This Taco Bell is normally great. The only thing I really have to say is DO NOT get an iced coffee and add in any sweetener. I got vanilla creamer in mine and the coffee is basically just creamer and milk. It's the color of sad beige. The picture I am adding was after I added the small amount of coffee I had left in my home, but that could not fix it at all. It's totally not drinkable. Check your receipts. I checked mine, and they added on sour cream to my quesadilla, which I had said "no thank you" to in the drive thru. When I brought it up to the cashier she said "oh you didn't want it? I can give you the money back" and I said no it's fine, it's only $0.60. I figured I'd just eat the sour cream if I have it. But when I checked my bag, they hadn't even given me the sour cream. Every time I go to a Taco Bell they always push for adding sour cream or extra beef. Seems like the employees are pushed to do this, and apparently some of them are just adding it to your bill and hoping that you don't notice. read more

Supreme Crunchy Taco x3 Paid full price for supreme, but received standard crunchy tacos & very little meat. Mostly lettuce & sour cream. Of course you can't see this until you stop to eat miles away from the store. Too far away now & Line too long to sit in and get it made right. I wasn't disappointed now that I think about it. The burritos were nearly all tortilla and very little filling, onions were added when we asked for no onions, and grilled chicken was used when shredded was requested. This was by far the most errors we've seen in a single food order from any restaurant. We didn't return for them to fix the issues because it was late and we were driving to Canada. Went thru the drive-thru with with best friend to grab something to eat and since it was late we figured tacobell was open and it wouldnt let us down. The last few times were questionable whether if there was a line or not it wasnt bad service just the food looked like it was made in a hurry none the less it tasted fine. Last night however was the worst experience Ordered a number 4 and a number 10 argumented a few things( sourcream and make the tacos nacho on the numver 10 , no lettace or tomatos or sourcream on the number 4. The guy taking the order repeated it to us and asked us if the order was right and he sounded annoyed. We agreeded and went to pay. Drinks were wrong. Missing food , tacos were stuffed with lettace and tomatoes and maybe half a teaspoon or less of meat. It was a snack at most for what we paid . Im just aggravated now that i wont be going back and whether or not youre in a rush , present the food in a good state while following directions. Ill be looking for another taco spot. read more

So, I'm not complaining about anyone other than the night shift manager i think Brian ? My receipt says toren but i believe that was the sweet girl at the window NOT SURE. So i had ordered an Uber eats order at 1020pm when i got home from work my order still wasn't even prepared by 12am and they close at 1 so i called the store since Uber said they'd give me a free Cancellation or i can call and see what the restaurant can do, i called and a male answered (the manager) and he was basically like it sucks to suck i never even got your order i asked if i could pick it up since i already paid $18 for a $7 box he said no call Uber and hung up, so i drove over there i live maybe 6 minutes away (yes i Uber eats because I'm tired after work gives me time to get settled down and then have food delivered) i cancelled with Uber they did it for free and gave me $10 Uber cash, when i got to taco bell and re ordered my meal the girl with red hair maybe was super sweet i asked her if she knew who answered the phone explained I've worked customer service i get it 100% i know some days it's hard and it can get the best of you but you gotta put your best foot forward and most likely they'll laugh when i leave like i UNDERSTAND and that the guy who answered the phone about my Uber eats needed some corrections and maybe to be talked to because his skills were the WORST the poor girl just shook her head and then wrote ON THE RECEIPT " he is a manger and he is listening I'm sorry" i whispered "is he mean to you" and she shook her head yes i asked for his name i believe she whispered BRIAN i told her I'll be calling the store in the morning and getting the district managers number she whispered thank you and i told her i got her back. Despite my repeated insistence that I "don't really eat fast food," I'm summoned time and time again, by something deep and primal, to make these shameful, clandestine runs for the "border." I've hypothesized conspiratorially; I've convinced myself of something irresistible in those little packets of "Hot" sauce (no, not Mild or Fire), that there's caffeine in the refried bean mix, or smack in the quasi-guacamole. In any case, it seems strange to be reviewing a Taco Bell. I've always assumed they were all basically identical, save for varying degrees of consequent intestinal discomfort; different photos of peppers and onions adorning the walls. That is, until I visited the Best Taco Bell Ever. It was the 4th of July, and my good friend and fellow yelper Mark D. and our respective life partners were on our way to a shindig at our pal's cabin on Lake Goodwin. Mark had related that, the previous year, he and his girl had visited an unusually good Taco Bell. Friendly, teenaged employees! Lovingly rolled burritos! A clean atmosphere, almost totally devoid of despair! As I mentioned, I rarely eat fast food, and have actively sworn off most chains, but something about the Bell's faux-Mexican siren song keeps me coming back for more. From the back seat, I murmured something about wanting to check out this fabled "good" Taco Bell, and wouldn't it be funny if we stopped in RIGHT NOW? No one caught wise, and it didn't take too much convincing before everyone was on board--despite having a Prius hatchback full of grill-ready burgers, marinated veggie skewers and brats. Here we were, ready for a day of lakeside barbecue. Here we were, ready to pre-func, border style. We were greeted by a decor which, in most restaurants, would be considered garish, but by fast food standards looked almost posh. Warmly geometric shapes and patterns, gilded in the Bell's trademark, hunger-inducing blend of autumnal reds, yellows, and purples. Artwork--actual artwork!--hanging on the walls, most of which was corny, Mt. Rainier-based calendar fodder, but nonetheless...I couldn't believe my eyes. Was this decor...tasteful? It could have been the Taco Bell flagship store--the bottom floor of corporate headquarters in Manhattan or Santa Fe, tucked away beneath a hundred stories of office space dedicated to marketing the Volcano Taco, or inventing Fifthmeal, or whatever the fuck it is they do. Maybe this was where Taco Bell's corporate schmoozers took visiting Eastern Bloc dignitaries when convincing them to allow a franchise in their war-torn, but burgeoning, capital city. Nope. You're in Marysville. Was this how people in their thirties finally caved and fell in like with the suburbs? We'd start going on about how clean everything is, how quiet. What a great place to raise kids. We'd realize that what we'd previously taken for Seattle's "character" was just layers of grime and a greater proportion of schizophrenics riding public transit. The late teen-something at the counter was all smiles, and began chatting us up immediately about the price of fireworks, as we scanned the glowing menus above his purple visor. "I live in Stanwood, and my paycheck pretty much goes to Boom City every 4th." His banter would have been a bit much, if it weren't for his utter, doe-eyed earnestness. Our orders reflected an abiding respect for the classics, as well as a genuine curiosity in how this particular franchise stacked up on them. Nachos Bell Grande, Burrito Supreme. Crunchy Tacos, Bean Burritos, a "Crunchwrap Supreme." We gathered napkins and packets of hot sauce, we selected a cushy semi-circular booth...and we waited. Quickly--but not too quickly--the pie-faced cashier appeared with two trays of paper-wrapped food. "Can I get you anything else?" he asked. We were flabbergasted. What was happening? Was this...customer service? I almost ordered a margarita, but instead we muttered that, no, we were okay for now, and began to unwrap our entrees. The burritos, as promised, were wrapped with care--folded on both ends, no leaks. The nachos were crispy under their blanket of sour cream and refried beans. The hot sauce was tangy and delicious. The Mountain Dew flowed like wine. Halfway through the meal, someone appeared and asked if they could get us anything else, but we were oblivious. Bite by bite, we were discovering that the ingredients were, indeed, evenly distributed. No more mouthfuls of sour cream and tortilla. No more huddled dozens of naked chips, shielded from toppings by too many of their soggy brethren. No more mediocrity. This was fast food with a soul. This is how you build an empire, I thought. This must be what all Taco Bells were like twenty years ago, before they stopped caring. This Taco Bell, I thought, is the problem with fast food. read more

