I love taco bell so it's heart breaking to give them a horable revew! It had nothing to do with the tast, worked at one as a kid so I know it's hard to mess it up! But the cleanliness of the store was was as close to a garbage dump as it could get! Trash every where! No tables were clean wrappers all over the place, eating at a shit hole in Teawana Mexico that serves two cent tacos on the show floor right after a donkey show facial seemed just as sanitary! If thay take that much pride in there dinning room I don't want to know what it's like in the kitchen! And maybe thay were short handed and if that's the case close the dinning room and only serve out the drive through, that way you are not completely humiliated! Won't come back to this location and such a shame the closest one to me I guess I have to drive a little more for my fix! read more

5 stars for Taco Bell -Yep. I gave it 5 stars because I think it's only fair to compare apples to apples. As far as fast food taco places, this Taco Bell was great. I have to admit it's been probably 10 years since I stepped foot in a Taco Bell but this is where the grandson wanted to go for his birthday dinner. Oh the things we endure for grandkids. I was surprised when I first walked in. The décor and atmosphere was modern, appealing and clean. We went on a Thursday night and they weren't very busy. The person that took our order was so helpful in suggesting menu items. Lots of dollar menu items. Our food was served fresh, hot and fast. The employees working were friendly to customers and respectful to each other. I was impressed with the crew working. The burritos, tostados and cinnamon crisps were just as I remember. I liked my food. The grandkids loved the new nacho fries and nacho Dorito tacos. Others in our party liked the chicken rolled tacos. In fact they liked them so much, they went back and ordered more. You get lots of food for cheap. I might have to try this place again but it sounds like lunch time during the week can get kinda busy. read more

This is one of the best Taco Bell's I have ever been to! The food was hot and fresh. I haven't been through the drive thru but inside they got the food to us quick and it tasted really good. The dining area is very clean as well. Definitely will stop at this Taco Bell anytime I can. It does need a sign to make it more visible though. read more

This is by far the WORST location I've ever been to and the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. CONS: - Took 20+ minutes to get through the drive through. I ordered right when I drove up and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Not good - I ordered 2 items, and they completely botched my order. I asked for cool ranch tacos w/ no lettuce, and I got 2 nacho cheese tacos and I swear they put extra lettuce on there. - They gave me my order with no sauces, it's Taco Bell! Ask what sauce I want for my tacos PROS: - there is a del taco equally as close to my house, so I'll be going there for all future late night taco runs I know it's a relatively new location, but come on it's making tacos not rocket science. I love Taco Bell Breakfast. The workers were friendly. But it seems like they need more training. The cashier had to be reminded to come back to the register multiple times.I went through the drive through for my first trip. Ordered a bacon breakfast crunchwrap. With no creamy jalapeno sauce. I got back to work after getting my order only to find that I had creamy jalepeno on my crunchwrap. Now I wouldn't be so critical of this if I didn't have Acid Reflux. So I went back and told them about my incorrect item. Instead of saying "we are sorry sir, we will fix that for you" the cash register worker just said "oh my gosh, are you kidding me". Now this didn't seem directed at me but directed at the taco bell staff. I definitely think that they can work on their customer service. Because about 100 steps away is the new chick-fi-a, which is known for outstanding customer service. So I think this new store needs to be able to compete with that level of customer service. So I waited for my order to come back fixed. I receive it and am a little skeptical, but I head to my car. I open it up only to find that instead of a bacon breakfast crunchwrap with no creamy jalepeno, I received a sausage breakfast crunchwrap. The problem I have with this (other than my order being incorrect again) is that they didn't ask clarification from the beginning to end of the order replacement process. They just went ahead and made the wrong crunchwrap. After getting my order wrong twice, I find it hard to want to go back. I had high hopes for this store as it is about 4 minutes from my work and I can get some really good breakfast within minutes. I just don't have the time to wait for them to fix my order since I get food on my breaks. I love taco bell breakfast and want to come back. But I think the team needs more training on customer service. Everything else was great. The Store looks really good. The drivethrough isn't cramped. I would give them negative stars if at all possible. Went there on Saturday night and ordered our food at 9:30 p.m. We didn't get our food until after 10:00 p.m. to which the employee told everyone that they needed to leave as they were closed. Of the 3 people in our group only 2 of us by this time had received our food. After 10 minutes of trying to finish our food, the lights in the restaurant went off. Went and asked the employee if he could turn them back on until we left, the young manager said that no they were closed and said that if we didn't leave, he would be calling the police. Seriously?? 4 parties got their food after their closing time because of their cooks and this is how you treat your customers?? This was by far the WORST Taco Bell experience ever. Save your time and frustration and go to Del Taco on the other side of the freeway. read more

Probably the worst cheesy Gordita crunch I have ever had. And my taco was less than half-full. (how do you mess up a taco?)

Service was ridiculously slow for a Taco Bell and took over 20 minutes to get an order that normally at other Taco Bells would take a few minutes. Cashier was short and condescending when placing order as well and when going to check on status of our order for us they said, "weren't done with their drive through orders." There were five other orders after mine that all had to wait for food on top of that. This is totally based on the night shifts performance, I've been here during the day and service was fine. The drive through is always agonizingly slow, they close much earlier than most TB's (10PM), and if you go past 9:30 they'll tel you they're "out of food," because after 9, once they run out of something, they don't make anymore. The owner of this franchise is a cheapskate. It's always understaffed and not open late enough to serve the growing population of its area. read more

I come to this Taco Bell probably every week (drive through only) and they always have great service. Occasionally I'll get the wrong items but I get that happens every now and then, I used to work at restaurants in high school so I get it. Whenever I bring a mistake to their attention they are quick to correct it and throw in a free desert / item. Managers (or at least I think they are) are friendly and helpful. Morning and night staff are both great. read more
