The bison burger was good, but a bit dry for my taste, so I added a bunch of condiments to it. I asked what the buffalo chips were, which are potatoes with Cajun/buffalo style seasoning that's slightly spicy, so I opted for that and it was worth it, since they didn't have curly fries in stock.
