time I complained bc my tacos always get soggy and the bottoms blow out. The manager just stood there and continued to make other people's food and didn't even acknowledge or speak to me at all. I know...what can you expect from fast food?? WE STILL PAY for service. I really enjoy Taco Bell and I've never had issues with employees or my food at this location. Normally, they have short wait times and I swing through on my way home. Unfortunately lately, they keep having long lines that reach all the way to the street. It appears to be an issue about 10:45 pm. Idk what occurred to make this an ongoing issue. However, when it first started, I thought it was due to the return of the Mexican pizzas. They have been out for a while now though and the line hasn't improved. Just had the worst Taco Bell experience. Came through the drive-through and had a terrible time ordering. I could not understand her and she could not understand me. Among 2 other things, I requested 3 soft tacos, 3 sour creams, and an UNsweetened ice tea. When I looked in the bag there was one soft taco and no sour cream. Best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The service is impressive for a fast food place. Surpasses your normal expectation. The drive thru service is quick. The gentleman in the drive thru tonight 3/1/20 was particularly pleasant and delightful. I always get Updating 6/22/20 Another 5 star review. Looks like management changed or the new upgrades on the building are forcing them to not add the normal amount of filling to their meals. I've always ordered the Crunchwrap supreme and never had to complain about the filling. The last 4 times I got a Crunchwrap there was barely anything in the Crunchwrap. Mostly just lettuce and cheese. There was barely any meat. I expect management to fix this. When I came back to correct it the lady tried to say I told her my order wrong which I KNOW I didn't. Why would I order bread and cheese? This place is so modern that it kind of sucks. 4328 is the code to the ladies room. Your receipt will be texted, emailed on non-existent. So, when the guy asks you where your receipt is to prove you actually paid for the drink you have to track a human down for to request, your mind kind of explodes. No humans helping. Been coming here almost every week since before the remodel. Came tonight to order my usual, mexican pizza no beans with two tacos and my mexican pizza barely had any meat in it and it didn't taste like it was cooked all the way. The new employees are nice but you have to ask them more than twice to get the sauces you asked for. Idk the next time i'll be back. The drive thru line is always super busy at this Taco Bell. They knock it out pretty quick considering how busy it is. My food is always hot and freshly made unlike some other fast food places. There is a variety of things that I like here. The only downside is the sales tax is very high in Dumfries (10%). I can't ding them for that because they can't control it. read more

This place was super fast . We went inside. The reason I am giving it a one is because of cleanliness. Upon arrival there was a young man standing in the doorway cleaning . This same young man took out order and gave us our order as well. We watched him very closely and did not see him wash his hands. The tables and flies were very sticky and the soda machine was very dirty . There was trash all over the floor as well I just wish we took pictures to show. Will never be going here again! read more
