This is the worst Taco Bell in existence. I've eaten a lot of Taco Bell throughout the United States and never in my entire life have I seen a Taco Bell that can NOT get a single order correct. I have visited this Taco Bell over 30+ times during the past 3 months and NOT one single order was ever correct! They don't give you half of your order and refuse to give you a receipt (and if you leave the window without checking your order first they will argue with you). If you ask for a manager, every single time they say that this Taco Bell location doesn't have a manager and there is no store manager. If you call to complain, the phone just rings and rings and rings and nobody ever answers. It's been this way for years. We sat in the drive-thru (along with five other cars) for over 38 minutes between the time we ordered and the time we received our food. "ELI" took order order and said the soda machine is not working and told us there is no soda, and no empanadas and ANYTHING on the menu that we asked for, Eli said that they are "out of". The car in front of us asked "Is there ANYTHING that you DO have?" I asked for Fritos Burritos and they said they don't have any. I asked for tacos and they said they don't have any tacos. I asked for a drink and they told me they only have bottle water and said the soda machine is broken. Every time we come here they tell us they don't have soda or tell us they only have bottled water or Capris Suns. Every single time I come to this location, I asked for Empanadas and they told me that they don't stock or make empanadas at this Taco Bell location. Everything that I asked for they said they didn't have. (They did this same thing to the car in front of me). Worst management, worst employees and worst Taco Bell ever! Avoid this Taco Bell at all cost! This Taco Bell should lose their franchise and be shut down! Someone from Taco Bell corporate office needs to visit this Taco Bell location at 8pm-10pm any night of the week and see how poorly this Taco Bell is run! Absolutely horrible. The store is open till 11pm and the drive thru has the hours posted as well. These coworkers have the audacity to turn everything off and ignore inside store calls for who knows how long ! As a food service worker myself, this is not how a fast food restaurant should be operating, in fact, people will choose to go to the homer glen location over this piece of crap in lockport. I expect better . I live two minutes away but will make my drive to homer to actually get good service and warm food. This place needs a health inspection again to make sure these people know what they are doing , let alone, making sure ALL workers have their food handling cards. Especially in the past year with Covid, I've felt severely unsafe with all the food I've gotten from here. This place needs to be removed or changed into something else because corporate and management have clearly done nothing. read more

Go here if you enjoy receiving the wrong order about 75% of the time. I do not eat the chicken, but it is known to give people diarrhea (I guess that comes with the territory though). I would have to agree with every reviewer in this location. This place is SLOW SLOW SLOW. if you have some where to be...you might as well go across the street to McDonalds. At least they are quick and can get your order right. The past few times I have gone into this place the person taking orders seems like he has NO IDEA what he is doing. While waiting in line another customer came up and did his order was completely wrong. After 15 minute wait my order was up...I checked the order before I left...good thing I did..cause my order was wrong...I would just advise everyone CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave this place...cause I'm pretty sure they f**ked it up. read more

Was worst trip ever. Got stuck in snow at drive through. Got order home and it was wrong, plus had just tossed change in purse, when home I was short changed $2.00. Be sure to count yours before you leave and check the order. Their whole lot was a mess. Everyone around them had clean parking lot but them. 3 stars because it's TACO BELL. I actually like this location because they don't skimp on the meat, cheese, sauce. That being said, it does take forever and on one particular occasion I sat at the window to make sure they didn't forget anything and I had to remind them...."Oh, and my slushie...." Everyone has a guilty pleasure, mine is Taco Bell. I will spend extra time on the treadmill to get it. I prefer the drive thru because it seems dirty inside and I don't want to lose my appetite. However the Lockport location (closest to my house) has a special talent of not only messing up the order completely but taking forever. I usually have a lot of time to review my life choices. I don't think I have ever once got the correct items, but I do get about 75 hot sauce packets for two tacos so that's a win, right? read more

I almost always get wrong orders but I've never had such bad customer service....until tonight. I'm so sick of fast food restaurants where the counter acts like they would rather be home watching soap operas or something than at work. I'd rather they just go home! I ordered the standard taco bell junk along with a 4 piece snack pack for my son. This is a taco bell/KFC menu. The fries were cold and the taco bell food was blah. Nothing new about that. As I said, the customer service was the worst part! I turned to ask for a plastic utensil and the window person was gone. I sat for a minute thinking someone would come back to at least the front counter and I could flag them down, but of course, no one did. I tapped the horn lightly...no response. I know use of the horn can be considered rude, but since I had no one to make eye contact with, what else was I to do?? I didn't lay on the horn....yet. Next, I waited for someone to drive up behind me to place an order and I blew my horn again....yes, a bit longer this time. Now, don't you know if you can hear the customer order, you can hear my horn. Good grief! I just needed a plastic utensil! I can take an incorrect order, but I'm done when you and your bad attitude greet me at the window! There are too many other fast food places to eat...including another taco bell in New Lenox with employees that are happy to help when they come to the window! read more

What a horrible experience! I have gone to this location many times without any issues, but that all changed about 20 minutes ago. I saw a long Drive-through line and decided to go inside. I noticed a line at the counter and before i even had taken my place in the line, a customer stormed out very angry that not one employee had assisted him in over 15 minutes. Then the next guy in line also left stating that the least the employees could do was say something like "we will be with you in a few minutes." They simply ignored every customer in the restaurant and focused on the drive through. Then i was up. I only saw 2 employees, one working the drive-through and one preparing the food. I asked both if they were open inside the restaurant or if i should go through the drive through. Both employees looked at me and simply shrugged me off. One customer then came up to the counter and asked if his biscuit was ready yet since he was told to come back in a few minutes and the employee responded by saying sorry we just gave them all away to a drive through order, does he want anything else. This customer Immediately left as well and that was the final straw for me as well, i left and will not come back. Both employees were not wearing name badges so they couldn't be identified. This store has 1.5 total stars on here and that's too generous in my opinion. read more
