I love this location of Taco Bell! I go out of my way to come here rather than the one in Rockford. The food is made well for a Taco Bell and is correctly made to any specifications 99% of the time. I've had a few times where they were out of something but that's how fast food goes sometimes. Staff is always friendly when I go, and always serve with a smile. During the late hours it's fairly quiet here. Wait times are usually low, if you are doing an online order for pick up you can get your food in less than 5 minutes and still hot! Almost everytime I come here they mess something up on my order. Line is always super long and takes forever to get people in and out of there. I've worked in fast food before, and I know that some of the things they do is not right. Went in today and the lady handing me my food was very very rude. Threw my food into their "sanitation" tub and said "have a nice day" as she was walking away. When you work in customer service you are to leave all home-life drama at the door. Their prices sky rocketed on my items, they took half of my favorite items away, now it seems like their items are made even cheaper and taste like lesser quality. This morning I decided to try Taco Bell for their new breakfast menu. I am glad I decided to stop. I had a sausage crunch wrap. It has hash brown, sausage, eggs, jalapeño sauce, and cheese wrapped up in a grilled tortilla wrap. This is a breakfast game-changer for me. Served hot and fresh I am so glad I decided to try breakfast here. This is so much better than the frozen heat and serve biscuits and eggs microwaved at my previous breakfast spot (McDonald's). I only wish they were opened earlier for breakfast other than 7am. Give it a try. I recommend. read more

Not very happy with this establishment right now; my wife picked up an order there today and we were shorted the Caramel Apple Empanadas and the Cinnabon Delights that we ordered and paid for. I'm so upset that the Greenville Taco Bell closes at 12. I understand closing early if no one is out, but the line at the McDonalds down the road tonight was so long. I am sure that part of this crowd would've been at Taco Bell if it had been open. This line has cost us 20 minutes. Imagine what money could've gone to Taco Bell AND what customers could've been satisfied. My friends and I would've absolutely spent more at Taco Bell than McDonalds, but we are spending our money at McDonalds now. I also am so irritated with Taco Bell that I am less likely to come again to any location. The national chain might need to consider even having a branch in Greenville. If you're going to have a branch here, you should at least try to make the customers happy. Please stay open later in order to satisfy customers and provide a valid competitor for the resident McDonalds monopoly. I imagine you should want to be creating options for your consumer, but you are sadly falling short. I truly hope this review leads to reconsideration of Taco Bell hours in Greenville because I know that such action would make the public happier and would benefit the employees. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place to eat, and thankfully it's pretty hard to screw up a taco, so I usually get good food from them. I'm not sure if it's just this Taco Bell or all of them in general, but I got a Dr. Pepper from here once and it tasted like brown water. I mentioned it to a friend once and they said "it's always like that". I once got two of the chipolte chicken loaded grillers, and got all the way home to Stanton to find that one had about four little pieces of chicken while the other had about five. I basically paid for tortillas with sour cream, as there was almost none of the chipolte sauce either. I was not a happy camper. However, this seems to have been an isolated incidence, as I've always been really pleased with the rest of my food. They don't skimp on the sauce packets when I ask for a lot, and one girl remade my drink when I forgot to ask for it without ice. read more
