Recently visited the drive-thru of this KFC/Taco Bell combination storefront around 9pm - the only thing they got right was my Pepsi. Simple order - Chicken Quesadilla Meal, which comes with a crunchy taco and a soda. I received the soda and a quesadilla. Waited until someone noticed me still hanging out at the window to ask for my crunchy taco. After pulling out, I discovered my quesadilla was cheese only, uncut, with very little cheese and sauce to be found. Looped around, pulled back in, explained the situation and received my chicken quesadilla as intended. The quesadilla had one half hearted slice mark in it, making the only viable option to eat it as one large piece (normally 4 distinct wedges for easier handling). The quesadilla spicy sauce tasted different than I've had any other time I've ordered this same thing... not in a good way. The crunchy taco was almost all lettuce and cheese with very little meat. It was the lightest taco I've ever received from a Taco Bell. I don't get fast food often, but when I do, I look forward to those couple of items I treat myself with. This was a let down on all accords. Do not recommend. The only redeeming event from my visit was the seemingly sincere apology I received during my second time through. read more

This Taco Bell shares a space with KFC. It looks newly renovated and relatively clean. There is a staff member that is constantly sweeping the floor when I visited. Staff are friendly and answered any lingering questions that I had. Food is decent and very prompt. They do offer a happy hour $1 drink and there is ample parking for people to linger. read more

