As someone who shamefully orders from this Taco Bell once or twice a week, I'm not surprised anymore by the missing items. It seems like employees intentionally leave items out of DoorDash orders. Dreadful employees. I placed an order online and arrived to pick it up. After more than 10 minutes from when it should have been ready, I asked for an update, which apparently set off a series of events in the brain of an employee with purple hair and multiple piercings in her face that caused her to lose her mind. She kept the problem to herself until I violated her "protocol" by asking the person begging my food to please not tape the bag shut. I've never seen an employee explode over something as inoxuous as asking not to tape a bag shut. I know these people are underpaid and I know their job is miserable and I know they have no control over their environment at work. But making customers miserable for sport is not a good way to make it a little less awful to work here. read more

this is usually my go to taco bell in eugene but the last few times i've been i've been more than disappointed in what i've received. obviously it's fast food and i'm not being snobby, but i ordered three items today, the chipotle chicken burrito, a doritos cheesy gordita crunch (sub beans), and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. the burrito had fritos in it???? i did not order the cheesy frito burrito. it was made incorrectly, it was cold, and not grilled. second, the gordita was SOGGY and there was NO CHEESE, nor was it grilled or even toasted on the outside. i haven't even tried the cheesy bean and rice because i feel sick from these other items. step up your stuff taco bell because this is extremely disappointing and disgusting. taco bell is my favorite fast food chain but recently i've been being so let down. it's going down the gutter. i wish i could get a refund. not to mention nobody helped me for the first couple minutes i was in there, my to go order just sitting behind the counter out of reach. y'all lost one of your favorite customers read more

I am a doordash worker and I frequently come to this Taco Bell to pick up customers orders but it has never been a problem for me. But recently the workers have been, excuse my language, assholes! So as any doordasher & business that associates themselves with doordash knows that sometimes you can get two orders at once from the same place, so due to this I got two orders at Taco Bell. But when I arrive their lobby is closed, and their drive-through is shit dick long. Furthermore, they say I have to go around for the second order instead of taking both my orders and giving me both of them at once. To make shit even worse, the guy that works drive through talks like he has a dick shoved up his ass & doesn't know shit about common decency associated with customer service. OK, OK, I NEVER thought I'd be reviewing a Taco Bell, and I guess that means there's a "first time" even for old curmudgeons like me! I was in Eugene for business and needed a quick bite...yay, there's a Taco Bell right as I got off the freeway! I parked, went in, and was immediately greeted and welcomed by the counterman...hmm, strange! I asked for the bathroom code, and discovered a CLEAN RR; wow again! I returned to the counter, got my order in and out, again with friendly service. After I sat down and ate, and was doing business on my phone while sipping the last of my drink, the counterman came over, and offered to bus my table and take the tray back and away! OK, now I am stunned, especially as he says, "If there's anything else you need, let me know, sir." BEST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN...LOL...just a nice bit in an otherwise very stressful day. Honestly, I work at Taco Bell I work there from 6:45am to 4:45pm Monday through Friday. Everyday I've been reliable employee, I've done a lot of work to prove myself. I was promised a shift lead position but the general manager did not tell me in her words the reason why she chose somebody else. She chose somebody that is not leadership quality. Later she ended up proving herself not suitable. Well the general manager knew I wanted the position and she knew I was going to open my availability to become shift lead so I can get paid more. Since then she has gossips about other employees to the other team members, offers $40 to one team member if she got the most surveys, speaking this in front of me. Then the next day she offered me a gift card, the gift card was for Taco Bell the total amount was $5. I work at Taco Bell why would I want a gift card of $5 for Taco Bell? So she's showing favoritism to a couple employees in front of me to prove what? I'm so sick of the wishy washy personality, today was over the board of her treat me like s*** I'm done. I need to talk to somebody that's corporate because I want to report her behavior towards me and I know she's done it to other people as well. She's made it to where I'm not motivated to come to work anymore I don't even like going to work anymore and it's not because of her; is because I'm sick of the favoritism; I'm sick of being triggered so bad I want to go use drugs again; but I'm not going to let her win. I won't go down without a fight I just want to complain about the general manager myself because certain people can make their own food although it's against the rules to make your own food. I have become a regular at this Taco Bell. I'm not surprised, but here's some thoughts on the place: - The staff is really friendly and great. I honestly have a better experience with the people working here than with most other places in the area, even fancier places. - They do get very busy at unexpected times. There is definitely a lunch rush and definitely a later than expected dinner rush (from probably 7 or 7:30 to 8 or so). A good chunk of these people use the drive through, so dine in customers might be left wondering why it's taking longer than one would expect with an otherwise empty dining room. - Most of the time they play country music. Completely not my thing but I don't care that much. Food critique: - The vast majority of the time, the food is perfect. - On various occasions, my Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito has had next to no cheese, next to no rice, or the rice was undercooked and slightly crunchy. I didn't complain because they are $1 each, are ready in less than a minute it seems, and I don't care. More expensive foods are consistently better. - Despite how people tend to joke about Taco Bell's food making them sick, I have never once been sick from their food. Stuff all you fancy people need to read: - This Taco Bell is the most affordable place in the area, next to weird 7-11 pizza or something, to get a hot meal. That said, you will see people here who aren't carrying around couture bags and who didn't drive over in a new Mercedes. - I am often asked for change, or I get to "enjoy" the smell coming off of some stoner teens. Then I remember I'm at Taco Bell, and that everyone needs to eat. There's some really cheap stuff on the menu and I totally don't mind helping out when someone wants a cheap burrito. - Staff does kick out unruly patrons and they often have a security guard standing by the door. - The bathrooms are locked. The code changes regularly. - They give out free water to anyone. If this bothers you, check your privilege. I never say that, but seriously. All in all, this place is a neighborhood staple. I am so thankful that it's here because it does serve an important function in our community by providing affordable food and not being judgmental about various income levels. I've been coming here at least 3 or four times a month for about a year now, and usually have had good service. However, the last time I came here was a HUGE disappointment. I ordered at the drive-through window around 7pm on a Wednesday night. The team member taking my order either could not hear me very well which could be an honest mistake, but I had to repeat and clarify my order several times. When I pulled up to the window, the team member had placed my tostada containers in a paperbag vertical side up, as opposed to horizontally, which would have been the proper way. I should have stopped and checked to see if my food was okay right then and there, but I didn't. I regret that decision. Instead, I just turned the tostadas the proper way they SHOULD have been put into the bag in the first place, and drove home. When I opened the containers, my tostadas were a wreck. The mild sauce was splayed all over the place, and made the tostada shell soggy. There was hardly any toppings on them either, except for the sauce, which was extremely disappointing. So I basically ended up eating a saucy, soggy, tostada shell. I was very tempted to drive back and complain, and that I wanted them to redo my order since the team member(s) who prepared the food and placed it into the bag failed immensely. But by the time I got home I was exhausted from a long day at work, and it would probably end up costing me more money in gas to drive back and do so. Next time if I ever come back here, and that's a big IF, I will definitely be checking my food before I leave to make sure they didn't screw it up. read more

