I am literally amazed by the lack of customer service here. After placing a mobile order and speaking with someone at the front door about how I placed an in store pickup order they refused to give me my order even though I could see it from the door. Then they forced me to sit an extra hour in the drive thru. Once I finally got up to the window they gave me my order. And I wanted to make sure everything was in it (because they've missed stuff before) and the sound of me ripping open the bag caused the manager to yell at me "lady just fucking leave" with a very aggressive sigh. Then the dude at the drive thru window threw his headset at the wall in front of him. After I checked everything was good I THANKED the drive thru dude even though he was now starring at me. Overall AFTERWARDS, the food was very soggy, not warm and had barely any meat in it. I'm never going to this shit hole Taco Bell again. The one in Fairbanks is gonna get my attention from now on. read more

I wish there was an option for -5 stars. Placed a mobile order to pick up in 30 minutes. Waited 2 hours just to be told there is nothing they can do because they "lost" the order, they wouldn't remake the food because its against the policy (even though I got an email and app confirmation) and the employee even printed out the ticket which they tried to take back. They couldn't do a refund because it was through the app, so I will be contacting by bank to dispute this charge. Several other people's food order got "lost" as well. The manager on shift Lori wouldn't even come talk to me. Not to mention a few questionable and potential health code violations after going inside. Overall Slow and overpriced for mediocre quality Taco Bell. They often just close the lobby for no apparent reason and the drive through is awfully placed with a horrible sudden short 90 degree turn to get to the window, so if I see the lobby is closed I just go somewhere else. Usually not bad at least first shift several times I showed up after 11pm but well before midnight to be told they were closed or to pull up to window after no response from ordering area and ignored while I could clearly see them shutting down early. I am sure it's because of staffing issues but the lobby has been closed for a bit and their drive through is too difficult to maneuver in a large vehicle, you always have to make a 90 degree turn from the order box to the window. You can easily see the paint where several vehicles have hit both the post and the wall trying to make that angle. It's a crazy setup for sure! read more

This Taco Bell and it's employees are so slow in getting out 'fast' food orders. This is even when they aren't busy. This store needs to hire more competent employees and manager. Last night, we waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes, and still never got any food. We were actually sitting at the window for the last 10 of those minutes, watching 2 kids inside laughing and BSing right at the window. My fiancée called into the store to ask about the wait, was told 20 minutes. He informed them that he had, in actuality, been waiting in their drive thru for 40 minutes. We waited 5 more minutes after that, at which point we pulled around front and my fiancée went inside. He asked for a manager (who appeared, but barely acknowledged him). The only person who seemed interested in talking when we asked for a refund was the kid from the window, who only spoke to accuse my fiancée of causing the problem because "well, you drove off!" Crap service. I understand it's Taco Bell, but if you can't make your cheap ass Mexican food faster than that, you need to shut it down. read more

horrible. while going through the drive through the driver yelled to the back to the seat to quiet down and then the worker snapped back and was very rude. we went inside so we could Easly pay for everyone sepertle. We went inside and they told me to go use the screen instead of taking but I order but I had to continously explain that I had cash and when I asked " doesn't it only take card?" and they walked in the back to ask there boss but never came back with an awnser. The guy that eventually came up to help me didn't know how to use the screen and was having another convo with somone in the drive through. Then he got my order wrong and never gave me my cup. when it was talking a while our driver came out and asked what was taking so long. The guy who took my order was eating food and sitting at a table and two other workers were standing around. Our driver asked them if they were working on our food. The guy responded very rudely with a sarcastic "yes?" and whispered under his breath that we were immature.There was food left on three tables and they gave us the wrong bags of food without checking before giving it to us. lastly but no least while leaving the guy who took my order FLIPPED US OFF while saying "be blessed". Not one to leave a bad review but I feel like we always have a bad experience here. Especially with the drive through. Last time we were here they didn't give us half the tacos we ordered. Today though, I asked for no tomatoes, seemed like they put extra. The guy didn't even ask if we wanted sauce. We asked for a drink carrier, then he asked annoyed, "you need a drink carrier for two drinks?!" Like?? Does it matter?? And again we were missing part of our order. Idk what would help maybe more employee training?? If this is the only taco bell near you, honestly the drive the Fairbanks is worth it. read more
