I come here almost every Saturday morning for their steak breakfast crunch wrap. It has hash browns inside. So good!! My son loves it. And of course the Baja blast too. I came into your establishment on 6/4/25. There were 7 of us including 5 young ladies with special needs. We were immediately told by a female employee that we all needed to use the two kiosks in the lobby. I went to the counter and asked the same woman if we could order at the counter. She told me that she was busy and when she was through doing what she was doing, she could help me. I was stunned that as a customer, her task was more important. I was told later by the young ladies' normal care provider, that they never go to that Taco Bell for the same reason. I will never go back there either. The employee that was busy eventually finished her task and was able to wait on me. I was in customer service for over 40 years. The customer service we received was a disgrace to your business. Had to give the crispy cantina melt taco a try. The commercials make it look pretty tempting. I ordered 1 crispy cantina melt beef taco. $2.39. I was impressed with the size and weight of the taco. It was substantial compared to a regular hard taco. Plenty of meat and filling. I have to say the shell was just a little too easy to break when biting the taco. I recommend keeping the taco in the provided sleeve. Also, I really thought I would like the queso on the bottom of the shell. It was too much though. I think a little more beef and shredded cheese would be better. All in all it was a solid effort. read more

It's clean, the service is fast, the employees are friendly, and food is fresh (even when you're going at 1AM). They kill it over there!! If there was an option for no stars I would do that... This location has always been an issue. Whether it's going through the actual drive-through, or using DoorDash. They do not make sure that they gave you all of your items, meaning if you DoorDash your order you are not going to know until your order is delivered. They also don't allow customizations for certain items which is completely understandable however if there's numerous people not wanting a particular thing... For example no ice in their beverages there should be an option to choose no ice in the beverage. As well as certain sides like sauces and everything that they offer to be added into your food, but then when you try and get them on the side they tell you that they can't because there's an extra charge. If there's an extra charge for the sauce that's fine you just need to include it in the area where I can place in my order. And the drink was completely watered down that I received -.- read more
