This location has really good drive thru times, excellent customer service and they always give me exxxxtra fire sauce when I ask for it! Yumm! I don't know about the waffle breakfast taco, it doesn't look very good and I won't try it. I've been in Henderson for approximately four months and have had some sketchy experiences at fast food joints. Fortunately, this Taco Bell has always been good to me and my better half. There's a girl by the name of Britney that works the drive-through window and four out of five times when we've rolled through the drive-through, she has taken care of us. Last night at approximately 11:45 PM she greeted us and was very sweet and kind, always smiling and happy. The food has always been great and the service is over-the-top cool. But if you are vegetarian please don't even waste your time here! I ordered for two people, the ENTIRE ORDER WAS MEATLESS. Very obviously vegetarian!!! We even double checked the order and said out loud not to put meat on anything cause we're veg!!! I'm eating a Crunchwrap supreme and half way through, taste the disgusting, foreign taste of COW MEAT which I had already ingested some of for the first time in 5 years! I am physically sick, not to mention how emotionally distressed I am! Before I was vegetarian I would have laughed at this review, but once you are vegetarian YOU CANNOT DIGEST MEAT! Your body doesn't have the enzymes to digest the bacteria in meat anymore and it makes you sick! This is why it's so important to use your common sense when there's absolutely no meat in the order, make sure you get it right and don't mess up by putting meat in it! It's not just completely the wrong order it's a HUGE MISTAKE that has a big impact! I called and the manager couldn't care less. Offered a refund that's it. Went to get food after going to the gym. (I know, not great but I realized I had barely eaten!) There was a car in front of me. I don't know who it was, but I did watch them as they rudely snatched the bag from the person at the window. Then, they sped off like "whatever, I don't care, I got my food." Just very negative and it made me very sad to see this person in front of me treat the person at the window so poorly. So now, I am here to write my review and to spend my time saying thank you to the person that was at the window. I regret not getting his name but he wore glasses, he had semi-medium hair, and he had a bracelet on. When I pulled up to order my food, he was very polite and kind. Very soft-voiced. Soft-spoken. Then, again, he was kind to me at the window when he handed me my food. I had ordered the $5 chalupa box and he had told me that the restaurant was currently out of cinnamon twists and that he would have to replace them with chips and sauce. Sure, no problem! Whatever is easier for you! I don't mind. There was an additional charge for the chips and cheese and when I brought it up, he fixed it and said "thank you for saying something to me! How's your night going?" I hope that the red car didn't get him down and I wish him the best of luck! He deserves great things for being so kind and handling an order correctly! read more

I think it all depends, obviously, on who makes your food, or at least, in part. I ordered six regular hard tacos. If you put the meat, which is not exactly expensive, to them, together, of all six tacos, together, it would make for MAYBE 1.5 properly filled tacos. So instead of paying $1.19 or whatever it is for a taco, mine cost me about $4 bucks each. Might consider going back for luck of the draw, but when you're hungry, bitting into a taco to have nearly new meet in them is very disappointing. As they say, "where's the beef?" I really do feel this particular taco bell owes me a $10 gift certificate, because that was just a very very disappointing experience for this hungry man. read more

Taco Bell has always been a favorite fast food restaurant but the service here is what made the visit. Drive thru, little bit of a line but was offered cini twists for the wait and advised to be careful with food because its fresh and could burn. Don't go to this location unless you're okay with in waiting the drive-thru for atleast 20 minutes. Apparently a malfunction of some kind at their location caused a huge wait in the drive through on my visit; I was stuck for 20 minutes and only got an "I'm sorry for the wait" when I FINALLY got to the window. I was so angry about my experience that I even did the survey on the back of the receipt. I doubt anyone will follow up about it, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I will NOT return to this location. Every single time my husband or I have gone, there's been an issue. This location is a train wreck. read more

I've been ordering from this Taco Bell since I moved here in 2019 and have never had an issue it always used to to be on point no issues even at 2 am coming home from the club. But for some reason recently it's been absolute crap! I ordered 2 of the chalupa cravings box yesterday requested them with all chicken no tomatoes, and I requested the burritos with no beans and I also ordered a spicy potato soft taco. My boyfriend asked for a large wild strawberry lemonade freeze and we've ordered the large freezes so many times but they gave us a large freeze in a regular size cup! What the heck!!! We get home and mind you i live not even 5 mins from this location and start eating the food and it's cold not even hot. The chalupa shells did not even looked cooked. The chalupas and my potato soft taco were more lettuce than chicken and potato. The left the tomatoes on my chalupa. The potato's in the soft taco were cold as hell. The burritos were so small , I understand we requested no beans but that just tells you how much beans they put in the burrito instead of chicken! The nacho cheese for the nacho chips in the box had a weird chemically taste to it and that's never happened! My boyfriend and I woke up so unsatisfied and starving this morning due to our unfulfilling meals from Taco Bell last night. I am so disappointed in this Taco Bell. All the staff and I believe management look new and clearly don't know what they are doing. Sent my son and girlfriend to pick the family up Taco Bell dinner. He came back and it was missing a 7 later burtito. I told him to take it back and get a new "hot" order and make sure everything was in the bag. Checked the receipt. Sent him back. Manager told him it was too expensive to remake the order. He asked for a refund and manager finally refunded the money. ( after argument). Son came home with no dinner for us. Will not be going to Taco Bell anymore, since the manager is argumentative and discriminated against younger people. What a waste of time! read more

Drive thru is always quick this time of night and staff is always super friendly. dunno about later haha! Food takes a minute which actually like :D means it isn't just sitting and is fresh. Had the crunch wrap supreme tonight which is so awesome and tasty and fun. Buuuut will ask for no nacho cheese sauce next time because boy is it yucky. Tastes like vomit, seriously! Eeeew. I have never been more disgusted and irritated with a fat food restaurant. Every single time I have ever ordered food in the drive thru at this location, food has been missed. I've come home to discover missed food multiple times. When I think about it, I check it in the line and sure enough- something missed every time. This Taco Bell looks new, and appears nice, but STAY AWAY!! This is the slowest drive through I have ever been stuck in. I pulled into the line 4 cars from the speaker at 6:05 pm, the line doesn't move an inch until 6:08. I know this is a bad sign, and decide to leave, but unfortunately I have been blocked in by another car. You cant even decide what you want to order while you wait, the menu board is a full car length in front of the speaker box making it hard to read from the box, and impossible from a car or two back. I eventually reach the speaker box at 6:21, and immediately place my order, there are 3 cars between me and the pickup window at this time. Then it gets painful... I do not reach the window until 6:42. That's 21 Minutes after placing my order. I have my card ready, pay, and have to wait a further 3 minutes before I am handed my food with an excuse about the slow service. It took 40 minutes stuck in the drive thru to get food!!
