Went through the drive through here. It was very fast! We all wound up getting crunch wraps. I got the meal so it came with a taco and a drink too. We ordered 1 with tomatoes and 2 without. The order was actually correct! Always a plus when ordering at the drive thru. My only issue here was that they didn't mark which ones didn't have tomatoes so we wound up having to cut them all in half which was fine because we waited till we got home to eat them but if we were eating them in the car that would have been impossible. Haven't been here in awhile . Wanted some crunchy tacos most places dont carry. Well it's FF so it's soul less employees who aren't thrilled about customer service . Working is drudgery to them. The menu has been shortened further and the prices are way too dang high for what it is!!! My son got a 8 and it was bloody 10 bucks!!! I got a party box 12 tacos it was 20.70 . It's alright every once in awhile but the days of cheap eats are over. So mathematically it comes out to 2.25 a taco what?!! Yeah I just go occasionally maybe twice a year at the most. We usually have pretty decent service at this Taco Bell, but tonight was terrible. At 9pm, we were told we couldn't order shredded chicken taco surpremes with spicy ranch because they were out of shredded chicken. Ok, fine, we said beef would be ok. We also ordered two spicy tostadas. We get home and have two beef soft tacos (not supreme and no spicy ranch) and two spicy tostadas without any chipotle sauce and hardly any other ingredients on it. Not happy for a family that had no choice but to have a late dinner and then didn't get what they ordered from a fast food place designed to accommodate late dinners. read more

Of I could give a lower star I would. No time in anywhere yet still can get orders right. And bags are sealed so you can't check your order. Ordered a combo, a box meal and 2 $1 items. Th ere was no box. All items were piled on each other in one bag. Two tacos were completely out of the wrapper and greased up to where all contents were flat and smushed all onto the back. Nothing was labeled or 8n the correct wrapper. When I called to complain I was told i was speaking to the manager. Then after I was told i could return for a replacement I explained with no dine in these simple mistakes shouldn't happen I was then forwarded to the actual manager where I was expected to repeat myself. In my youth Taco Bell was a dietary staple. Devouring soft tacos, chilitos nachos bel grandes and the like, then playing a football or basketball game was normal. It was cheap and good. Today I may make it to a Taco Bell once a year or less and I definitely don't exercise directly after ingesting. The Taco Bell breakfast burrito offering lured me in today. I wouldn't ordinarily rate a Taco Bell but I was pleasantly surprised. The grilled sausage burrito was $1.00. Less expensive than most frozen grocery store varieties. The quality was better than I expected. I expected a frozen breakfast burrito. It was not the eggs appeared real as did the sausage and cheese. Fortunately, they even had a picante sauce in lieu of traditional mild, hot, fire... Taco Bell sauce. I don't think there is a comparable $1.00 breakfast burrito available. There are innumerable available in much higher quality, in significantly larger quantities with heftier price tags. For what it is.. Currently it smokes the frozen grocery store variety in price, texture and flavor. They don't start serving until 7 am and I am generally mid commute by that time so I don't expect to make this a frequent stop; however, if frozen breakfast burritos were part of my norm I would likely be more inclined to go there. read more

Dear Taco Bell at Helena, please accept responsibility for customer complaints instead of placing blame on the customer or making an excuse. Apologizing to the customer should be your priority even if you are not in agreement. The taco salad I ordered was not adequately prepared as a fourth of the shell was missing yet you continued to prepare it that way. When we called to advise you of the issue so that it doesn't happen to the next customer---you blamed it on something happening to it on the way to our destination. The proper response would have been to apologize and perhaps offer a concession for the next visit. Very tired of the mediocre service at this location. Please get it together especially since people are paying for quality food and service. Thank you! read more

Their freezy machine is always broken, and they don't offer the same menu as the other taco bells because they are too lazy to cook the food & do their job. One of the managers is the biggest jerk i have ever met in my life and threatened my father because he didn't wanna give him a refund for the crappy meal his staff made. I have also seen them drop food on the floor and pick it up and still give it to the customer which is disgusting. Some of the staff is clean & nice. The staff is most often friendly. I've never had anybody be rude, only ambiguous.This is my local Taco Bell so I go, maybe 3-4 times monthly, sometimes more. About 40% of the time they mess up my order. Always by putting sour cream on when none requested. Take tonight for example. I ordered a combo that had nachos and a taco supreme ... I asked for no sour cream. Since last week when I ordered I got home and there was sour cream on everything, this time, when I paid and they gave me my food I asked the girl to confirm that there was no sour cream. The girl said she "guessed " there wasn't. I asked her if she didn't mind if she would please confirm that with the person who made it. Unhappily she did and I heard them say "no sour cream". Well, guess what... yep, it was in there. I know this is much ado about no sour cream but... I simply don't like sour cream. Also if you want any caramel apple empanadas you will never get them at this location because they always are just out no matter what time you go. There's nothing better than Taco Bell for a Late Night Snack ! Not saying it's Gourmet Mexican but Yummy !

When I called to express my irritation regarding 25% of my $44.00 being made incorrectly, the manager in charge, Jacob, hung up on me. I merely had stated that I was unable to make it up there at this moment- I spoke firmly and he then hung up on me. I called back to speak with the manager and I was told he was- in fact the manager. When I asked if he was the one to hang up on me he said, "Yeah, I did." When I questioned him as to why he would do that he accused me of yelling at him and told me, "I'm not gonna sit here and take this." I was upset as I couldn't get back to the location and I have a team working with me to fulfill a deadline. My suggestion was going to merely be that we have the food delivered via one of the local Delivery services I typically use because the team I am feeding is hungry and working on deadlines- the portion of the order made incorrectly was literally due to a team member who has adverse reactions to Sour Cream.
