The food was so delicious!! My family was all very happy with their choices. The house lo mean, pork fried rice, Mongolian beef and egg rolls were our favorite. The ambiance was dim and cozy, the service was a little slow but overall we loved it. We will definitely eat here again.

I've been craving Chinese food for months and had high hopes for Pagoda. But, sadly it missed the mark for me. We ordered Mongolian Chicken, sweet and sour pork and sesame chicken. The Mongolian was heavily sauced and not light and fresh as I had hoped. However the sesame chicken was very good as was the pork, although a little heavy in the sauce as well. Overall not bad but then again I haven't found any restaurant that matches Jade Garden (unfortunately closed) in Denver.

Pagoda has lunch specials from Tuesdays to Saturdays as of Dec 2025!

Before heading to the Santa Claus House in the North Pole, my family and I decided to have lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. The female server was chatty, but made my party of 5 feel welcome. As I sat at the table, I enjoyed looking at the decorations inside the restaurant. At first, I was drawn to their lunch specials that are offered on Tuesdays to Saturdays, then realized that I wanted to sample a variety of dishes instead of one entree. So, we agreed to share the Benny's Special and the Ribeye Steak. First, I tried the Walnut Shrimp which had a sauce that was not as sweet but very tasty. Secondly, the Mongolian Beef was tender with a good sauce on the mild side. Thirdly, the Asparagus Chicken had a delicious sauce that reminded me of coconut curry and the asparagus was well- cooked. Fourthly, the Lemon Chicken had a pleasant zesty flavor. The Ribeye steak had a nice crispy crust while the beef was juicy. Initially, I was concerned that the pork fried rice would be overpowering, however, it paired well with the entrees. My parents loved the Wonton and Hot and Sour soups as well. Since I am from California and only visiting Alaska for the holiday season, I am glad that I was able to try out this spot before they closed a few days before Christmas. The restaurant also does not reopen until the third week of January. Thank you Pagoda Restaurant employees for a memorable experience!

We traveled to Fairbanks and spent a day in North Pole. After asking some locals for recommendations, we were pointed to this restaurant and we're glad we came! SERVICE: 5/5 Excellent service! My grandma forgot her reading glasses, but the servers, who spoke both Chinese and English, were incredibly accommodating and communicated with her perfectly. FOOD: 4/5 We were recommended the steak with the surf and turf, which is one of their most popular dishes. It was packed with flavor (slightly on the salty side) but it paired wonderfully with the white rice. AMBIANCE: 5/5 The restaurant was lively when we arrived, and we loved the beautiful Chinese-style decor.

All of the food came in big portions. It took three people, and we couldn't even finish all. All of the servers were amazing. They even boxed the leftover food for you. The vibe in here is so nice. They have calm music in the decorations are so pretty.

Amazing Chinese food in the North Pole Alaska! Who would have thought?! I highly recommended if you're in the area, since it's very hard to find a good restaurant . Portions are big and great for family. The service was great .

We saw this restaurant on the show Triple D! Wanted to support a fellow Cantonese person and meet Benny. We were very lucky he was in that day. Such a nice guy, so kind and hospitable. From a Hoisan girl, or deah thlai Benny! Dor jeah, in Cantonese I think. He visited us multiple times to see how we were enjoying the food and took pictures with us at the end of our meal. His staff are really sweet too, thanks Jenny! My review is super late, since we visited in April. The food and drinks are incredible. Definitely have to get the Mongolian beef! So glad he didn't let us miss it! Everything was delicious. Also the decorations are gorgeous! You feel like you're dining in an imperial palace. Also, buy gift certificates from Costco for this place. It's a great value.

So when you first walk in it takes a min for your eyes to adjust during the day cuz it's such low lighting ambiance. Lol but it's so quaint They serve you hot tea and water when you sit down and the tea is just blissful. We ordered the hot sour soup and wonton soup with the lunch special and not gonna lie unfortunately the hot sour was wayyyyy to sweet for my taste. And I honestly never saw wonton soup served with zucchini and tomato so it was just a little odd. However, the meals were just delish. He ordered the orange chicken which was as you would expect just delish!! I ordered the general tso added garlic and extra spice and it was absolutely fire!!! It still wasn't spicy to my liking so they brought me over some fried chili which was perfect. The abundance of food is great because it's gonna be a whole extra meal for me to take home. I will definitely be back!

My favorite restaurant in North Pole m hands down. My father dined here a lot so when I'm in town we always stop in dinner. The menu is vast and every single dish I've had has been amazing. The portions are very large and any 1 entree can easily serve 2 people. Price point is average do family style meals and the ambiance is always enjoyable and friendly.

This place was highly recommended. Great fast service. Food was huge portions. The D meal I ordered had a huge portion and I ate it for pick the next day. The Mongolian beef in particular is excellent. It has 4 parts beef and maybe one part onion plus so much garlic. It was outstanding. Highly recommended.

This is my first trip to Alaska. My buddy that was stationed here years ago said the Pagoda in North Pole is the best Chinese food he's ever had. I had to try it for myself and boy was he right! The food was unbelievable and so was the atmosphere. Will definitely go out of my way when in AK to eat here again, will have to bring my family

Came at 5:45 on a Sunday and it was already a full house, but our wait for a table was just minutes. Service was great, food was as good as ever. I'll be back!

Really cool local spot up in the hills of Fox, an unincorporated area outside of Fairbanks…read more I've heard it called a "biker bar", but I'm not so sure that's accurate. They have live music and a huge outside area with a big "beach" volley ball. Taps are respectable and it's a great space, much bigger than it looks from the outside. *pssst* they have secret cabins out back that you can rent if you drink too much. *keep it secret though, thanks*

This establishment is at best a dive bar. We actually sat, unknowingly, under a cast iron circle with signed bras and underwear hanging from it. The crowd did not represent any Alaskans that we encountered. This is a biker bar filled with Harley's, chaps, leather jackets, bandanas and cigarette smoke. Some interesting memorabilia on the walls... I'll leave it at that. So why two stars? The drinks are cheap and honestly my girlfriend's Svedka cucumber drink was pretty good and refreshing. Overall, it wasn't what we were expecting, interesting nonetheless and was a one time experience.
