I continued to wait at the bar until my food was brought out to me at 7:28pm. Some details I realized while I was sitting at the bar Was I was not alone in my experience this night as the to go pick up spots were all filled and customers were starting to follow suit and enter the restaurant to inquire about their meals. I also noticed that the reason I could not get through to anyone was because the employees had taken the phone off of the hook to which I took a picture. When I returned home and sat down to eat the food, I noticed upon opening the container that the meal appeared to be just noodles and the honey chicken tenders no four cheese whatsoever and this took from 6:20 pm when I ordered online to 7:28 PM when I finally received the meal. I've given this location multiple chances, as this was not the first time I've ordered online and no one came out with food, leaving me no option, but to go in and inquire about my meal.
