This Taco Bell has been my "go-to" as a poor, young adult. Lol, I drove thru yesterday and surprisingly there wasn't a huge line! Their menu is always so extensive and I like that the workers tell you to order whenever you're ready, so I don't feel pressured to hurry. I went with my all time fave, the nacho bell grande hold the sour cream. I also saw that they have a new "loaded nacho taco" for $1 so I said why not. To add to that, it was happy hour and their freezes were $1, so a watermelon freeze was added to my tab. Lol The food tasted fresh and was properly made. My nachos had the perfect amount of toppings and the taco didn't have food on the outside. The nacho taco essentially is their beef, nacho cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and the red frito chips. Add diablo sauce and it's a winner! My only complaint would be the small size, but you can't say much when it's $1 right? 5 stars for the presentation of the watermelon freeze, but that's where it ended for me. The drink itself tasted diluted and I found the candy seeds strange. I loved their pink starburst freeze and I'm really hoping they'll bring it back for the summer. Visit was around 11pm 7/20. I waited about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru tonight!! When I got to the speaker, a female voice said, "I'll be with you in a moment." Taco Bell can be good when they actually decide to put a decent amount of ingredients in my tacos. Some days it feels like I ordered air with a hint of meat. The drive-thru? I ordered two dirty Mountain Dew zeros and received normal mountain dews (not even diet). When I confirmed with the drive thru worker if it was diet she had an attitude and said yes, and as a diabetic person if I drank that drink I could have hurt myself! I worked food service for 20 years and I get it's easy to have a bad day, but diet sodas should never be confused for normal as people can die from it. And to lie to my face is just messed up. The food is great, and it looks nice n clean, but some of the employees have insanely unhearable accents and add weird items on accident.

Ordered a cheesy double beef burrito, asked to change beef to steak & extra nacho cheese. When i got home there was beef instead of steak, which was disappointing because the whole reason i went was for that steak burrito. I went back, and the nice lady at the window fixed it for me no problem & gave me a free taco voucher. But sadly the remake burrito was cold, with unmelted shredded cheese and no nacho cheese and just overall unappetizing. Super disappointing read more

There was no one in line at midnight on a Saturday which never happens. The person taking my order seemed annoyed that I came thru the drive thru and was rushing me when I was ordering. I ordered a number 4 and requested for the crunch wrap to be double grilled. When I got home the tortilla wasn't even warm. Also the tortilla tasted like cinnamon and my mom's burrito had onions/garlic in it.. she said she kept crunching on something and we ordered a bean/cuz/beef burrito. It just seems like the staff was careless and deliberately throwing food together. Dude food is not cheap anymore and if we are going to Taco Bell at midnight it must be because we are hungry and want something quick hot and comforting asap. I happy with the service because most of the time I am short on my order. I just placed an order 15 minutes ago through the drive-thru and when I got home I noticed that I was short. They missed two of the tacos. I guess I should have checked my order prior to driving off, but that what I get for trusting that they are going to do it right. I usually don't go to fast food chains but I came in today to retrieve my free taco from T-Mobile Tuesday! Okay, first of all, I know this is a fast food chain. Each Taco Bell chain taste the same however not every Taco Bell chain presents their franchise the same. I ordered my free taco by phone and chose to pick it up at 7:30 PM. I got there at 7:20 PM and it was ready to pick up! The cashier was nice and friendly. When I do come here, the dining area is always clean. The food I received was hot, fresh, and presentable. I've never had a problem here so if you want a quick bite of Americanized Mexican food, come to Taco Bell. read more

