I placed an order thru the taco bell app. I placed the order because there is almost always wrong with our order, so I figured you can't mess up from taking an order from the app. When I arrived at Taco bell to get my order, there was a drive thru line of over 10 cars. Now I have to wait and the food I ordered will be cold by the time I get to the front of line. I tried calling the location for 10 min with NO ONE ANSWERING! What is the point to order from an app for convenience and not get it. Im sure this is just a place to rant bc no one would reach out from their corporate. Been here a couple times in the past year or so in the morning when it was supposed to be open but the store was actually closed (drive through and walk in as well) (opening times are online and posted on the store door). The food at this Taco Bell is prepared pretty well. Our food always came out to us on time when I mobile order. The service is pretty good. The ambiance of the inside of this location is pretty clean. The only thing is that they have a limited parking that they share with Pizza Hut which is connected next door. read more

This Taco Bell always disappoints my family and I. You would think drive thru places would be quick and easy but every time we go to this location it takes at least 30 minutes to order and get our food. Sometimes even MORE than 30 minutes. It seems to me the manager is hiring teenagers who also mess up our orders every time we go there -- ex: giving the wrong food items, forgetting our sauces, saying things are out of stock when it's visible to see in the drive thru windows. We spoke to one of the workers and said. "Wow it seems busy tonight huh" and the worker replied, "Nah not really!" When we were in the drive thru for 30+ minutes... so I'm wondering why is there staff but no efficiency and timing going on? Not sure if anything will be fixed because from the rest of the Yelp reviews it looks like tons of us are experiencing long waits and bad service. All the other Taco Bell's I've been to have the same amount of cars waiting like this location and the MAXIMUM time I've waited was not more than 10 minutes. This Taco bell has good service they are fast and friendly. The only negative is they say the open at 0700 hours but the drive thru and store is closed until 0730 hours every day. If they need to address cooking issues they should start at 0600 hours and have the store open and rolling by their stated start time at 0700 hours. I do not know how many customers and money they lose daily to this it must be a lot. read more

Every now and then, I enjoy eating simple Mexican fast food ~ from Taco Bell. I have not visited this location any other time but during dinner and there is always a line for drive thru and you can be in that line for an hour. Tonite I got out of drive thru and went inside to try order. They are terribly short staffed. There was a handful of customers inside still waiting for their orders and the drive thru line was still long. I left because nobody helped me at the counter as I was just standing there and observing everything. The Doritos supreme crunchy tacos and the Pepsi were solid, the customer service not so much. I know that we get greeted at the drive thru order speaker but I don't recall hearing a 'Hello' or 'Aloha' or 'Welcome' or anything besides 'Order when you're ready'. Even a little 'Hi' would've made a big difference. No greeting at the actual pickup window. Just his hand out to receive my payment. SMH. I ordered four burrito Supremes, two crunch wrap Supremes and four taco Supremes. The fillings in the crunch wrap supreme, barely covered the disk, very thin and mostly tortilla. Same with the burrito Supremes, much smaller portions than I remember at Taco Bell. Nothing special about the taco Supremes, also small portions of filling.. I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. My order took over 50 minutes to be ready, even though multiple parties who ordered after me--including groups of five or more people--received their food well before I did. I was only ordering for two people, so there's no excuse for that kind of delay. And when I finally got my order, it was still wrong--our chicken quesadilla was missing. He greeted me with "Welcome to Taco Bell." and left it at that, no confirmation on what I was ordering, and no response to any of my requests regarding certain toppings that I wanted add or subtracted. I felt as though I was talking on a dead phone line. I kept on asking if he heard me, or if he got any part of my order. Seriously some of the worst service at a drive thru that I've experienced. I understand it's hard for businesses to find workers, but in my opinion, the business should at least try to get workers who are attentive and courteous with their guests. Got a mobile order and it was fulfilled perfectly! I had a deal for a free crispy melt black bean taco with an order of $10+, so I got that, a cheesy bean and rice burrito (my fave discount item), and a create your own box (best deal is crunchwrap and beefy 5 layer with cheesy fiesta potatoes (yum potatoes=amazing) and upgraded my drink to a cherry freeze to get myself over the $10 mark. Also added a side of black beans for 55 cents to get that free taco! The app is great and they give you free things randomly as well as you get points for each purchase that gets you more free stuff! The tier rewards are good where you can pick from a bunch of free items. The best deal right now is the nachos and cheese. Love T Bell! read more

