I have no idea what they are thinking having the dining area not be open 24/7 like the drive through. If they just made the whole restaurant open 24 hours, it would be a lot easier... Instead, mobile orders are picked up at the drive-thru OR you stand outside and wait for your order, which by the way, doesn't seem to be started UNTIL you arrive! Pointless. If you go after their dining room closes, be prepared to wait in a mile long drive-thru line, regardless if you mobile ordered or not... OR bang on the door to flag down an employee to show them your order on your phone. Basically, you'll see a long ass drive-thru line snaking onto Beretania and a bunch of people waiting outside if you go after hours. Honestly, it seems like they are being cheap by not scheduling more workers on the night shift... Poor employees look so overwhelmed!!! Probably because of my laziness, I go to Taco Bell since they have a drive through. Sometime they have some new menu items and I like to get the value items. Oh If I knew earlier, I would have been checking in on my app to accumulate my purchase points. The items I've been buying was the street tacos that come in two when they offer it. I like the apple empanadas too. The items I like to get for mom is the Cantina Chicken bowl. Sort of like a salad mixed with rice and bean. My mom enjoyed that and I get the cheese rice and bean burrito for $1.99! Good for grab and go and when you need something to eat later . Not too heavy and it's filling enough without the meat. I convinced the coworker when he barely wants to spend $2 lol. You can hardly can find items for $2 these days. I don't need the sour cream and other things to make it $2 more. They have many items on the menu so it helps deciding ahead before driving through the drove-thru lane. This is the worst Taco Bell on the island. I ordered through their app and when I got there the drive through line was backed up past their exit on Beretania. No option in the app to change to in store pickup. The store had a huge line from what I could see through the windows. It took 30+minutes in the drive through to get my food. I sat at the window for almost 5 minutes. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home my food was cold. I had to microwave it. Not even sure how that is possible. I deleted their app. Never again. But today I tried a few of those breakfast items In total, I got three things: 1.Grande Toasted Breakfast Burrito Steak ($5.79) -Not bad but not worth the price. To me the Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burrito was almost the same size and the main difference was that it included steak and had less tomatoes inside. Honestly if u want more value for your dollar, just get the 2 dollar burritos. 2.Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burrito ($2.19) -Decent in flavor but misleading as there was barely any "cheese" in the "cheesy burrito" lol. If u like the taste if tomatoes in your burrito this one may be a good option. Glad I tried it but probs wont get again. Unless there's one at this price with steak 3. Breakfast Crunchwrap Combo ($8.29) This is my go to breakfast meal! Bacon Crunchwrap, 2 cinnamon delights, and a Baja blast. Yum!! My only wish was that the bacon Crunchwrap was bigger! With T-Mobile deal i had to download the app in order to get the freebie which i did and didn't think much of it until this last visit as at the last moment we decided for some tacos and though to use the app for in-store pick up and ordered before going on my way and to my surprise it was already done before i arrived...woohoo! All done right and i was on my way and earned points to some freebies as well. Whenever my husband and i go to this taco bell location, they always gotta mess something up. Last night, we tried to order through their website so we can just pick it up (their DT is open 24/7) but we couldn't order it, says they will be closing soon..i wanted to make sure that they're close so i decided to drive there. That was the first time i've seen that taco bell not having a line. They were open, but i guess they turned off their online order so nobody would go. The food was good, but they gave us the wrong one. Employees should not be turning off their online orders specifically because online it says DRIVE THRU is open. I'm here quite often and the last time I wrote a review for here was in 2016. I really wasn't going to Yelp this place again and didn't even take pics of the food that I ordered. I just decided to do another review as I was leaving. It wasn't so much the food, as the food is pretty much standard across all fast food chains. I got my regular Mexican Pizza and the hubby got this combo box. The food was good, no complaints. However, the service was outstanding. There was one cashier and I believe he said that his name was Michael. He was the best fast food worker that I've ever seen. After we ordered he asked us if we needed water cups for water, which we declined. He wiped down all the tables after the customers left when he wasn't busy taking orders. He wiped down the soda machine and the table holding all the condiments. He was pleasant with every customer. I heard him ask someone if they were in the military and thanked them for their service. He kept himself busy throughout the whole time I was there and didn't just stand around when he wasn't cashiering. Taco Bell if you're reading this give this man a raise! read more

I remembered when Pizza Hut and Taco Bell was in one building which was very convenient. My family had a choice depending on their mood. But Taco Bell purchased the property and a high traffic area versus Kapiolani Blvd which they shut down . I pretty much ate my elongated cheesy meat burrito and chicken soft taco before taking a picture. It's hard to take a picture when it's wrapped up. Cheesy meat burrito was filled with lots of taco meat, cheese mixed in with rice and some crushed up red taco shells with a little bit of a kick after taste, not sure if that was a mistake. I didn't ask for spicy version...but mild. I had one of those wraps that folds five directions filled with taco meat, melted cheese, crunch flat taco, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese! I could only eat half and best eaten hot so you have crunch factor. They are 24/7 and choose early morning...not much of a line! Soooo good!