I ordered a crunchwrap supr meal. There was NO crunch becuz the corn tortilla was missing from the crunchwrap. The sour cream was sitting at the bottom of the crunch wrap and the tomatoes were sitting in another spot on the bottom. The whole meal was thrown together like garbage. I came today at 01:10pm, ordered for to go, B**B*** F. I am not sure if thats her register that she used on my order. She work at the drive thru, Middle Eastian Female. I asked her for the Luxe Box, All shes does was knod on me, Don't speak much, So I asked question and I answered my own, and she just said YEAH. She does not want to even explain anything about Luxe order, I asked her is that come's with Chalupa STEAK. she answered YEAH thats steak. and stared me very rudely. No Hi, Hello, No thank you, When I paid she just turned around and walked away,don't say anything at all. She is very rude, her body language says it all. I was going to confront her rudeness, but I thought nah, not today. I don't have time with this type of behavior. She work at the fast Food Rest. She should know how to greet people and atleast say Thank you. And she made me feel like I was not suppose to be there or something LOL. Then I asked one employee who she was, but I don't really get her answers, but I was told she was always been rude. We ate in this restaurant since 2004 if I am not mistaken. But since the rudeness of employees I hardly come to this area, unless I feel like eating or no choice but to get from this area. I remember the Manager there He was nice very polite and very respecful and friendly. He is the Mexican guy. I am not sure if he still there. Taco Bell has always been hit-and-miss for me. Sometimes it hits the spot when I'm tired and it's one of the only things open. When it sits for a while or gets luke it's nasty. However lately I had to get breakfast there when in a rush and wow. Their breakfast here was delicious. Call me tired or whatever, but I had a really good breakfast here. The food was fast and the tables were clean. The breakfast crunch wrap supreme with bacon was very delicious. My only complaint was my coffee was the darkest coffee I've ever had. It did wake me up and I got my day started. I will be choosing taco bell breakfast over any other fast food breakfast spot. McDonald has nothing on them. read more

This has been a crazy experience. The manager victor at this location was beyond rude! Not only was he rude but he walked up on my mother in front of my kids and tried to fight her over asking why we couldn't order an additional 2 taco's and asking for a supervisor. I can't believe that even some of the managers of these establishments don't even take accountability when they're wrong. I've been to this particular taco bells plenty of times and was never so disappointed with my order. First of all everyone's so surprised that you want your food fresh...like anyone wants to spend their hard-earned money for food that they just had sitting around for hours under some heated light. Then you get your order and it "supposably fresh" but it's cold. I mean c'mon you expect me to believe that in a matter of seconds my food got this cold...no they knew damn well it was never fresh in the 1st place. What it is they don't expect you to double check... especially in the drive thru. Too many restaurants inside or out are like this. It's hard for a fast food place to get a 5-star review from me, but this experience was just that. We left the Carl's Jr. for the deplorable service we just experienced. This was as far oppoSite as you could get! They were polite and professional taking our order and repeating it back correctly. Then, while we were waiting to collect our food, we saw the car in front of us got a little soda spilled on their car, and the drive thru gentleman reached out the window to wipe it off! Above and beyond. So, I mention this when we get to the window, explaining the night and day difference from what just happened. He's patient and listens and apologizes for the experience AT THE OTHER PLACE, gets our food and the gives us some Cinnabon bites to make up for the bad taste the other place left in our mouth. They asked if the screen was correct I said no, it says senior drink and half the food is missing, he says he is correcting it and then says okay now is it correct, I said no it's the same, he said well what's wrong with it, repeated again we don't want a senior drink and half the food is still missing, he repeated the order which was right and said that is what I have and I told well the screen isn't updating. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AT THIS LOCATION !! I went through the drive thru and ordered my food. They now have people outside who take your order and your payment if using a card. When I got to the window they tell me that my card didn't go through. I thought it was weird because the person who charged the card didn't say anything. So i check my bank account and show them the charge. The manager Tiana then started to argue that it didn't go through and I have to pay again for the food. I kept showing her the charge and asked why is there a charge if it didn't go through and that's when she threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. She proceeded to yell and call me names cursing. I ended up leaving not getting my food that I had paid for. I've worked in fast food and am shocked at how this manager handled this situation.
