    My pathetic taco
    Susie M.

Terrible food portions! See pics. Almost zero meat, a few chopped tomato pieces and very little cheese in my 3 supreme tacos. 2 others I was with - also same amount of (almost zero) meat and same with cheese, etc! We asked manager why and he said it was 'portion controlled' and that was the right amount://. He justified it like that's ok! Store was filthy - sticky floors - trash on floor and dirty tables. I've never experienced a Taco Bell this bad before!

This is the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. They are slow. Half of them are incompetent and probably not all the way there. The building smells like weed. The food came out cold. I waited for 25 minutes for the items. One of them being a drink. I know it's Taco Bell and not a high class establishment but still I feel like for fast food this shouldn't be an issue.

    Trash

This is disgusting I don't know why you guys throw tacos upwards like a football for kick off but either way there's nothing really even in it is it that hard?

Bag of 30-40 sauce packets (asked for none)

Our family loves Taco Bell, likes to support all restaurants, but we will likely not return to this location for awhile, if ever, even with it being the most convenient location for us. Used drive thru on a weekday evening, around 5:20. No cars in line, which was a bit interesting for dinner time. Two of our kids noticed all the cars at Chik-fil-a and commented how it was strange no one was at Taco Bell. Said we were lucky. Ordering was okay, but the individual taking our order was abrupt and seemed a bit annoyed. Maybe because we ordered a 12-pack of tacos, a couple of meals and a few individual burritos. But, seemed a bit unusual given no other cars in line and only a few in the lot. Specifically told him no sauces needed (I know, many would say that's boring and sacrilegious). Young Cashier was more polite at the window, had our order done more quickly than I thought possible, which was nice. Didn't check our order once received until getting home (haven't learned my lesson). One larger burrito and a bean & cheese burrito missing. Bag full of about 40 sauce packets (see pic - had told him no sauce). That's why the bag felt like it had the adequate amount of food by weight and volume. Looking back, cashier did give a funny smile/smirk when handing us the food. Kind of sad for whoever franchises this location (or maybe they don't franchise?). I remember working in the food industry as a teen and feeling bugged with people when it was busy and they aren't prepared for their turn to order/pay, or they are hyper vigilant about every small detail, or pull out 7 coupons and some change (didn't realize at the time these were the people that I should've been nicest to). So, I always try to be polite, respectful and cheerful with these younger employees, recognizing that they are doing good by working at younger ages. Two of our family members who weren't with us when we picked up the food felt a bit ill afterward (didn't tell them about the situation until the next day). Maybe just coincidence. We ended up throwing the tacos away, a bit worried about what may have been done to them. From reading other comments, this doesn't seem like an isolated incident at this location. Hope they can get things turned around.

I bike by here every day on my way to work and watched this building grow from an empty lot to a beautiful new Taco Bell. New Taco Bells are awesome. Great outdoor seating, and a modern interior set these apart from the old Taco Bell you may be used to. This one is nearly identical to the other Lehi location, which is only a few miles away...I was surprised to see them put in a new one so soon and close to the other, but happy that this one is closer to home. The food is Taco Bell. You either hate it or love it. Most items share the same core ingredients. You already know that. I will say though, if you haven't tried a $5 box you are missing out on a great value. It is hands down the best deal in fast food. I love Taco Bell. If my girlfriend would let us, I would get married at the Taco Bell Cantina in Las Vegas. No joke.

Spent the extra $2 to get cinnatwists. Didn't get the cinnatwists. Was charged for cinnatwists. Currently not consuming cinnatwists. It's sad that you can't expect much from fast food restaurants, but this feels like I've been stolen from. Would love management to reach out and fix this pretty disappointing.

Probably the worst cheesy Gordita crunch I have ever had. And my taco was less than half-full. (how do you mess up a taco?)

I wish they had just a little bit more on the menu than just birria style tacos but I guess it does say in the name Red Tacos. Over all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The decor of the place was great. The Birria was good but I have to say the consommé was everything! It added the flavor and juiciness the tacos needed. Honestly I added a little bit of the super hot salsa in it and it had the perfect amount of spice I was looking for. If I could add their consommé to everything they have on the menu I would cause we ordered the chips and salsa as well. And I was dipping the chips in the consommé because I was not too happy about the salsa. Over all great place to sit down and have some good birria tacos next time I think I'll have to try the ramen.

Since they do this so well, they don't need to have a robust menu with other meats...if you want a huge variety, go somewhere else. But if you want to try their specialty, you won't regret it. The branding and décor inside are well done-my family especially liked the sugar skulls that adorned an entire wall. My son opted for the ramen and ended up struggling to finish it. Word of caution: it's HOT! If you don't do heat well, this might be one to skip. I had the birrio tacos (duh) and they were fabulous. And my wife had the quesadilla which was cheese and meat and said they were also outstanding. We will definitely return for more!

Our server was a very kind young man and took good care of us, but with the quality of the food and the price, I really wouldn't suggest trying. The fish tacos are fried (and probably frozen from Sysco), the chorizo tacos I ordered were burnt to the point where it wasn't enjoyable to eat. The pastor was honestly really good though. My wife enjoyed the enchiladas, but again, $15 for the plate we got just seemed agressive and inconsiderate of the customers. The restaurant itself was nice enough, not particularly dirty or clean. The door leading to outside seating was locked, apparently we couldn't eat out there. It's not the worst I've had, but the value for price is insanely low.

Step inside and you will find a beautifully decorated space with an open kitchen greeting you at the entrance and a staff that is genuinely enthusiastic about the food they are serving. Ocotillo specializes in the cuisine of Sonora, Mexico, a region known for bold meat and seafood dishes. They also offer a daily brunch menu that is worth planning your weekend around. We ordered the tres leches pancakes, a triple stack that delivers exactly what the name promises. Bathed in a three milk mixture and topped with fresh berries and whipped cream, moist but not to sweet. The Sonorense combination was equally impressive. Arrachera steak strips, chilaquiles made with poblano chile, a tamal de elote, and two eggs. The arrachera was excellent and the chilaquiles were crispy, which is exactly how they should be and not something every kitchen gets right. The menu is long enough that choosing something different next time will be a genuine challenge. Omelettes, chilaquiles, brioches, and other specialties give you plenty of reasons to return. We are already looking forward to exploring the lunch and dinner menu. Slightly more expensive than a standard breakfast spot, but the generous portions and the quality of the ingredients justify every dollar. Five stars without hesitation.
