This is a very hip and swanky Taco Bell! It's clean, has lounge chairs and a fast drive thru. The service was great and all the dining tables were clean. The restroom was clean and I came in hungry, left full. I'd be back again if hungry and in the area. It's easy to get in and out of as it is literally right off the freeway exit. read more

It's a place I can go pick up an extremely quick meal while also not breaking my bank. It's usually my go to place when deciding between fast food places now. And since it has been rated the #1 healthiest fast food place in America (which is pretty sad) because of their Cantina Menu, this is my way of "staying healthy" when I want to get fast grub. My absolute favorite is the Black bean Crunchwrap with no sour cream. They have a fully vegetarian menu as well as a menu online you are able to see an allergen menu which not all fast food places have that option to see! I've recently cut out meat from my diet so this menu makes things a lot easier for me. This is "Americanized" Mexican food. So don't think you'll get the real thing when coming here! read more

I've lived in this area for about 10 years now.. and I use to love this Taco Bell! But now it's changed a lot. The customer service is quite horrid.. and very unwelcoming. The woman made me feel dumb for not knowing the exact names of their hot sauce. You can tell the employees don't want to be there. The food used to be sooooo good but it's disgusting now! I ordered a bunch of tacos- a very basic order. They forgot some of my tacos and the chicken was awfully cold. I have a stomach ache and should have gone to del taco instead. Service is okay, worst than most drive-throughs. I ordered a #4 with a raspberry iced tea. Food was warm but tasted off and just not fresh. I also got an unsweetened tea instead of a raspberry ice tea, disgusting. After I paid and got my food the worker didn't say anything. So I really did not enjoy my experience nor the food here. The drive through was hard to spot because the lot is so awkward. The person who helped us in the drive through could not hear us half the time so it was frustrating to order. Maybe they should charge the headsets battery or pay more attention? He wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly either. He sounded annoyed to explain anything to us or answer questions. The whole transaction felt very robotic and uncomfortable. It was the way we were buzzed through the order and we almost felt like he was rushing us. So even though they were fast, it was not worth it. I did not enjoy the taco, I only could eat barely one, good thing they asked us if we wanted sauce and gave us a good amount of sauce packets. I had to use 3 packets on one taco in order to make it almost completely edible. I left the rest of the one taco I was working on because it was just not pleasant. So I was left hungry and flustered. Now I'm just going to leave benefit of the doubt maybe this was a bad day or off day. Or I just don't enjoy their food and that is my opinion and taste. Had the best service from this location I've ever had at a Taco Bell today. As soon as I walked in was greeted by a new employee, who was cleaning, he asked me if I was ready to order( I replied I'm using the tablet at the front of the store), he after asked what my drink was so he could grab it. I told him I got an iced coffe assuming he would just wait for the other workers who had the order to do it but continued to ask how I wanted it made. May seem little to others but keep in mind this guys job was just to clean. I made sure to tell his higher ups how awesome his service was and I hope it gets recongnized. They did, however, forget part of my order. When I went back and told them tho they had it waiting for me, and also gave me a few vouchers for free tacos. Again, this may seem uneventful or unimportant to some reading; but I walked into this place having a terrible day and left feeling much better. I frequent this location as often as my bowels and skinny jeans will let me. My new favorite is the 5 layer burrito, minus the meat. I am also a huge fan of the cheesy gordita crunch. My husband picked up our order and the nacho fries was so cold. And it's so inconvenient to go back to get a fresh nacho fries if only they should have done tht before they gave out our order. Eventhough it's not a big amount the fact tht we pay for the food and it's their job to give a fresh not old food. This Taco Bell is the closest one to our house and we've been going here for a long time. However, after our last visit, we will no longer be going to this location. The staff, the last few times we've gone, have been incredibly rude. This last time we went, we went inside to pick up the order we ordered ahead of time and we could hear the staff making fun of our order and the customization changes for some of our items, and just being plain rude. This Taco Bell location has been around for a long time, much longer than Yelp in fact. It used to be a great location years ago. Unfortunately, the management quality has gone down big time in recent years, and doesn't look to be turning around any time soon. I used to dine at this location at least once a week. back then, but when they went downhill I would rarely go there. About three months ago, I was near Hot Springs and Winchester, and stopped in the Taco Bell over there to grab a couple of Beefy Crunch Burritos for lunch. They were hot, flavorful, crunchy, cheesy, just amazing. Later that evening, I was near this location, and decided to have the same thing for dinner. When I get there, I order them and am told "We aint got those". I say I just had them this morning. She says "Not here you didn't". I say no, you're right. I order something else. I get home, It is ice cold, and absolutely nothing close to what I ordered. I called the location, and told them what happened. I was then cussed out and called a "stupid cracker-ass white-bread mother f-er". I called corporate, they said they would mail coupons. Never came.
