Bad about answering there phone, good food though. Tried 4 times now, voice mail every time

Stopped here quick after arriving in AK on my siblings suggestion. They are gluten free and I am vegan so we could both order easily. I splurged and got a vegan shake for $17. The employee explained it's so expensive (twice as much as a dairy one) because they special order the cashew ice cream. It's topped with coconut whipped cream. Delicious but not worth the money, make it at home yourself ! The impossible burger was phenomenal, the vegan cheese was perfectly melted. Only thing they didn't have was vegan mayo but that's ok! I didn't opt for fries as my meal was already $25 with just two items but I should have for just $4 more, I was hungry! I did try my mom's sweet potato fries and those were good. I wanted to leave feedback about my experience at Fatburger. The lady wearing the red shirt who seemed to be the lead/manager was very rude and spoke to the employees disrespectfully in front of customers. It made the environment uncomfortable. She also made my milkshake, and the whipped cream portion was nothing like what is shown in the pictures or advertised -- it was just a tiny amount on top. Great burgers, really good group of individuals working there. I went two nights in a row.

Its located in an odd place and the route to get there is a bit tricky (obviously we were tourist-ish). Thanks to good olé google maps, we got to check this place out. The menu has a great selection of burgers and it's hard to chose from..they all look soo delish! It's a tiny location and most patrons ordered their food to go but they do have a dining area..good luck at finding a seat. The service was great..everyone was very nice and helpful with helping us pick out something..thanks guys! The burgers are amazing! I ordered the thousand island fatburger..no regrets! The fries and shakes add a nice touch as well. It's such a great place..just odd and tiny spot. If ever I am back in Fairbanks..definitely getting a fatburger, but to-go. read more

Where do I start. We came in at 750p. Yes maybe 3 people were waiting for food. We sat down 30 min went by people still had not gotten their food. The floor and tables were very dirty and sticky. Waited 30 more min for our milkshakes and then our burgers came out 20 min after. My burger was raw. And lettus was so cold. Burger had no sauce. Milkshakes way to thick couldn't even drink it for 30 min later. Honestly I am being generous with the two star review. Mostly young adults work here so when there is no leadership the service is utterly slow. Ordered wings and a burger literally took an hour and then when we got the food the burger was cold. Also the workers horse around in the front of the store and treat it as though it's not a place of business. You can tell when a manager is on the clock because the place moves with a purpose. I also want to mention a terrible employee by name, "Emily". She is the Caucasian girl usually on the register. She is rude and can't speak loudly to save her own life. Fatburger meal with fat fries. I thought this was fast food, but it did take about 20 minutes after my order was placed for my to go order to be filled. I was pleasantly surprised that the patty was fresh and it was cooked to medium. Overall, I enjoyed my food, but it does take some time to be prepared, especially at the lunch hour. read more

Delicious spot for some tasty burgers. Made fresh to order so of course it's not as fast as McDonald's. Burgers are good size and very flavorful. Love the different options for French fries. Service was quick and friendly. It was our first time there and the woman at the register was patient with us and helped us understand all the options. I'm going to start by saying my burger was amazing! I got a large and next time I may just get a regular cause I ate half and was stuffed. The fries are the only thing that I wish were a little different and were lightly salted. My husband got a Banana Maui shake and it was okay the banana flavor wasn't very strong and scorchin' wings and they were actually really good.
