Customer service, I can understand that people are tired, but to be nothing but rude to the customer for the workers mistakes, I mean come on. First, I called to let them know things are missing from my order and the guy who answered the phone seemed irritated that i was calling. Second, when I pulled up to the service window, no one, out of the 3 standing there, took the time to open the window and offer any kind of apology. The only time they opened the window was to shove the food out and say "here ya go, thanks" and shut the window. They also don't know the meaning of NO CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell location I've ever visited. The taco shells were stale the lettuce was brown and the meat was almost nonexistent. Maybe a tablespoon of meat in each taco. We also got a chicken quesadilla that also had almost no meat (see photo). Will never go back. read more

I'm absolutely so sick of this Taco Bell always causing issues, I pulled into the parking lot and started building my order took 10+ minutes just to have the app freeze and not let me proceed to check out. I went inside to see what was going on and they said they had the online orders SHUT OFF, then told me that I couldn't build my boxes inside because they "don't have the buttons on screen" what ever happened to the customers always right? I use to go here in the morning before work but I avoid it like the plague. Not because of the food but because of the Latina girls that work the drive through in the morning. I can't understand what they say through the coms. They speak really fast and away from the mic. I place my order for the same thing every morning and twice they got my order wrong. So I ask them to put my order on the screen so I can make sure it's right. The lady responds blablablabla pull foreward. This last time was ridiculous. I asked please put my order on the screen so I can see you have it right and the price. She responds blablablablabla foreward. I get to the window and she opens the window, looking towards the back of the room talking in Spanish. I'm like??? She puts out her hand for my payment. I ask how much is it? She says pull around and park on the side and then shuts the window. I just sat there and waved in the window to get her attention. She opens the window points at the ground and says your car is on the plate you making the time display a long time. I said I just want my food I ordered one thing and how much do I owe you and can you verify my order please. She starts talking in Spanish to the other lady in the back and then looks at me and says pull around the side and park I bring food. I drove away to never return. I've eaten at this location since it opened YEARS ago. For the record there is an american born white lady that works the morning occasionally and she always is easy to understand, is polite and puts my order on the screen immediately with out me asking. I will give Taco Bell five stars. Taco Bell is on Barger Street. Taco Bell sells taco and burritos. I think the best three things are the tasty chips, the bean burrito and the way they make everybody have a good day and feel warm inside. I go there almost every day and I love it. I lick the biggest burrito because they put delicious cheese on top. The lobby gives people a warm place to stay. I would give that ten stars if I could. They work hard on their food so people stay there and eat their food without leaving. They make tons of food for people. Although they make their food and they say they don't like it, the employees still try, so I'll give them five stars. My dad and my mom go there with me, and my dad eats there at lunch time. My parents pay for me and my sister, but they don't have to do it. They are nice and that's why I thank Taco Bell. I will give Taco Bell thirteen stars. -A.S.R. read more