However I'm super sad when they do weird things like tonight Saturday night 8pm they have one person holding up the line before entry. The person has like 7 cars not wanting to cut. They get out of their car walk to the door come back saying no non verbally by hand gestures and then put a cone out as if they worked their and were holding the whole line up. Several times in the past 8 months, the drive-thru is closed an hour before their stated closing time. They block the drive-thru with carts. They do not pay attention to detail and we receive wrong items and/or not everything we paid for. Taco Bell used to be convenient; it is now an inconvenience. read more

I used to enjoy stopping in here for a quick bite because all the employees are so nice! They go out of their way to make the experience great. However, as of lately there are far too many bums hanging out in and outside of this establishment. They are mostly teens with backpacks that come in to get out of the rain and use the restroom. The owner needs to implement a "keep the change - don't support panhandling" policy, like other neighboring establishments have done. Give to a local charity instead! read more

I got food poisoning here. Like real food poisoning where you poop soup into the toilet WHILE puking in the tub. I am not an angry customer, i have had a generally good experience with this place the four or five times I've been there. That being said, I ate at this location yesterday. It was the only thing I ate yesterday, and I got food poisoning. I've been up all night trying to figure out which end to put over the toilet. Food poisoning is not fun, its horrible. Tried calling them twice and no answer. Had to sit in the drive through for an extra 15 minutes, when I got up to the window they didn't have my order ready, forgot my drink, and were not in any way apologetic. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I've worked years in food and retail and was never allowed to close the lobby earlier than closing time unless it was an absolute emergency. We stopped by Taco Bell at around 8:00 pm today- it was our first time trying Taco Bell, so we were pretty excited- however, when we tried to go in, the door was locked. We tried again and one of the workers actually saw us but proceeded to turn away and pretend to do some other work. We were pretty confused because the dine-in hours supposedly ended at 10:00 pm on Sunday's. We tried the other door and saw another two workers "working" but proceeded to blatantly ignore us. We figured they just wanted to take the initiative to close down the dine-in service 2 hours earlier than normal, as well as ignore customers who wish to come in to eat. It was unprofessional, even for a fast food chain- they should try to acknowledge their guests and advise us what to do in order to order food. Customer Service at this location is great! Order is pretty much always correct when I use the drive-thru. Inside speed is a little slow for a fast food place, but if i'm inside i probably wasn't in a hurry anyways :P. My only complaint is they are not open 24 hours. When you explain 3 TIMES that you want REGULAR crunchy tacos with tomatoes, no sour cream and pay for it at the drive thru, take it home only to find out that the tacos have sour cream and NO tomatoes!