I've never reviewed a restaurant before but I made an account just for this because this is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. I've been here on three separate occasions and it has never taken less than 30 minutes to get through the drive through, and the longest I waited was 55. Honestly it's my fault for continuing to try. I'm not sure how you can be so consistently unprepared for the rush, which is what I assume is the case because I don't know what other plausible explanations there could be. The last time I ate here the drive through cashier was visibly intoxicated and gave me the wrong order. Could not recommend this establishment less, if I could give 0 stars I would. read more

The Taco Bell moved about a month ago (December 2021) a block towards Windward Mall and is now on the other side of a renovated Pizza Hut with a separate entrance. It took the spot of where the Pizza hut restaurant used to be and now the Pizza Hut side is just a takeout counter. The Taco supremes I ordered was great as expected. This location doesn't give as much sauce as other locations so I asked for mild, fire and hot to get more sauce. Due to covid the inside dining area is closed and it's takeout only. The tables are pushed against the wall and the drink station is closed, understandable. The inside is nice and I can see myself eating in when it reopens. Employee was friendly and helped me immediately and the wait wasn't too long. One thing I don't like about this location is the parking lot is tight in this new location. If you park you can't get back out easily because the long drive thru line will block you in. Best to go through the drive thru instead of parking or strategizing the best place to park to get out easier. I liked the former location much better with a bigger parking lot so the drive they didn't block the stalls. However, Kaneohe doesn't have enough eating places so I'm glad Taco Bell is still around and didn't close completely. read more

To start with the good, the food is delicious. That is really where it stops. I placed a mobile order for breakfast and showed at the restaurant about 5-10 minutes later. No one was available at the registers. The manager mumbled something a few times. Apparently he wanted me to use one of the kiosks near the registers. I couldn't hear him well over his mask and the noise in the kitchen. I yelled, a few times, that I placed a mobile order. In between the manager handing orders at the drive thru window, he finally confirmed my order and that they were working on it. Still no one at the front registers. I finally got my order 20 some minutes after placing it. My fault, I didn't realize that the drive thru got the full attention of the manager, but not the front registers. As others have confirmed, the customer service here is poor. I will try the Kailua location in the future. read more

I always thought that Taco Bell was "real" Mexican cuisine. Imagine my shock when I went to LA and had a plate of small, round, flat white discs placed before me. They had some chopped meat, fresh parsley, and slices of raw radish. Whaaat? These were "real tacos"...also known as "street tacos". However, I still enjoy crunchy tacos from Taco Bell. The mixture of freshly diced tomatoes, shredded cheese and lettuce help neutralize the slightly spicy ground beef for me. I also enjoy the Beef Burrito Supreme with the soft tortilla wrapped around the melted cheesy filling. Mmmmm... The little bits of raw onion sprinkled here and there are a crunchy delight! I'm happy that there's a Taco Bell in Kaneohe. It even has a Drive Through! How convenient! I also appreciate them honoring the coupons even though they have expired. Heh heh! Door-dashed a large order for pick up. The app said it was ready. Went to the dining room at 840pm and a person at the door said it's closed and proceeded to show me it's locked by rattling the door. Really, I can see that it's locked by not being able to get in. All the advertised hours state they open 'til 10pm I guess not today. Now, we had to go through the drive thru which is the utmost ridiculous set up ever. The cars waiting in line for Taco Bell blocks the parked cars for the patrons of both Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. We will be eating our dinner 2 hours after placing the order. Absolutely insane. We will be driving to Kailua from now as it will be faster to get our food. It is now 930pm and we are still sitting in the drive thru line waiting..... if there was a way out of this line, I'd leave the food here.... If it was a one time thing we could understand. Went to pick up my order in store and the door is locked, Sign says lobby is closed due to short staff & they are only taking drive thru. I walked here so how am I supposed to get my food. I had to walk to the drive thru window 2x and ask the guy to have a manager meet me in front. After 15 min someone finally came to the door and kept insisting i have to go thru drive thru. I kept saying I don't have a car. The order wasn't even started 30 min after we ordered. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ...if you're not accepting pick up orders in store then take the option off the app!! Second time here, second complaint. This staff needs help. Manager is standing inside just giving me stink eye?! Large Samoan woman. And the drive thru should be listed as a fire hazard.
