Honestly surprised how dead it was on a Sunday but eventually picked up a bit. Came in with 14 and they were able to arrange the tables for us quickly and seat us down. Server was kind and quick with service. Everyone loved their food popular dishes were the quesadillas and birria tacos. Really liked the birria fresh, flavorful, but felt lacking in sauce/cheese from what I've had in the past. The quesadillas were huge! Great options and selections for drinks as well. The food was very good. Our waiter was good though he spoke limited English. That was not a major problem. We placed our drink order which was served quickly. The chips and salsa also were served quickly. So far, so good. I ordered a 22 ounce Modelo. I seldom order a 22 ounce beer but on this occasion I did. When I picked up the mug the bottom fell out. Twenty-two ounces of beer on your shirt and jeans creates quite a cold mess. It seems this has happened previously as the waiter was not surprised at all. They comped us for the meals but not the drinks. If I can get the beer smell out of my clothes all will be fine. If not I'll be asking for compensation for new jeans and shirt. read more

I asked him if he was there was a wait time and he said I don't know, but we don't have any open tables. Was looking for a great Mexican place that's fairly local to me and I found it. This place is excellent. Walked in an placed an order to go. They were extremely nice and food didn't take a long time. The place is pretty cute inside. An area with tables and then the bar area with 1 tv. Bathroom was big and clean. I ordered 3 tacos with meat and they came with Spanish rice and refried beans. Rice and beans were ok but those tacos were absolutely delicious! Then I got the churros for dessert. Wow. Sprinkled in cinnamon and came with chocolate dip and Carmel dip and ice cream and whipped cream. Unbelievable. Got a bag of freshly hot baked chips too. Taco Tuesday is extremely misleading. We ordered all you can eat tacos, that comes with Mexican rice, refried beans and sour cream. No where on the menu does it state after your first round of tacos, they refuse to serve you beans, rice or sour cream. So you don't get all you can eat, you get what they feel like serving you. Also- it starts with 3 tacos, and then they decide to decrease it to 2 tacos, doesn't say that on the menu either. We brought this up to our server and he said he couldn't get us beans or more sour cream even though we ordered all you can eat. Will not be coming back- oh, and I went my entire meal without getting water AND the light above our table kept going out so we were eating in the dark read more

Having been in Somerset for 4 days- this was the only place in town that people were hustling for a parking spot trying to get in for food before 6:00 pm on a Saturday. Dartmouth is our number one go to, then Somerset and then Fall River. All are good but the service and food are always a bit faster and fresher in Dartmouth. Food always tastes so fresh, we have never had a wait longer than 15 minutes for a table, and it's always clean inside. read more

I would challenge you to find a Mexican restaurant in the area that is better. The food is fresh, delicious, and always hot. The flavors are balanced perfectly with spice and heat. The waitstaff is friendly as well as respectful and the food always comes out quick. Come hungry! The portions are large. Margaritas are delicious and the coconut lime is my personal favorite. Went with my friend to late lunch at the Fiestas in Fall River & it was delicious. I hadn't been in so long. I got the salad bowl & it was loaded with chicken, huge portion ( enough for 2 or 3 meals)! My boyfriend had the enchiladas & he is a complete food snob. He loved his meal. The restaurant has an authentic taqueria vibe. They serve alcohol and a variety of Mexican ware. We were greeted with chips and salsa on the house. Loved the salsa and they got us a refill of both salsa and chips when we were done with the first helping. We ordered the fiesta burrito and the fajitas (both with chicken). Note, the place is vegetarian friendly with an extensive menu catering to the any herbivore friends! Both dishes came steaming hot and that brings me to why I am giving the place 4 stars instead of 5. The server didn't give us a heads up that the plates in which the food was served were hot and my husband burnt his finger when he touched his plate! The rash is still there even after a week of us visiting the restaurant. Anyway, besides this incident, our experience was pretty good. The staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming albeit not fluent in English. The food tasted excellent and the portion size is quite generous. Prices are affordable. There is plenty of parking both for dine in guests and dedicated spots for those coming to pick up. It's a relatively busy establishment for both types of customers. read more

The burrito came out with nothing else on the plate, simply a burrito plopped on a plate. It was bland and flavorless, thr burrito wasn't even full. There were several boys standing against a wall ready to serve chips, that was great. Very sweet and on top of all chips and salsa. The actual waitstaff however was running around, literally spilling drinks, and just overall gave poor quality service. Great attitudes and smiles, but they just didn't serve. My husband and I waited 20 minutes at our table for someone to take our drink orders. They finally showed up with half way through our appetizer.
