On Monday May 25th 2026, I arrived at 2pm and ordered a dine-in order of 5 items and it took over an hour for me to get my food.

I cannot believe I am even writing a review, especially for a fast food place, but this needs to be said. This Taco Bell is run by complete stooges. The staff is constantly running around like chickens with their heads cut off, and it is by far one of the worst food experiences I have ever had in my life. I've have never once been properly greeted or helped by anyone in this Taco Bell. The only possible way to order food from this location is through the app or the drive/thru. The staff is consistently rude and completely disengaged with the world around them. You get walked past, stared at, and they will even make eye contact with you, but no one says a word. No hello, no how can I help you, nothing. There are plenty of other food options on this road, for example the McDonalds just five minutes down the road. Go literally anywhere else, and compare the service you get there with the service you get at this Taco Bell and you'll see what I'm talking about. read more

Stopped at this location today after walking out of the Deptford location due to how dirty it was. My kids really love Taco Bell so we headed to this one. I was impressed with the Magnolia store as soon as I pulled up. Someone was outside sweeping up the parking lot and the landscaping was well kept. I walked in and immediately noticed that the dining room & kitchen looked & smelled much cleaner inside than the previously mentioned location. The trash cans weren't overflowing and the bathroom was clean. The employees were very polite and the food came out fast, fresh, and well made. I don't expect much from most fast food places but cleanliness is a MUST! The staff and management at this Taco Bell deserve a thumbs up as they obviously care and it shows. The staff is always nice at this location. Food is always as it should be. My only thing to complain is when I pay extra for guacamole on my breakfast Crunchwrap please distribute it evenly since I'm paying extra. They put plenty on it. But it's jammed in one corner. Used to like it here but time and time again they give you more reasons not to. Just ordered after not coming to this location for a while only for them to fuck it all up all over again, missing an item as they always do. If you'd like to dump your money into smth to make your life feel a little more worthless, come here. Otherwise don't waste your time. The workers can give less of a fuck and it's not hard to tell. Like it's already disgusting finding a hair in my food and we're in the middle of a pandemic so it's even worse to find a beard hair in my food. So My husband and I ordered through the app today and I used the drive thru to pick it up. They wait until your there to make the order which is totally fine, I just wish that the paid attention to what people ordered. I drove all the way home and when we looked at the order it was completely wrong and they forgot to put stuff in the bag. We ordered all chicken chalupas and taco and we got all beef. I asked for some w no lettuce and everyone had lettuce. We also ordered two of the side potatoes and they weren't even in the bag. So I drove all the way back to the store to return the food. The manage said she was sorry but didn't really seem to care. I got a refund for the food, but spent at least a half hour of my day if not more driving because people don't look at the order. read more

I ordered through DoorDash through which they told the driver my order was not there. Then, another driver shows up to pick up the order. I order my food before 6PM and got us at 6:52PM. I was told my order would be here by 6:19PM the latest. When it got here, no straws were given for the sodas and no sauces that were asked for were given for the food. This is poor customer service. When I called, the employee said to me we will be getting straws tonight and sorry about the NO sauces in the bag. Check the orders before sending them people. It's part of the service. I went through the drive thru like I always do and I know during Covid there has been new hires so I always ask in advance if I can do 2 separate orders because me and my boss get Taco Bell when we work together. When I asked if I could the girl got an attitude and said no I had to come in and then got an attitude with me when I asked if they had the new wings which she replied " we won't sell them until 2pm" so I just paid for me and my bosses food and left. Our food was not handled correctly at all and also gave us food poisoning. I've never experienced this at this Taco Bell & I'm very upset about it cause we are also understaffed at my job and I had to work my shift throwing up the entire time. read more

Live Mas! Sometimes this restaurant/location is hit or miss if you will get your order in its entirety not. I keep it simple most times I order. Once again this Taco Bell has NOTORIOUSLY messed up my order. I get the chalupa cravings box as a substitute to the gross cinnamon twists I get nachos and they always seem to give me cinnamon twists. On top of a 20 min wait in the drive thru with 1 person ahead of me and one behind. HOW DOES IT TAKE 20 MINS. Unfortunately I had to rate this in order to post a review. So therefore I am only giving it a 1. But, I can start off by giving this Tacky Bell a 0 star rating! After my friend and I saw the advertisement for the new Cinnabon Delight Coffee we immediately went, as we are -well were- a huge fan of their Cinnabon Delight Balls. We pulled up to the drive-through, with much anticipation, and anxiously ordered our dream coffee along with our 4 free Cinnabon Delight Balls. The unattractive and unwelcoming males at the drive-through window gave us our drinks and the rest of our order that we were super excited for! Unfortunately what we were long waiting for turned out to be a huge disappointment. We bit into the Cinnabon Delight Balls with joy in our eyes, to only discover that instead of being very delicious and hot, they were cold and unsatisfying. If I had known that they were going to be frozen, I wouldn't have ordered them on such a frigid day! We then tried the coffee, almost jumping out of the car with excitement! But then, it reached our mouths, and a disgusting throw up expression formed on both of our faces! Not only did it NOT taste anything like the Cinnabon Delight Balls, (I guess thankfully that is, considering they were awful as well) but they tasted like watered down regular coffee with a splash of milk!
