i hate writing bad reviews but i do when things are horrible. i ordered to go and opened my bag and i had several missing items. the boy who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me and didn't offer me a refund or anything to help me with the issue that occurred. he wouldn't give me his name at all. i was completely in shock how poorly i was treated by this boy. my food was ice cold and taking a bite into my "burrito supreme" was like taking a bite into a cold wet diaper and on top of that it had a speck of meat in it when i opened it up to see why it was like that. all of my food was soggy and felt like i was eating stale day old food that had been left out on a counter. i spent over 40$ to feed my family tonight and there was not even a resolution to the issue from calling the store. i cant even get a refund through the app because it disappeared off of the app as well. Most Taco Bells are similar. After all, I believe that's what corporate is trying to accomplish, uniformity. However, this location seems to have a mind of it's own. I try to do my T-Mobile taco order and I get to the drive thru, only to be told the T-Mobile app doesn't work at their location. I quickly start calling customer service and find out it DOES work there. The employees just didn't know how to use the system to find the orders! So after speaking with the supervisor I'm told they will train them. 3 months later, still doesn't work. Can't get an answer from corporate. Was the food or environment good? Yes. I feel a little silly writing a review for a fast food chain because really, the food is the same no matter where you go - or it should be at least. But I have to write a review for this location because their service is so fantastic! I always drive through and am greeted by someone in a cheery voice. For example, "How are you today?" "I'm good thanks, how are you?" "I'm doing taco-tastic, thanks for asking!" or if you say you need a minute before ordering, "Sorry, we're all out of minutes, would you like some seconds instead?" I would accuse all the employees of being high on the job (it IS taco bell, after all), but they're all so perky that that can't possibly be it. One time they forgot my cinnabon bites and I had to go back for them - no sweat getting them, but inconvenient because making u-turns in this town is a huge hassle. Still, even though the Warm Springs location is closer for me, I always come to the Horizon Ridge one just because they are so much nicer to interact with. One time at the Warm Springs location, they handed me my food and said, "here you go" and turned away. No "thank you," no "have a nice day," nothing! I don't get out a lot, and if the only interaction I'm going to have all day is with a taco bell employee, I want it to be a pleasant one! So let me start off by saying that Taco Bell is my FAVORITE. But I'm soo done with this location. I've had MULTIPLE run ins with this location. From asking for no lettuce and they put lettuce, I've waited 45 mins in the drive though twice, their Mountain Dew Baja blast freeze taste like straight up foam and not like how the drink usually tastes like. Also they didn't even fill it up all the way (see picture below) I had to go back and tell them to fill it. I received a taco with harsh finger prints on it and another one prepared so badly. Ordered one vegetarian meal, one regular. They mixed up the burritos so the vegetarian got to bite into a beef burrito and then proceed to try not to vomit. The last 4 times I've gone through the drive-thru they have screwed up my order. Now that they are sealing the bags you can't easily check the order anymore. Today I ordered 2 seven layer burritos and 2 bean burritos. I get 3 bean burritos and 1 seven layer burrito. Last time I was there I had 2 cinnamon twists with my order. I got no cinnamon twists. This Taco Bell is always clean, and my food arrives quickly. Most of the times I've been here, it has been rather empty. The drive thru can get a bit busy at night, however. The last couple of times I went here, I found it to be unusually cold inside, which may not be a bad thing in a Vegas summer. Very clean Taco Bell in a good part of town. I drove through and was in/out within 5 minutes. I did a gut bomb, I admit. I had a burrito supreme, regular taco, and plain iced tea. I've been letting this go for a while now, but I think it's time to finally speak up about it. First off, I literally love Taco Bell and this location is conveniently located right next to where I live. I go to this location almost every night. Second off, I usually order the most simple thing on the menu, a Cheese Quesadilla. I always ask them for extra Jalapeño Sauce on the quesadillas & literally every single time I get home there is no extra sauce, but no jalapeño sauce at all. They even charge me for adding extra sauce and still put literally no sauce on them, ever. Every single night, I tell them to make sure there's extra sauce on them because I continuously have the same issue, they always say "they will let them know" or "no problem we'll make sure it's done right". Guess what, even after that I still get quesadillas with no sauce on them at all. I mean come on, it's literally that simple. Put EXTRA sauce, how hard can that be. This isn't even a complaint about bad food, this is a complaint about the lack of service & careless workers at these fast food restaurants. When does it stop?! When do these restaurants actually take it serious & treat their customers how they deserve to be treated. Literally, just put extra sauce like I asked. It is not that hard at all! I would like to commend the young people working here. The line for the drive thru was crazy long but the wait wasn't too bad. The person who took the order and the person handing us the food were very nice and polite. I can imagine the mistreatment they must receive on a regular basis because people are just rude. You have to love Taco Bell's slogans of the "Fourth meal", and "Eat Great, Even Late" because I"m starting to believe Taco Bell's parent company really want the passage of legalize it to become reality, and thereby making the theory of Sly Stallone's movie Demolition Man a reality. Taco Bell wins the franchise wars due to late night munchies attacks, and Harold & Kumar never made it to White castle because there so many Taco bells around the area. Just kidding Taco Bell. I'm not a monster fan of Taco Bell, but my middle school aged nephews loves this place, and so I"m forced to eat here every so often. I have to say, this is a rather new Taco Bell location, and it's very clean inside and out. Service is always quick, and I have to admit I"m kind of fan of the new rollers. The concept of baked potato with sour cream, bacon, and cheese in a grilled tortilla is pretty tasty for quick snack. Man, I hate that calories intake tor such small pleasure. I notice Taco Bell have increase their menu size, and have a bunch of new items to order. Different types of tacos shells, a celebrity chef deal for Carne Asada, also a Cinnabon snack, and some type of frutista freeze (which wasn't bad at all) because of this, I"m wondering if producers and writers of the Demolition Man got it right because opening late nights, making changes in the menu, and talk of legalizing the green stuff might make that happen. I've been in Henderson for approximately four months and have had some sketchy experiences at fast food joints. Fortunately, this Taco Bell has always been good to me and my better half. There's a girl by the name of Britney that works the drive-through window and four out of five times when we've rolled through the drive-through, she has taken care of us.
