This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. They said their soda machine wasn't working but when I tried it myself it did. When we asked if we hold her a refund for the drink or get something else they said that they can only give us Gatorade or mango drink. I got my food and it was cold. UPDATE: Sitting in drive through 7 and half months pregnant and starving. I get to the speaker and there's a sign that says cash only. By the time I see this sign, two cars have already rolled in behind me. With also 4 cars ahead of me. I am STUCK. The cashiers never even apologize. They just tell me they can't take my order and then they go silent. Worst fast food experience. Been sitting in this drive thru for 20 mins now. I'm driving off without an order. These 5 stars right now go solely to the cash register kid who served me. Food was typical of taco bell, I do love how they do those $5 box deals. My box came with a chalupa, soft taco, bean and cheese burrito (I think) and those cinnamon crunch snacks along with a drinkI asked him if I could switch out my crunchy taco for a soft taco that came in the Chalupa $5 box and he replied with a bright smile, "I sure can!" After taking my order, he said with that happy smile, have a wonderful day! I left with my meal to go feeling inspired. Then my order was missing three items and when I informed the cashier about it he said "we gave you all the food". I showed him the receipt and got rest of my order after 12 minutes. Today at 3:45 I drove through the drive thru at this Taco Bell. Starving,....just wanted a quick snack before I got home to visit with my mom (she has stage 4 cancer) cook for her and my husband before we head off to church. Busy busy life. I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant. I'm good if things are moderately eatable when I'm starving. Sorry, but it's true. I planned to eat while I drive. Today was the day I tasted what they probably came up with when they invented the first taco for Taco Bell. I bit into the shell and the meat was hot...hot! The shell was crispy in a good way. There was a fair amount of meat and crispy lettuce with a nice amount of cheese. It was like the commercials. And it tasted really good. You'll probably say, "you were starving!" But no....they finally got it perfect. Thank you to the person on that line that took the time to make an excellent taco. You blessed me. And I appreciated it so much. I live very close to this location and choose to drive to a location further away. Well tonight out of exhaustion and it being a long time since we last visited this location I stopped for dinner. We are a family of 5 so the order was a little large, when we got home there were a few things missing and a couple things we didn't order... ok let it go we just want to eat and relax then we open the food and the thing we did order were wrong they were supposed to be chicken and they were beef nothing was chicken and there was hardly any beef which we don't really care for but there was nothing else to fill it up either everything was mostly tortilla and taco shell. After a night of debauchery, my inebriated, but wonderful friends insisted of getting Taco Bell. Ugh, I despise fast foods, but they wouldn't stop nagging and yapping, so I stopped by the 24 hour drive thru. They ordered two of the $0.99 Chicken Burrito each and I ordered the same thing since the menu was overwhelming and I couldn't see due to my dry contacts. I'm not sure if it was fluke, or tipsy, but why does fast food tastes so good at 3 in the morning? I need to try this burrito again at normal daylight hours...And sober. To my surprise, I was highly impressed! The burritos were very good! It didn't have a lot of beans as what most cheap mexican restaurants do to save money. It had a lot of chicken and the seasoning was perfect. I was a such a liability that night, driving tipsy while eating 2 chicken burritos simultaneously, fatigued from hours of pre-partying, drinking and dancing, friends singing out loud to Journey, drunk texting people, etc....But I still made it home! This Taco Bell's a hit and miss when it comes to exceptional service. The amount of time you could wait in the drive thru is crazy regardless if its two or more cars. They also ask how many packets of salsa you'd like with your order when you pay at the first or second window. I just think that a hand full is good. Grab and pack it with my order. Knowing the exact number that would go with my nachos, well, it depends on the amount of chip to packet ratio. But that will take to long to explain how that system works. Speaking of the windows, I just had a girl on 4/28 at about 12:15ish literally slam my change into my hand. She had purple hair. I looked at her like, you good bruh? And then she smiled and said have a good day. She must be new I never seen her before. That should be good to narrow it down for you. Lol Food is mostly done as well as could be for fast food. They do disappoint at times with how thin they could make a bean burrito or with how they could make an inside out soft taco or how they could totally miss all the chips putting together a nacho bell grande. I don't remember ordering my toppings on the side. ;/ Inside is totally different. You could receive faster service. They do take your name at the register and give you a number to take to your table. What I like is that they do serve you your meal. If you don't like it the manager is totally cool and makes sure your happy with your order. I would totally like to see a change in the menu as for the size soft drink you could order with your... order. I am not a big soda drinker these days so a small soft drink is perfect. Overall, if you'd like a better Taco Bell experience then go inside! The decor has been update. Weather if you like sitting high, low, in the open, or tucked in a booth just go and take your pick.