At this location there is always a HUGE line when we go, they mess up or forget at least 1 thing and they aren't very friendly. The location is very challenging to get in and out of due to the heavy traffic on the street and when in line, you have to hold up the line behind you due to incoming traffic that needs to flow right through the drive-thru line. Not my favorite Taco Bell, but its close to downtown when we need a quick pick up dinner. read more

The food was typical Taco Bell fare, so no problem there. My issue was with the service. When I received my food I said "Thank You". I expected a smile or a "You're welcome" What I got was my tray tossed on the counter, a grunt, and an aggressive hand gesture of undetermined meaning. Later, I went up to the counter to request a to go bag. I was given side long glares and then ignored. I said, "Excuse me" to the nearest employee and was given a another grunt, however I did understand this grunt to be a question, so I requested a bag. Terrible!! Received order with incorrect ingredients. Called the "manager" (male) on June 16th and said our issue wasn't with him and was extremely rude! I work in the food industry, have for 15 years and this sorry excuse for a manager laughed at me over the phone. Saying "post mates prepared my order incorrectly." I'm in disbelief at how they handled this, obviously won't be back but I think you need to more careful with the people that are selected for hire as definitely more selective to those considered for promotion to handle guest issues. God awful service from the minute I walked in. I was the only person in there and the guy was immediately rude sounding calling me "dude". He didn't ask for my name or for here or to go, anything like that, no friendly face, not" receipt. Still being the only person in the place, the just set a bag on the counter and said a number. For 1. I wanted it for here, so he coulda asked. For 2. I got no receipt so who knows if this wasn't somebody else's food who had just stepped outside? Terrible customer service. Asked to order a bean burrito and crunchy taco wrapped together like their old double decker taco. I've had this made in the past with no problem. This is my 87 year olds father's favorite treat. After four weeks isolated in the hospital, he's back at his assisted living home under covid19 lockdown. No visitors for six weeks. I wanted to get his favorite treat to cheer him up and they refused to make this. It's almost 2 pm. Not the lunch rush. Really taco bell. It's too hard to make this to cheer up an old guy.
