You know, I REALLY want to give this place a good review. But every time we go there they find a way to disappoint. My two young sons look forward to picking a fast food meal once a week. We call it fast food Thursday. And this week they chose Taco Bell. This is so close to our house that we just naturally come here. I ordered two cheese quesadilla meals one with a Dr Pepper and one with a strawberry slushy for the kids. And I ordered a #1 which is 3 crunchy taco supremes with a Baja Blast Mountain Dew. Then one Nacho Bell Grande no beans double meat to share between us. I get up to the window and they hand me two strawberry slushies. I explained one was supposed to be a Dr Pepper. They fixed it right on the spot and just gave me the Dr Pepper. That was positive. I get home, start handing out the food and my 9 year olds quesadilla has chicken in it. That would of been great if I were eating it but he just likes cheese. Luckily his brother shared his and he also ate his taco. I open my 3 taco supremes and they aren't supremes at all. They are 3 regular tacos. I was to tired from working all day to call them or go back so I just ate it. This by no means was a complicated order. I simply said I'll have a number one with a Baja blast. That's it. And I received it wrong. Maybe they have something against me lol! I don't know. Literally every single time we go there something with our order is incorrect. I guess when we order from there I have to take the extra step of actually pulling into the adjacent parking lot, checking each item and then going home. This place deserves ZERO stars. I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Kid says he doesn't see it. Apparently it wasn't showing up because it's marked a walk in pickup order. I say oh that's weird I swear I marked it as drive through pick up. (Which I did) He goes "Oh yeah we don't accept drive thru pick up orders. I just talked to my manager." I say that's strange because that's how I've gotten my food every single time I come here. Why wouldn't drive thru mobile order pick ups be allowed? Just hear silence. I realize he never asked about my drink so I was waiting for him to do that. Then he goes you can pull up. As I put my car in drive and leave the speaker I can hear him ask what I want for my drink.. I get to the window and the GENERAL MANAGER JOE has inserted himself into the situation. I can tell immediately Joe was extremely aggressive, he seemed very agitated and jittery like he was on something. He goes "what hot sauce do you want" I tell him. Then I just mention calmly "I could have sworn I marked my order for drive through pick up. I don't know how that happened." The entire time those words are coming out of my mouth, he's talking OVER and interrupting me: "what do you want for your drink? What do you want for your drink?" Simultaneously and repeatedly, as he aggressively shoves the food out of the window at me. I said "you're being very abrupt with me right now" and he goes "I'm not gonna argue with you lady. I'm not gonna stand here and argue with you. What do you want for your drink?" I'm thinking to myself what on earth?... The only person that's turning this simple interaction into an argument IS HIM. To defend myself I say "I'm literally just telling you idk how it became a walk in pick up order when I marked it for drive thru. Thats it. I'm not trying to argue." It's like it was the worst thing in the world that I went to the drive thru to pick up my order. Since he continues to talk OVER me saying they're on a timer, I had to raise my voice to tell him what I wanted for my drink in order to be heard. Of course he doesn't get the drink right. As I'm leaving he slams the window shut as hard as he can. I leave feeling completely disgusted and sick to my stomach. I reach the stop light, realize I don't have an appetite anymore so I make a u turn to go back and get a refund. I should have just left when I realized customers are confidently treated like garbage here BECAUSE OF THIS MAN. They're emboldened by him, no wonder my previous experiences here have all been piss poor and the employees are rude for no reason. He's the cherry on top. I should have refused to take the food, and I wouldn't be in this situation now struggling to get a refund for food I didn't want. I go inside and ask what his name is. Then I say "the way you just treated me at the window over absolutely nothing was disgusting, unnecessary, unwarranted. I don't want this food anymore, I've lost my appetite. I want a refund." He says I have to go through customer service to get it because it's a mobile order. And then he goes on to say "I was listening I heard you arguing with him" (which was absolutely not the case). I say "about what? What could there have possibly been to be arguing about? Please tell me." Basically having any sort of response to what I'm being told is "arguing" in his perspective. How dare I, as a woman, have something to say??? He then has the audacity to accuse me of being at the speaker for 6 MINUTES!!! Arguing!!!! And I say "are you serious!? I was not there for any 6 minutes, I was barely there for 1." And he threatens "I have it all on video. And at the window you were arguing, even a customer said "wow."" Proudly announcing these lies as he's smirking and scoffing. At this point he's coming up with anything he can pull out of thin air to antagonize me and make me look bad in front of everyone in the store, including other customers to get the attention off of him. I told him "I'm sure anyone would have the same reaction I'm having right now, having been treated the way you just treated me. Clearly you had something against me from the moment I pulled up, and you acted on that. I wouldn't be this worked up over nothing. You were extremely rude, talking over me and abruptly shoving the food at me." And he laughs and says "I absolutely did not do that." I tell him to go ahead and blatantly deny it, but it's the truth. No wonder this place has the worst customer service in town, let alone the worst in all of my experiences. The food is always old, cold, stale, and they cheap out on every single ingredient. You're lucky if your order is lukewarm! With Joe as a general manager, customer satisfaction is their absolute LAST priority. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this AWFUL location. This TB location is super stingy when it comes to giving customers enough hot sauce. I was in there the other day and between me and 2 other people who I was with, we ordered about 8 or 10 items and they only gave us about 3 or 4 hot sauce packets. All I can say is WOW. All the 1 star reviews are true... We ordered 2 nacho fries and a nacho fry box. All the fries had no seasoning on them. We went back in the drive thru again and asked for them to put seasoning on them or if we could get a side of it. The old lady working the night shift said they all have the right amount of seasoning on them. We said "These have no seasoning. All the other Taco Bell's we have been to have put a good amount of seasoning". She said "They are all doing it wrong and we are doing it right"... So we asked for a refund. I came to the restaurant and ordered 3 combos number 6 from Monique at the counter. I ordered chicken and steak all the same. I however recieved ground beef. So I went to the counter yet again to address the error they made , because not only did I receive snarky remarks from Monique at the cash register but I was charged with my orginal order despite not receiving it. So I address the situation with the manager, Patrick and Monique. To my surprise I get blamed for it despite by clearly stating my order prior. They find it amusing to the point of laughing and saying, "it's your fault for not speaking English clearly". So instead of getting an apology for the mistake that was made on my order and getting my order. I get mocked for their error. I admit, I have an accent I'm orginally from Portugal and I speak 3 languages : English, Spanish, and Portuguese. They claim that it Is a lack of intelligence on my part when not only do I have a degree in university but I am fluent in 3 languages. Let suppose some from a Mexican origin comes there speaking Spanish, wouldn't you assume seeing that taco bell is a ""Mexican"" fast food place that they should be treated correctly no matter where you are from. Which is how it should be in any establishment. Does Monique understand that she is working in a Mexican restaurant? I'm in the middle of a work day and I was trying to be patient and understanding.
