I've been to this Taco Bell probably 15 times so here's my honest opinion. This Taco Bell is always inaccurate and when you ask for 20 sauces in the drive thru they give you 5. Seriously? The drinks can be a hit or miss because they never replace the syrup bags so it can taste like seltzer water when you order a Pepsi. The drive thru wait is seriously 10 minutes long, just no. How to fix this issue: Order inside. You can get all the sauces you want and you can fix your order right then and there if it's wrong. read more

Corporate or a manager need to take a look at this and fix some issues. Talk in around 10pm. Trash was full drink machine was sticky, litter around the sauce area. I ordered a combo that came with a crunch wrap and 2 tacos with agua Fresca. Worker failed to get the agua Fresca, just gave me a cup. The food took SO long to come and half of it was messed up!!! My little brother ordered a dorito beef cheese taco and got chicken with lettuce!! went to eat in store, door was locked, so i called and asked if the dineing room was open, was told it was but side door was open, i asked why isn't there a sign saying that. was told that i had to figure it out on my own, i asked for a manager, he said he was the manager. i went inside and asked to speak to the store manager, not the shift manager, he said there isnt one so im out of luck. a couple weeks ago the tacos i got from drive threw were all crushed. this taco bell need some serious manegment training! read more

Normally I would give fast food chain three stars, you know what you're going to get (blah food and poor service). I have to do a shout out to this location though, the staff was unbelievably friendly, they even came to our table to bring a taco my friend ordered. Don't get me wrong...I do eat junk food...but generally speaking I really shouldn't be because I have to make my minimum daily requirements of vitamins and nutrients. But for some reason I just can't kick the taco bell. Well anyways, this taco bell is pretty much the same as any other in terms of cleanliness, but I have never had a problem eating here. Nothing has been brought back inside so far as I can remember, and they have always been pleasant. I've tried going here the past few times & just walked back out the door. The line was 10 or 15 people deep just waiting for their orders. The last time I actually ordered was inside and it took a while to get it. I had to wait for them to fry my chulupa shells, so I waited 10 mins or so. The employees seem to just talk to one another instead of actually taking care of the customers. It's suppose to be fast food, so I'm not expecting the best, but some things should be prepped & ready to go. Doubt the drive-thru would be quicker but probably so cars don't sit there. The service at this particular Taco Bell is awful. The last four consecutive times there have been through the drive through, and I have been shorted items on every occasion. Four times in a row! That is ridiculous. Today the order was missing four items. Four out of seven. So I was given less than half my order! And I guess they don't think you'll notice since they try to do it every time. The first two times I drove away and had to walk in to fix the order. The last two I caught at the window. Today I literally took everything out of the bag and was in shock. It's just crazy that it is happening every time. Since it's the only Taco Bell close and really not that close to me, i will probably be back to try again. I mean, should I expect more from a giant franchise? It's laughable and at the same time it's suspicious. The training there has to be changed, or more thorough. This is probably the worst Taco Bell around. If I could give it zero stars I would but unfortunately I have to leave at least one to post a review. It's never an easy trip here for something quick to eat, it always results in a headache and being pissed off because the children that work here can't get orders right and just throw shit together. I don't know why I give them so many chances. Last night was my final trip here. I had a simple order for ONE burrito, asked for NO sour cream. The girl at the speaker repeated my order and it even showed on the screen "no sour cream" when I get to the window and grab my order, can you guess it!? THERE WAS SOUR CREAM ON MY BURRITO, ASIDE the fact it was thrown together, not even wrapped up properly and looked like damn dog food. How can you mess up a single burrito? So I reverse at the window and make them redo my order. She brings me out a new one literally 1 minute later and this time there's almost no beef, no cheese, and it's cold. Now I'm just f-cking pissed. So at this point I just threw it out and left. Not worth the hassle anymore. These people are so ridiculous here it isn't even funny and there's no customer service. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've been to this Taco Bell three times and each time I've waited in the drive thru for 25-30 minutes. Then after I've waited all that time the girl working the drive through was not even kind. She didn't greet you or say have a nice day. She didn't care to ask me if I needed sauce so I waited another few minutes for the girl to come to the window so I could ask for some.
