If I could give zero stars, I would!! Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager, Luis, is an incompetent fool! Can't figure out how to prioritize customer orders. Couldn't lead his way out of a wet paper bag and absolutely zero courtesy. After waiting nearly 40 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, I left without my food or my money. None of the workers knew how to provide a refund from mobile orders and they didn't even bother to offer a gift card in lieu of actual money. So dumb. At 6:35pm Saturday 9/13 We dealt with the laziest and rudest drive through worker ever. When we first drove up to the speaker he asked if we used the app. I said yes and then usually they would ask if the order was correct on the screen, the order went away from the screen and he said "all set" I didn't understand why he meant at first so he said it again so we just pulled up to the window. At the window he handed us the bag and then closed the window immediately without saying anything at all. When I opened the bag I noticed he put three sauce packets in when I asked for much more than that on the app. We asked for more sauce and he handed us two more without saying a word. I decided not to say anything else and we left. When we got home we noticed he literally put two napkins in the bag. Please train your employees to at least be semi good at customer service and maybe find a new line of work for the rude guy working the drive through, cause he's terrible at his job, because it shouldn't be hard to just give good customer service. read more

Even after I read so many negative reviews of this Taco Bell in Orcutt, I was motivated to try one of their new burritos that are currently being promoted on tv, and the Clark Avenue location is closest to my home. Big mistake! Beware, the Salsa Verde Chicken Burrito that looks so appealing on TV is not what you get if you order it at this Taco Bell. No Rice, no Sour Cream and amazingly, no Salsa Verde! This particular location apparently has a unique problem. The manager or owner of this franchise does not seem to uphold corporate Taco Bell ads or normal Taco Bell standards as stated by other reviews of this location. The fact that the Drink machine spewed mostly Pepsi foam and there was no hot sauce in the sauce bins as well as a young woman with a real attitude who took our order shows a real lack of caring for customers who expect a normal Taco Bell experience. I can only comment on the Taco Bell in Orcutt, California. To this date (6/17/2022), it does not have the Mexican pizza in stock and according to a staff person I spoke with two days ago, she indicated that they do not know when the "warehouse" will get them in stock again. Also, no one answers the phone at this location; I know, I tried twice today. Do not reward Taco Bell by ordering an alternate food item when you showed up expecting to get what is listed on their new menu--the frigging pizza, ironically featured on the drive-thru board. Just leave without ordering anything and eat somewhere else. By re-introducing this item back into their menu, Taco Bell should have anticipated an increase in demand. Clearly it did not. Taco Bell, is, well, Taco Bell. They serve a purpose. Rarely do I think "Dag nabbit, I have a hankering fer some Taco Bell!". It's a place where you settle, not aim, and for that, I thank them. The food is edible, and I don't have to prepare it myself. Sadly, sometimes that's all it takes. Inexpensive, open late, and they do change their menu from time to time. Albeit, they seem to change the thing I like, but I digress. This Clark Avenue location is like most other Taco Bells. Newer building, and hasn't attracted a loitering undesirable element. Yet. So no surprises there. But, unlike any other TB (I can call 'em that) location I have experienced, these guys are in a class by themselves for screwing your order up via the drive through. Wrong items, items not included, prepared incorrectly ... they never fail to disappoint. If you go here, do this: make them go through your entire order and verify that every single item you have ordered is present and correct. I don't care if I hold up the drive through back to the 101, they are going to have to prove they aren't the incompetents they've consistently shown to be in the past. I've given it three attempts and all three times the food is cold not fully cooked and taste so bad I throw it way fearing food poisoning. The speaker was sounding funny and my husband asked about an item that was the new promotion and when the girl who was working the drive through heard she said "what? " three times. He repeated himself and then asked if the speaker was broken. She proceeded to snap on him and very rudely exclaim he "didn't need to be rude " at which point we drove off and swore we wouldn't go back. It was bad enough she spoke to us like we were 3 yr olds... let alone there was no compensation to a burrito without rice.