I went in tonight and ordered Nachos Bell Grande. Rachel started off by telling me they didn't have nachos, then realized it was nacho fries you didn't have. She couldn't quite figure out how to tell me that, so after the VERY nice woman who was making the food pointed to the tortilla chips, I inferred that Rachel was just confused. I explained I wanted chips, not fries and she said ok. I then ordered 2 spicy tostadas. I also held up two fingers when I ordered them. And then tacked on a drink. I didn't know how much the sodas were so $8.75 didn't sound illogical for a soda, an entree that was less than $5 and 2 $1 menu items. The food was ready very quickly and the woman who made the food called that my nachos were ready. I asked if the tostadas were in there too, she said it was. I looked in the bag and saw only one. The woman who made the food, who was, again, very nice said she only got an order for one. Rachel, who was the cashier, said she only rang one up and "I'm certain I only charged you for one." Ok...I don't know why she wasn't listening...or just didn't care...but the fact that my order was wrong and there was no whisper of apology, ANYTHING would have been better than that, I don't care how many she rang in, I know how many I ordered. I live five mins from this Taco Bell so it's my go to when I'm craving those delicious beef tacos. This location is dreadful. There have been times when I've waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins. The drive they fits one car so if you get stuck, you're really stuck. 9 out of 10 times something is missing from my order. The past year the tacos are very watery and the whole tortilla is drenched. They skimp on the fillings and anything with sour cream just ends up with a huge blob in the middle. The are extremely understaffed and they always tell me to pull around to the back and wait for my food to be brought out from a creepy back door. I keep telling my husband that I'm never going back, but then I crave tacos and think maybe it'll be different this time. As for the kfc, it is very boring and under seasoned. The potatoes are watery and stuff just seems like it's sitting around. We are never asked or given sauces anymore. My biggest grievance about this place is that they don't allow the app to be used. I guess I should expect much from a fast food restaurant in the parking lot of Walmart. Update: ordered quesadilla got potatoes inside somehow. Also ordered beef chaluoas and the shells weren't fried and came with chicken inside. The drive thru lady was rude and told me to pull around back. I've gone to this Taco Bell way more than I care to admit since it's on my way home and I can't tell you the last time they've gotten my order right. I just want a cheese quesadilla with creamy jalapeño sauce which is supposed to come in it but if you don't specify they somehow always forget. The last two times I've gotten a chicken quesadilla with chipotle sauce and today I waited in line for 20 mins (once you're in you can't get out due to barriers). I had a coupon for two free items. The coupon very specifically states what I can and cannot order. It says nothing whatsoever about substitutions. I ordered two burritos with a substitution and they attempted to charge me for it (it would've cost another 30 cents per burrito). I pointed out to them that the coupon said two free items, and that substitutions were not mentioned on the coupon as a limiting factor. They insisted on charging me, and I refused to be charged. The manager, Ariel, said, "Then you get no burritos," and handed me back the coupon in a huff. Perhaps she's illiterate, but either way, I won't be eating at this or any Taco Bell until the district manager calls me to fully rectify the situation. UPDATE: The district manager reached out to me with an apology and a promise that the staff would be trained in how to handle coupons as well as customer service. To be fair, it is a KFC-Bell. Not that KFC is much use to me. Once you go Popeye's, the Colonel loses his appeal. Although i did try the dreaded Double Down. Which has an undeserved bad reputation. It's tasty and i did not feel like it took a year off my life, not at all. So anyway, it's a totally adequate Taco Bell, notable mostly for its completely incomprehensible signboard that has no fewer than 100 different food products you can order. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The tables are always dirty, bathroom is always nasty, and they do not clean off the food prep area. Want just a cheese roll up? Hope you don't mind something other than cheese in it. They never have clean trays and when told that someone had pissed all over the men's room floor, they just didn't give a damn. This was not a one time thing. My fiancee and I overlooked things for months before we had one last visit that was the final straw. Its 7:25pm on a tuesday night and all i wanted was a doritos taco. however it is now 7:40pm and i have now just recieved my ONE doritos taco. I know Taco Bell isn't the classiest joint for dinner, but sometimes it's just the most convenient. If this particular location happens to be convenient for you, skip it. It's not worth it. I promise. We ordered six items, all of which were put together extremely poorly, which can make or break a Taco Bell experience. I was having flashbacks to a rant I read about a chipotle burrito being put together vertically as opposed to horizontally, because as I was eating my meal there were pockets of each ingredient side by side. Our smothered burrito was more of a "breathing quite easily" burrito, and my crispy potato soft taco lacked sauce except for the very very end, where all of the sauce was. All of it. Went for a quick lunch. The parking lot had not been cleared of slushy melting snow. The doors were locked but I could see in the window that a worker was waiting on a customer at the drive up window. I waved at the window thinking maybe they forgot to unlock the doors. I was told (through the window) that only the drive up was open due to lack of help. Several other customers arrived at the same time. Man, this place has some of THE BEST Mexican food you can get through a drive-through window. What's more, it's even got the KFC action going on so if the Mrs. is jonesing for some extra-crispy thighss she can get it while you throw some mexi-melts and chalupas down the ol' gullet. They don't have a liquor license but there's a liquor store down the street so you can pick up a bottle of hooch on the way there and have a great "night-out" in the parking lot once you have your food. I fucking love Taco Bell. The food is freaking amazing. This place will always be my fix

First off this is next to a Wal-Mart, so just put things in perspective. This is a good KFC, not the best but it dose have a Taco Bell attached to it so that's always a plus that I can get a taco to eat on the way home with a family sized bucket of chicken! This is still a fast food joint, not the cleanest place but not the worst. The service depended on luck of the draw, sometimes you'll get someone who actually cares and sometimes you'll get a greeseball that's useless. The food has always come out hot and never missed an order but sometimes I have to wait over 10 min's without warning for 'fast food' and not a special case where they were cooking the food because they ran out. With coupons and specials this place is a great value for food, last night for 16 pieces of chicken 3 sides 6 biscuits and a soft taco for under $20 If you like KFC this is a good place to go, if you don't then don't go here. If your looking to try KFC for the 1st time..... looking around this still might be the best place in the area west of 128. read more

If only Yelp provided negative stars! This is the absolutely worst Taco Bell to ever exist in the history of Taco Bells everywhere. Dramatic? Perhaps...but I have been to this Taco Bell when they didn't have tacos (yes, apparently this IS possible), the drive through was broken (more than one occasion), and they don't have bottled water (what fast food place doesn't have bottled water?!).
