I still believe that ordering using the mobile app is the way to go, the order goes directly into their computer and they make the order based on your customized selections. If I could give zero stars, I would. After waiting 50 minutes, we were told our order hadn't even been started. At that point, I just wanted a refund. This has got to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. We walk in around 1:15pm, no one eating in the dining room and no one at the drive thru but a handful of Door Dash drivers waiting. We place an order at the kiosk and a half hour later, still waiting. This is not the first time this has happened and I should have learned my lesson the last time. Finally asked for a refund and left. If you cannot handle dine in and drive thru because you have so many Door Dash orders, either put more people on staff or DON'T offer Door Dash (and the others). Ever since the app, I've always ordered online just to save the confusion with people not knowing how to type the order in correctly at the screen and always messing it up. But, even with that, it still doesn't eliminate the problem of the workers not knowing how to read off of a screen properly. Bean burritos don't come with lettuce. Ordered it with no onion and add ground beef, yet somehow got lettuce. When I went back through the drive thru, I had to sound it out for the girl literally 4 times for her to understand me. When they redid the order to give me a new one, it was VERY skimpy on all the items inside. She then proceeded to take the incorrect one back, and throw it out right there. For the inconvenience, the least you could have done was let us keep it. My boyfriend, who was with me in the car, would have eaten it. But no, they like to waste food and money and resources. This place is awful. You get a Spicy chipotle chicken burrito and they don't even put all the ingredients inside. One time i had no chicken just lettuce and the chipotle sauce with a sprinkle of tomatoes. My husband and I went to taco bell less than 20mins ago got a Mexican pizza 6 soft tacos and a burrito. They had us park the car...fine at first. Took 15 mins to get our food to us and it's wasn't busy at all. We live less than 5 mins away his Mexican pizza was once again a mess and all over the place and my tacos all cold!
