While we understand the restrictions restaurants face during COVID-19, we attempted to do take-out from this Taco Bell. We were in an RV which was too high to go under the height restriction bar at the order station. When I approached the window, wearing a mask and basically as far from the employee as a car driver (and the RV right beside me), I was told there is nothing that he could do. It made no sense and he wouldn't budge. Just told me "no walk-ups." Seriously bad customer service. read more

Taco Bell, nothing fancy, usually really crowded on the drive through during lunch time, so I recommend just parking and walking in, its faster. They have a decent amount of staff to put stuff together. Not the cleanest place I've been in, but not the worst (looking at the local Wendy's for that award in disgustingness). If you have never been to Taco Bell, its 100% fake, inauthentic Mexican food done with meat that is about 30% beef... It is great for a greasy hangover cure... For fast food Taco Bell is definitely better than most I ordered two XXL grilled chicken burritos and a Mexican pizza. Granted you may have to wait a a little longer for them to cook it. It's not coming out of a warming tray or out from underneath heating lamps. The food was great, service was very polite, and the restaurant including the restroom was very clean. read more

We have given this Taco Bell a try about 4 or 5 times. Every time, they did not get our order right. We always pull to the side after going through the drive thru to make sure that we get everything we ordered and every single time, we've had to go back to the window because they've forgotten something. And then we get home and realize that they messed up something inside the taco or burrito too!! Why have the option to customize your order if they will not pay attention to it? It's Taco Bell! You can't go wrong here. The prices are cheap and it's a franchise with set standards for cleanliness and good preparation. I've always just used the drive thru here and never had any issues. Get the taco box and you'll be loaded for a party or a hungry family! Great location, but access can be pretty tricky if you're on the opposite side of the road. There are stop lights that can help slow down the flow of traffic though. read more

Two times I ordered 2 Gorditas, they gave me something completely different. I talked to the manager and he said that they "stopped selling them today, but they'd be happy to make a Chalupa and not deep fried it bc it's the same thing". BUT I ordered it that night before they stopped selling them, and before that- two weeks before. So before they even stopped making them, they kept giving me the wrong items. So I went back today and I told them I had two on the books for me. The man said he wasn't going to make them. I asked, "why, because I spoke to a manager when I got the wrong order twice and they said they would make it- just to come back and my name would be written for a remake." To which he said and I quote, "lady, it's not up for discussion, I'm not making it 'period'. I am also a manager, and there's another manager here who's saying no." So I asked them what their name was, and they said "f*ck off." I had a child in this seat next to me! How disrespectful. This is so bad for the company of Taco Bell. I called them after getting home and asked for their names, one manager by the name of Candace told me that man I spoke with through the intercom's name was Jordan. This Taco Bell is great if you don't want any food or anything to drink or any service at all it is absolutely wonderful if you want to stand at the counter for 15 minutes listening to the two chuckleheads in the back piss and moan and complain about the last three customers they had while you're waiting to be served then I highly recommend this Taco Bell and please go have a wonderful visit there and get absolutely nothing in return read more

Wanted to write a review on their survey site for Taco Bell but didn't have my receipt. First and foremost they are incredibly slow at the drive thru, it's in-between fast food and what you would wait for in a restaurant. This isn't just one time it's every time. I was with my wife yesterday and she goes through by herself and she said the same thing to me that it's the longest drive thru. Second, ordered a cheese quesadilla without sauce, received chicken quesadilla without sauce, usually they include the sauce this time chicken. They are consistent though they never get the order right. The owner needs to be present to fix this place. read more

What horrible people manage this place! We stopped at drive through, ordered and got yelled at for our order being too big and to come inside, not in a nice manner either!!! Just your average "taco hell". It does seem like the stuffing in specialty items gets smaller all the time. Burritos are always loaded on one side and lame on the other. But, I've never had anything missing or a drive through order messed up at this location. For whatever reason, the front entrance ( between two doors) smells like a barn. This is the definition of the worst fast food service in the history of the United States. My order was made completely wrong. Also, I ordered a Baja Blast freeze and when I go through the drive thru I always say "frozen." I got up to the window and I received a regular Baja blast instead of a frozen Baja blast. I handed the lady at the window the Baja blast and I told her I asked for a frozen one. She gave me major attitude and rolled her eyes. She then told me that the frozen Mountain Dew Baja Blast machine was broken and she asked me if I wanted a Skittles or Orange freeze. I said Skittles and she comes back with an orange freeze.
