I haven't had TBell in probably 7 years, and I broke the seal last week. It has been a ROLLERCOASTER of emotions ever since. You're telling me I can download the app and get a Cravings Box for FIVE dollars?! Five dollars. Five dollars! To be totally honest I haven't gotten anything but the Cravings box, customized to include chips and queso, taco, Crunchwrap, and Baja blast zero. I usually go to the Taco Bell on Hwy7 but they are, well, gone. One of the new Taco Bells is being built, so I look forward to that. Anyway, this Taco Bell is now my go to and I think I will stop eating there. This last order, they gave me regular tacos instead of supremes, and they gave my kid a cheese quesadilla instead of a chicken one. Oh, and they put the hard shell tacos on the bottom so they could be flattened by the other items. They are usually good, but the last couple of stops there have been sub-par. Also, they never give you a receipt. So I have no info on my order and I can't submit my info on the corp website to let them know of my issues. And the worse thing is I called numerous times and no one answered, so I can't even get a future order comped to replace the mess up they made. Don't go to this location. Go to another. The best thing about this Taco Bell is that it's open late. It's probably the only thing in the area for a couple of miles that's open past 10:00 p.m. at night. If you want some kind of fast food this is the fast food you get. I kind of wish they had better desserts like ice cream or malts because sometimes late at night if you really want some ice cream you don't have much choices. The staff here does a good job of their traditional Taco Bell menu. Nothing fancy special or over the top but the food is always presented well and the staff seems to keep things clean and running quickly. If it's late at night and you want to Taco Bell fix in this area this is the place to go. read more

Amazing Tonight I was enjoying a few adult beverages and ordered uber eats from this place. My partner and I customized every item we got. I must say..I expected my order to arrive maybe half correct? Ordered food there last Sunday and there was a second charge to my bank account (a different amount than what I was was charged). Did a little digging and apparently others have had the same issue and people are claiming it's an employee saving people's card numbers and purchasing food for himself. This location is my favorite taco bell! There are never long lines, and the staff is friendly and funny. I go here often as I work nearby, and it is convenient. They have never ever made an incorrect order here, which seems to be a common theme with TB. The establishment itself is clean every time I have gone in. They have self servicing order stations which is a nice bonus. The parking lot is large and parking is very easy here. The quality of the food also seems higher than most locations, so keep it up! This is the case of Dr. Taco and Mr. Bell. This particular location provides great service and food during the day. I couldn't be happier! But when the sun sets and the night shift begins, prepare for under-prepared food and sub-par service. On my last visit (read: last visit), I made my order and was interrupted 4 times with "Is that everything?" I ordered 5 things. When I pulled up to the window, the attendant laughed and told me that I should have ordered their meal deal, and that I "Could have saved a dollar." And he continued to laugh through our brief 45 second interaction. Most places that encourage customer service in their employees would have just plugged my order in to save that dollar, but I got a laugh instead. And of course, they got my order wrong. Not that this is a huge deal at Taco Bell, as all of their menu choices consist of the same 12 ingredients. The difference between them all is the way these ingredients are stacked. I am extremely upset, I've been going to this location for months and the person taking my order "Taurus"was extremely rude. Not only was the service horrible, but I got home and I had no hot sauce or my Crunchwrap supreme- which I was charged for. The employee stated that it was only one order per car, I stated that there was no one behind me. They continued to state they wound not place a second order, at that point I drove off. Driving by two employees standing in the drive through window seeming to talk not doing anything. Leaving I called the Taco Bell and asked to speak to the manager, they stated it was them. I asked why would they not place a second order him stating it was busy. I stated to him there was no car behind me so that was ridiculous. I asked him for his name, he told me. This Taco Bell is pretty good and the food is always fresh and hot, however there have been more than one occasion that we had food missing from our drive thru order. I highly suggest that you make sure you have all your food before you leave. There's nothing worse than bringing home food for the family and someone's food is missing. When I went to this Taco Bell for the first time I was very surprised. The building itself was very new and modern. It was by far the cleanest Taco Bell I've been in and had a spacious parking lot. It had a nice outdoor grille area and well maintained bathrooms. So why only three stars? Well to tell you the truth the service wasn't great for the man taking our order clearly spoke English as a second language. It took two minutes to order my beefy Frito crunch wrap and my Baja blast freeze. By the time I paid my food was already there so shout out to a quality kitchen staff. But the reason I gave this restaurant a three star was because the man forgot my Baja blast freeze. I showed him my receipt and he got me one quickly. The food itself was great and the kitchen staff is fantastic just too much miscommunication to give a four stare review. I will definitely be coming back I really enjoyed my food!!
