AGAIN!!!! i An order through the app! I am DONE BEING NICE AND UNDERSTANDING ABOUT IT - I am SO DONE! I have never been so infuriated having to leave a fast food venue such a bluntly rude and ticked off reviews repeatedly but I honestly do NOT know how else to get through to you guys!! The only thing consistent is you making the mistake on this order- the exact same- and even a new one here and there: A chalupa supreme -custom: no sour cream no lettuce add black beans green sauce (extra $0.20!!!) and again- it's made without beef!!!!! I tried to call the facility to inform them about the situation and they did not answer the phone so now I am going to get a hold of the Better Business Bureau to inform them about the situation. I am also going to inform the health department about the situation. Once upon a time Taco Bell was my favorite place to eat, and I would visit nearly every day. It used to be known for being a cheap fill up, a stoner's utopia. It's not cheap anymore. It's overpriced other than their dollar menu, and I really don't like those items. Strike one was when they abandoned the Chilito a.k.a. Chili Cheese Burrito. That used to be my absolute favorite. A few years ago they brought it back for a limited time. They weren't steaming the tortilla anymore, but nevertheless I visited twice a day for like four days to get them when suddenly they tasted disgusting. The confirmed to me that they changed the ingredients abruptly, but did not confirm whether or not the changed involved subbing the meat for dog food but that's what it tasted like. Now recently they ditched the tostada and the potatoes, which were the two items my wife liked. So no reason for her to want TB now. I heard the Mexican Pizza was going to be axed, but so far it's still available. If they get rid of that then I'm gone for sure. That said, most recently I've been pretty unhappy with this location. I've been eating Taco Supremes forever, and I used to work at TB in 1990 when I was in school so (I digress), but the last two times it was soooo small that I thought they gave me a regular taco on accident. And I can't ever recall having that happening at any location in 30 years. Twice in a row makes me wonder if that's not just an accident or hasty preparation. I don't know that I want to drop another $3 or whatever it is to find out. Then to top off my list of grievances is that a few weeks ago I got a steak quesadilla with no creamy jalapeno sauce. My son will not eat it if it has the sauce. I got home and lo and behold it had the sauce. The receipt was correct so it was a prep error. I called and spoke with a woman in charge. I didn't want to go all the way back for a replacement, but instead stopped at Jack in the Box near my home for my son to have something to eat. She told me she was going to put me down for another quesadilla on my next visit, which was fine although I made a mental note that she should have offered to include or drink, an item, or something else for my trouble and inconvenience. That's just good service 101 but she didn't, and I didn't say anything about it. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I happened to be in the drive thru ordering, and I remembered about my credit. So I told the drive thru lady that I should have a credit noted in their mess up book for the item from 2-3 weeks earlier. And wouldn't you know it but there was nothing written down! Who did you speak to? I don't know. A lady. Do you have the receipt? Not anymore, but I wasn't told I needed to keep it. So pretty much I got assed out of almost $5, and I just paid for it because I didn't have the wherewithal to press the issue. I've not been very happy with Taco Bell, and there are so many better choices for Mexican food, not that this is even Mexican. All it is is a cacophony of a small set of ingredients, assorted in as many combinations as they can come up with. In the 80's and 90's you had no choice. Now there are choices. read more

This review is for all the fast foods, restaurants, and any other food business this is for you. I'm tired of spending my hard earned money on overpriced food, bad food, uncooked food, burnt food, inedible food, and poor ass customer service. Enough. The food industry expects us to eat this horrible food and accept bad customer service. Case in point, I go to one of the wineries in Temecula. The food was good, the ambiance was beautiful and the weather was perfect. Until we were ready to leave and ordered dessert to go. It took a good 20 minutes for the dessert to come out. Unfortunately, we asked for it to go. As I'm sitting there waiting on this dessert, I can see into the kitchen. I see a worker take the cake off the plate and put it into a box. He had on gloves. What bothered me was that he took the gloves off and then put the fruit in the box. Why? I think fruit carries more bacteria than the cake. So, I questioned the manager. She didn't offer to replace the dessert. She just said she would ask him why he did that. Excuse me, I don't want your hands touching my food without gloves on, food prep one on one. And if you do, I don't need to see that. Did I eat the cake? I did not. Money wasted, ugh! Therefore, I'm going on strike by preparing my food at home. At least I know the food was prepared correctly. I don't have to deal with poor service and attitudes. Enough is enough. Until the food industry improves, I won't be spending my money at any food business. I am tired of being disappointed, especially when I am looking forward to the meal. I had great evening, went a comedy show and was feeling pretty good and a little hungry. I had recently posted a review where I was going on strike against the fast food industry due to poor service, and bad food. It was late and didn't want to repair anything at home, so I decided to stop at Taco Bell on Mission Trails in Lake Elsinore. I place my order and the young lady who took my order repeated it twice, but when I pull up to the window, the order was wrong. The drink was incorrect, she replaced it and I drove off. Once I got half way home, I noticed the chips were not in the bag, and no straw. So, I circle back. Tell the young lady that originally took my order that there were no chips in the bag. I pull to the window, she hands me the chips and walks away from the window, before I could ask for a straw. I get her attention and ask for a straw. She says I put one in the bag. I tell her no, there was no straw in the bag. I'm not asking for a straw to collect them. She hands me the straw and I pull off. She was polite but I can tell she was annoyed. I get home, pull out the food and disappointed as usual. The taco was ugh. The shell was soft for a hard shell taco, cheese, what cheese? poorly made and I couldn't eat it. So I open the cantina burrito and drank the vanilla Limonada. 2 hours later, my stomach stared to hurt, I started to sweat and the discomfort was escuiating. I was up all night, running to the rest room, until there was nothing left in my bladder. If you ever had food poisioning then you can imagine the pain I was experiencing. My stomach cramped so bad I couldn't lay down, or get comfortable to sleep. I was headed to emergency until I hit the bathroom, then I knew what it was, from the amount of poop that followed and the smell. This went on for hours until after being the bathroom for the 4th time, I was able to finally lay down, on another bed because my sheets were wet from the sweating. Still not feeling too well, but better. Glad for another day to recover and not miss work. Please give your employees better head sets and a better system, because they either can't hear the orders or they aren't paying attention. Either way, the service needs to be better. I'm tired of wasting my money for the bad service and poorly prepared food. It may be fast food, but it doesn't have to be bad food. Let's be mindful that people are eating your food. No one enjoys getting food poisoning. Lucky for you Taco Bell, that I didn't go to the hospital or you would be receiving a hospital bill. Be better!!! read more
