Chalupas never fresh even if you ask and they NEVER have ice. People are nice.. just can not follow directions to special requests.

We all eat there. It's tacos. Used to be cheap tacos. Service- last time I went to the drive through I reached and pulled out a a wrapped taco... that was not only not wrapped well but stuck in upside down. It fell out as I lifted it out of the bag and went all over me and my truck. They decided to go with those touch screen order things- which are usually sticky and dirty. When I order inside I always- literally always- am handed a go bag for indoor dining and then have to ask for the cups for the drinks we order. It's saving grace is the Cinnabon donut hole things. Zero rating if I could. I spent 76.00 in their store. They were rude, left out most of my order. Awful. The store manager was appalled we asked for an apology. Calling ppl trash and throwing racial slurs, awful awful store manager. He was absolutely a piece of crap human! read more

Omg, where to begin. To start they were absolutly rude as all get out. I went through the drive through and they messed up my order. My wife called and they said what do you want. As a greeting on the phone when she said there was an issue. I went up there to get the food they messed up and they were rude to me. The assistant manager said what is it. To me. Not I'm sorry or let us make this right. Nothing of the sort. She asked if what I ordered was chicken chalupas. I said no it is beef supreme. They handed me the food without a word and I left. I get back home and in the bag is what do you know, chicken chalupas. I go back up there and ask for the store manager. He wason the phone so i said i would wait. He walks up to the counter throws down my food and says here. I said what is this we didnt speak. He said beef supreme chalupas. He just looked at me with an attitude. I said really thats it? And proceeded to try to say not 1 of you even appoligized for this. He cut in as i was saying it and told me to get out of his store. He said i was banned. For what? Trying to get the food i paid for? Or asking for an apology for 2 mistakes they made? Never again will i go to that store. I hadn't in years because of how bad they always messed up my food. They force you to use the kiosk, but not all menu choices are on the kiosk. So, you have to convince an employee to come to the counter and deeply sigh while they roll their eyes because a stupid customer requires service. Horrible service. Most stools are missing the caps on the legs so they rock horribly. The c seating arrangements are weird. Who wants a table at their knees that you have to lean over to eat your food. We counted at least 8 people who walked out because they wanted the $5 box and it wasn't on the kiosk. AVOID THIS LOCATION read more

Just go to dandridge I order 2 items a burrito gets left out and my crunch wrap was sausage not bacon which happens at this location 9 times out of 10 they suck 15 more minutes to go to the one in dandridge is definitely worth it read more

I live close a taco bell is usually good during the day, but the nightshift throws sauces out the windows they're rude and if i ask for my nacho fries fresh one more time and i get cold nacho fries im going to press charges for food poisoning. i get cold tacos, half the time they forget to give us sauce even though they ask. This night shifts crew are the worst human beings I have ever met and you need to start firing and rehiring because you're gonna lose a bunch of customers. I have worked in fast food for 3 years and I've never met people this lazy, if you don't wanna work until 3 am go somewhere else. I have been to this place several times. However, today I was unsatisfied with this place. Taco Bell has been advertising the $5 Nacho Box and drove to this location and was told they do not carry the Nacho Box. However I called the Taco Bell 5 minutes away and notified they do carry the Nacho Box. In frustration with the service provided here, we drove to the other Taco Bell right down the road from this location. This Taco Bell is nothing fancy, and provides okay service. read more

Waited 40 minutes on food and still came out cold. I do have to say a girl taking our order (don't know her name) was very nice and helpful. But had to wait forever for anyone to help us because the kiosk didn't have what I wanted even on there to order. I wouldn't recommend going there if you are in a hurry. read more

If I could leave less then one star I would. Went through the drive through and ordered $20.00 worth of food. Went to the store next to it my family checked the bag while I was in and notice they forgot 5 tacos!!!! That was a big part of our order we went back through and got our tacos came all the way home to realize we also didn't get our large Pepsi! An on top of that all 5 of the tacos were cracked and broken like they squeezed them before giving them to us!!!!! This is just not acceptable by any means!!! read more

I usually don't go to Taco Bell, but when I do, this is very convenient and easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. The restaurant is clean as well as the bathrooms. Nothing out of the ordinary or bad about this Taco bell. The drive through line is quite long and can handle quite a few cars, but beware, at peak times the line is full and blocking traffic. Much easier to park and walk in and it saves gas. All-in-all, i'll definitely go back when I'm in the mood. read more

Poor service, I have been going to this taco Bell for a few years now and have always had good service up until about a year ago and the quality of food and service has been going down ever since. Me and my fiance had gone to this taco Bell and our order came out to a little over 6 dollars. I haded them a 10 and two fives thinking that the cashier was intelligent enough to look at the bills I was trying to get a 5 back and only received back some change. It was a simple mistake and when I tried to plea my case they talked over me and then proceeded to count the drawer. The manager told me she counted the drawer and that I was wrong. I know I had a 10 and two 1s. I then went inside to talk to the manger and clear this up. She told me that the drawer was right and she counted it. I again tried to plea my case and was again talked over then they proceeded to treat me like a liar and a theif. I'm an honest man and I know the difference between a 5 and a 10. This particular taco Bell robbed me of 5 dollars and then called me a thief and a liar. I'm extremely offended and upset I will never be back read more

Taco Bell is definately the best place to eat in Jefferson City! Great tacos! and its cheap!!!
