Grilled Cheese Burrito: In the summer of 2020 Taco Bell released their limited time Grilled Cheese Burrito. Believe it or not, it's been so long since I've been to Taco Bell that the Grilled Cheese Burrito now seems to be back as a "permanent" item. The burrito is stuffed with ground beef, seasoned rice, red strips, and a combination of reduced fat sour cream + chipotle sauce + nacho cheese sauce. This time around I decided to customize it instead of ordering it as is (see my review from 2020). I eliminated the rice, red strips, and chipotle sauce, but added refried beans. There is also a three-cheese blend on the inside and grilled on the outside. The layer of melted grilled cheese on the outside is the star of the show, but it does make the burrito a little messy to eat as the hands quickly get greasy from it. As good as this burrito is, it did fall short of its full potential this time around for a couple reasons. First, it was horribly unbalanced. Half my burrito was stuffed with refried beans and the other half was stuffed with beef. A good burrito should have an even distribution of ingredients. Second, either they forgot the nacho cheese sauce, or it was so sparse that I couldn't detect it. Food was great staff great got help right away as soon as I walked in the service there hands down better then I seen at any other place

This Taco Bell is not that good. Went inside to place my order and no one approached to take my order. After waiting for over five minutes I realized that they want you to use the kiosk. I placed my order and waited for my food. The restaurant had no one inside eating and you could see why by touching any table. There wasn't a clean, non sticky surface to be found. Order came up and upon checking we noticed that half the order was missing. Had to wait to get the missing food after the guy who appeared to be the boss gave us a hard time. No greeting when entering, no care for making the food, no F's given by this location. Will not ever return. read more

Stopped inside for lunch today while I was running errands. Was greeted nicely by a young man at the register. It was steadily busy inside. My food came up, hot and correct. The gal with pinkish hair said "thanks and have a great day" Overall looks clean inside. The meal I got is .51 cents cheaper here than at my local TB. $5.49 rather than $5.99. Read some other poor reviews , but my experience was positive. read more

Don't waste your time going here. Absolutely the worst service you will have. Employees are high, yell at each other constantly, hate their jobs, and will without a doubt always get your order wrong. Hopefully the owner will clean house and start over because this place doesn't even deserve one star. read more

This place has consistently messed up alot of my orders and every time I call about an issue they try to say I am the problem. Zachary R is the worst person to deal with he seems like he hates his life living by the bell. Don't know how he is still allowed to work there, when he's extremely rude to everyone. Maybe if they weren't getting so high out in their cars instead of taking care of orders they wouldn't get so many orders wrong. They try to "trick" people into thinking they are closed by having the drive thru play a "we are currently closed" message while they all hang out inside, probably demanding $15/hr for absolutely no reason. There were order on the counter and seemed to be phoned in orders. Don't you think at least every other order should be drive through. I've only done the drive-Thru, But I've never experienced any of the long waits or bad customer service written about in other reviews. Was hungry after a full day that concluded with a late night grocery shopping trip, so I decided to go for a "Fourth Meal" after weighing my paltry choices for a quick bite. This isn't my first go round at this TB location, I used to work in the area. I've made many trips through this drive thru and there always seems to be four cars in line at all times. If I didn't know better, I'd think this place was a used car lot. And as slow as they are, you'd think they'd be putting together your food carefully. But this go around, I order a seven layer burrito and they screw it up. The seven layers weren't spread out, but instead were bunched up in separate spots of the burrito shell. This caused my last bite to be a straight up shot of guacamole and sour cream. Yuck. I don't know what you people see in Doritos Tacos Locos. They don't taste like Doritos or a taco. The last saving grace of this TB was that they had a Long John Silvers attached, but then they got rid of it. No more Frankensteining fish nachos or hush puppy tacos. Sad face. We were in line in drive thru for 15 minutes before getting to the window to pay. "Alli", the drive thru girl, looked like she was high on something. We asked for sauce 3 times and she gave us a bag of food that wasn't ours. When we gave it back to her, she told us she didn't know who it belonged to and to keep it. Our order was rung in wrong and was all messed up. She kept wiping her nose with her hand, sniffing and seemed fidgity. We won't ever return. There is more than bad service going on here. read more

If we're doing fast food, I'm picking Taco Bell every time. This location has some of the quickest employee turnover I've seen anywhere. It's a new employee every other time I'm here and I never see them again. Bizarre. Customer service truly depends upon who is serving. Sometimes it's the best customer service ever, other times I'm waiting 10-15 minutes for my food and I'm treated like Harry Potter in his aunt & uncle's home. Every single time we go to this Taco Bell the wait is insane. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru line today. When I finally got to the window I couldn't see any customers in the store so I'm unsure what the hold up was. There were over 10 cars in the drive thru line when I left. It's very frustrating to get to the window only to see the employees laughing, smiling, & joking with each other while there are customers waiting. There needs to be supervision or some kind of management that makes sure things move along in a timely manner. Those employees are there to work not socialize.
