The Pizza was not good. I asked for well done and it was barley even cooked. Once you grabbed a slice all the toppings came off. The dough was so soft. I called and spoke with the manager and he said he couldn't refund me but send me a new one instead. I reluctantly agreed and told him I wanted it extra crispy almost burned and he said he got it. New on came and it was just more of the same. Floppy soft barley cooked pizza. I would not recommend this to anyone. Unfortunately this is the standard at domino's too. Pizza was ordered for my son's school to be delivered at lunch and never made it. Why? Because someone made a mistake by making an order to a preschool at 11:45pm instead of am. This "simple mistake" left twenty 4 year olds without lunch and the teachers scrambling to feed them. Parents did not send their kids to school because they were expecting thwir kids to be fed and they weren't. When the store was confronted by my wife who made the order, they were rude and very unsympathetic. When I went to thw location after work because they acted as though they could not understand me over the phone, the narrative went from not knowing anything about the situation to explaining why the mistake was made WITHIUT ME GOING INTO DETAIL! I asked them to rectify it by sending free pizzas to my son's class to make up for their miatake and they refused saying all he could do was give a refund yet he wanted to offer me a free pizza personally which I declined. The pizza was soggy and couldn't be held up for eating without support. The ingredients did not taste fresh. Thanks to the pandemic, like most of us, I've been ordering delivery a thousand fold more times. This Papa John's location has never let me down over the last 9 months--each time the food was delivered very hot and fresh with on a few minor omissions in the form of dipping sauce. At times, I was astonished at how fast the pizza arrived; we're talking like 20 minutes at peak times! I almost exclusively use the papa john's app which is one of the best delivery apps around; the app has plenty of deals and it's easy to configure what you want. Another good bonus of using the app is the "dough" you can accrue via rewards which seemed to add up pretty quickly for a nice savings. My favorite go-tos have been the papadias lately. At around 6 dollars they are affordable and very very large take on inverted pizza sandwiches. I even added some of my own mustard to make it similar to a Stromboli. My other favorite thing, in a carb-addicted, nostalgic way, are the breadsticks with garlic butter sauce. Simple and tasty with an addictive quality to them (oink). I've been impressed with this Papa John's location so I thought they were deserving of a review. A very consistent pizza delivery experience. 3.5 stars for the pizza and 4.5 stars for the delivery/service. read more

I was told my food would take 10 mins; it was ready in 8 mins and the guy brought it to me while I was sitting on the phone in my car; I was not expecting that, but it was definitely appreciated. When I went in to place the order; the guy that took my order was friendly and helpful in helping me place the order. Decent pizza joint! I was in between 3 and 4 stars but ultimately went to 3 because it is pretty pricey for a specialty pizza compared to some of the others that I love. 3 stars is still a good rating in my book and I look forward to trying them again. The garlic knots are awesome and you get to pick a dipping sauce which is nice. I also love the garlic dipping sauce that comes with the pizza so you can enjoy your crust in a way that is different from most places. My least favorite thing, and this is totally a pizza preference, is that they seem to put all the toppings under the cheese. I like a place that kind of mixes it all together so that the cheese does not make it to top heavy and cause the whole topping/cheese combo to fall off the crust. If you have ever experienced this you know exactly what I am talking about. Overall, great customer service, good food and you can shop nearby if you walk in and place your order to go. Definitely the worst service I have ever had. The pizza never showed. Ordered at 9:10 pm with a delivery time of 33-40 mins. Fine I get a text at 9:44 the pizza is on its way ight cool. I call them at 10:14 to get "oh your pizza is coming out the oven now" hmm I got a text 30 mins ago saying it was on its way what's the delay the usual we are short a driver excuse.. Bet understandable not 30 mins after y'all push through in the system that the pizza is already on its way so your time quota looks good. Pizza is supposed to be on its way. The over me a large pizza on my next order like I will be ordering from them again. I call back at 10:32 thought the pizza was coming oh it just came out the oven huh??? 10:35 I get a call while I am on the phone with the shift manager from a number (he stated his manager was going to give me a call in 5-10 mins.... This never happened) it's the driver stating that he will be at my apartment (6 mins away) in 13 mins. Wait what????!?!? The shift manager is stating that the driver is waiting on the okay to deliver the food do I want it or not. Pizza places tend to "if we don't deliver by X amount of time your pizza is free" however this establishment who took my money instantly online stated that they can not bring the pizza for free and issue me a refund... bad business as far as I am concerned. They wasted money and time on the food and lost a customer. I am still waiting on my refund to hit my account and the manager to give me a call. Terrible business. Buyer beware P.s. The Manager, Moon, has provided excellent service. The best service I had received ever. Stated that the pizza was a little uneven in cut but when I checked it was cut perfectly, also providing us with complimentary lemonade as well as an apology that was not needed. After that phenomenal and efficient service they have given me, I will definitely order from their store again. The pizza is also nice, hot, and made it exactly the way I asked them to. Seriously bad pizza! I like many other people love pizza however this experience was horrible. I ordered a build your own and it arrived on time but the pizza was not hot. I saw that the delivery person had it in a thermal pack so it was kept warm the best way possible for delivery. The toppings were not all there the crust was hard and stale. What the hell happened it's as if the crust was made in the morning and then sparsely covered with cheap ingredients and then reheated. I expect for $30 to get a fresh well dressed pizza that was flavorful and hot. I might as well have heated a frozen pizza that would have been much better. This review is mainly for their delivery service. I've been ordering from this location once or twice a month since the pandemic started, and each time my pizza has delivered on time, if not early. They've never screwed up a single order of mine, and everything has always arrived hot and sealed shut. I've never been skimped on the toppings either... I would say this place is more generous than the other locations. The drivers are always friendly, and are also professional when it comes to the 'contactless delivery'.
