The food is okay for a Taco Bell, but the fact that this place closes at 4pm (unless it's a day they decide to close randomly) is ridiculous - On an island where there are only a handful of places to eat. They also change how they operate each day. Sometimes you can only do drive thru and wait 30-45 minutes. Other times you can only order by phone and wait an hour. Overheard someone asked for their food to be warmed up, and someone from the back yelled, we are already burning everyone's food and you want your food warmed up. I hate writing bad reviews however I feel like this really needs to be addressed. I love Taco Bell overall, this one does a really good job on making their food. quality is great. The problem they have is that the hours are not good at all and they also don't even open when the hours say they do at times. I had placed a mobile order once and was locked out 45 mins before they closed and had to show them my phone through a window. I have also come to pick up breakfast before and show up and they have signs that say the restaurant is closed on every door but the reality is that the drive through is still open. I came around on foot and they refused to give me my food and said I was required to drive through. Ok that's fine, I will definitely drive through the drive through but when you have signs that say you're closed it doesn't make me think that I will be able to do that at all. There's Taco Bell, where they hit all the spots, taco hell-no where they miss all the spots, and taco welllll where it falls right in between. This location falls right in between. Their food quality is okay. But They don't open their drive thru very often so you have to park, run in and stand in line most of the time. Service is slow, but it's mainly because they don't have enough people who want to work there. (Maybe they should pay their employees more. People might actually want to get a job there If they did.) This Taco Bell has been a joke for years. The "short staffing" issue is so played out by now and everywhere else seems to be figuring it out. -- you walk in and there is no one even working the register and it's often covered by a piece of paper printed "use kiosk" as if that has helped at all. All it does is deter them from having to directly deal with their customers as much as possible because of the lackluster service and performance at this location. I visited on 9/2/24 around 12:30 and have waited over an hour for my food, and before you ask why wait so long they have you order at the kiosk with no communication of wait times, they may be nice enough to print another paper saying the wait could exceed 45 minutes, posted behind the counter that is not in use. They have lost plenty orders in my time of waiting because their "screen stops showing orders after 45 minutes" and has lead to many people asking for refunds and annoyingly waiting and wondering if their food is even coming. -- I will not be back and this place needs to close down until they can manage to hire competent employees. read more

Ordered on the app (8:00 am), status says it's being made and will be ready by 8:07am. Husband shows up to the restaurant and the door is locked. He finally gets someone's attention and the worker says they aren't opening until 11 and to cancel the order on the app. Looked everywhere on the app, there is no way to cancel. My husband is still there currently trying to get someone's help. I want a refund and compensation for wasting our time and gas driving all the way there. The service is what sucks here. Their drive thru is down. With no signs to tell you besides cones being blocked off. The bathroom is only 1 roller. You need to ask for a key to open it. You have a choice of ordering from the kiosk or from the person. Person didn't even say hi or welcome so we ordered from kiosk. It gives an option to pay at cashier & we choice that. It didn't give us instructions & nobody told us we had to pay before they started making our food until I started to question it after been waiting in the lobby for my food for 25 mins. This is unreal service. They need to re train their workers so they actually look like they work there instead of being on her phone behind the counter. Absolutely terrible customer service, they have put cones in front of the drive thru to close it while there are no other cars behind me multiple times, I've walked in and asked why and the "supervisor" is rude and not helpful at all. They have many issues with 3rd party delivery services and they actively ignore the phone claiming they're too busy.
