Second time at this location, the service is bad. They are very rude and have told me they can't take my order for odd reasons.

Hmm not sure what time everyone else visits this location but I usually go around 11am or 11pm and get good service! I also DoorDash late at night at this location. My food always tasted fresh, they never forget anything and they do great with my customizations. I'm obsessed with the avocado verde salsa (0.20)! I ordered two quesaritos from here and cinnamon twists. The quesaritos were sooooo skinny and mostly tortilla. The first bite I took was tortilla only. I DONT understand how this location isn't closed yet. I LOVE Taco Bell and I've lived in some rough areas. This is my least favorite location of all.. Owners.. I feel for you.. burn it for the insurance. Employees close when they want (not just current, for the past 5 years of me living down the street) order always wrong, don't answer drive thru, (or this year went through a few month period of making you come inside if it was dark, idk why) but after over 5 years of patience and dealing.. owners.. these employees will run you dry. Worst trip Iv ever taken to a Taco Bell. Got there with my online order ready so I could get in and out but when I pull up the man says just a second. I'm like ok that's fine. Out of all the fast food places this Taco Bell just keeps disappointing me time after time. Most of the time I work second shift so I get out around 11 and Taco Bell is the closest place to me that "supposedly" is still open. Online and on doordash it says they stay open till 2 AM. But every time I go there all the lights are off and they decide to close super early which is something I'm not sure you can just go ahead and do or I get greeted by a random employee telling me that they're closed and decide not to say anything else. Also when you order doordash the order will still go through and nobody will be there to make the order and no refund either. Last time I went we had about 5 orders to do so we tried to go inside to make it easier and we were greeted by an employee before we could proceed telling us the dining room is closed and we had to go through the drive thru.Very weird considering every other fast food place has their dining room open by now. When we went to the drive through we told them we had 5 orders and they interrupted us by saying we could only do 2 orders MAX. Let me begin with the fact that I LOVE TACO BELL. I've gone to many locations on many occasions. That being said, I went to this store and received the WORST customer service ever. I pulled up to the drive thru at 1am. I waited a few minutes for service. No one spoke over the speaker so I pulled up to the window to get service. I could see a staff member inside. I'm very certain they saw me there but ignored me. I did not leave. Eventually the staff member told me, through the closed window that they were closed. When I began to ask why? The staff member was visibly annoyed that I was speaking. They opened the window to inform me that were in fact closed. I then asked "what time do you close? So I know for future reference." Their response was "3am." I looked at my clock, it was 1:10am. I then said "ok...it's 1:10, why are you saying your closed now?" Staff member again visibly irritated stated "i don't have to explain anything to you." Then proceeded to close the window and walk away. In the time I was there there were 3 cars that were also looking for service. I presume they were also turned away. read more

Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, line didn't move. Thought that maybe the inside would be faster, waited 30 more minutes as the manager was just sitting at a table eating and not paying any attention to anyone. She also asked a couple of her staff members who were clearly working, to bring her items for herself. Food was really greasy (more than normal). Workers were working at the slowest pace I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. It was like I was waiting for my order at a 5 star restaurant. Would not recommend going to this location at all. I go to Taco Bell way more than I should-- I usually have a pretty good experience. Yesterday was awesome though. My mom mentioned that the last time she visited Taco Bell they didn't give her two drinks that were supposed to come with the meals she ordered. The cashier gave her the extra drinks, no questions asked. I thought that was super nice. Another thing I especially liked was for the 7-layer burrito I ordered the tortilla was crispy, like they had toasted it, instead of just warming it up. The 7 Cardinal Sins of Yelp: Taco Bell on Lee Road Edition Lust: After a few hours of rigorous Valentines day shopping I had a burning desire in my chest, deep in my heart, to shame eat some fast food so I could make it home quickly and not have to stop for actual groceries. Pride: I arrived at this location and pulled it up on Yelp but didn't check in... I couldn't let all of my new Yelp friends know that I was dishonoring the essence of an Orlando foodie by debasing myself to this level with my poor dining choice. Gluttony: As I look over the menu quickly, deciding whether I need not only one but two cheesy gordita crunches this evening, I suddenly realize that there are four employees behind the counter standing around and blatantly ignoring me. I was fascinated by this and became so perplexed that it wasn't until a 5th employee showed up (about 3 minutes after I was standing at the register with my wallet out. No one else in the establishment.) that I realized it was more of an inherent problem at this location and not just me. Which brings me to Sloth: This is literally the only word I can use to describe the woman who was my cashier. She slowly sauntered up to the register while texting on a huge android pone and stood there for another two minutes texting and completely ignoring me. I am not exaggerating. She literally stood less than two feet away, at the register, as I tried to make any sort of eye contact, texting, for two entire minutes. When she finally put her phone down and took my order she got everything into the computer and, before taking my credit card, picked the phone up to send just one more text. Envy: Typically I would have walked out after the first 30 seconds of being ignored by the texting wonder but I knew that the story for this Yelp review would be well worth the envy of my colleagues. Greed: I filled out the survey on my receipt to let Tavo Bell know about the abysmal service I received and then greedily filled out the sweepstakes link to win $500 for my response. It was fulfilling to know that my ire may all be made worth it with my entry into this contest, and I was suddenly pleased and satisfied. It also could have been the gordita. but I digress. This specific taco bell promotes racism.The employee in charge ,supervisor , attacked me and my family verbally and mistreated us.Taco Bell should close this restaurant. Employees don't want to work and are hostile to customers. There is no supervision and much less desire to serve customers. Needed a quick snack one afternoon. I chose to use the drive-through. Even for a car, the drive-through lane is very tight. I ordered a couple of burritos, and the clerk inside suggested their new hot sauce. I took him up on his offer, and enjoyed my two burritos with their new hot sauce. I ordered 2 double decker tacos and a medium diet Pepsi. I got to the window and the two girls seemed to be having a 'spat' I paid what I thought was more than average but have noticed the prices seem to differ from location to location and change regularly. Went there late night to get my girls, niece, and myself something. I get there and the lady says we don't have no beef. So I ask her to sub it for what they had. Why did she charge me 80 cents each taco she sub the meat on. Then on top of that I still paid the extra 80 cents each and I ask for sour cream on my tacos. Guess what? Miserable place. The employees are a joke. They truly hate their job and it shows. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the Taco Bell they moved a sign to block the drive through so no one could enter or order. They came outside and said they were closing early with no explanation but they were going to finish the Uber eats orders and mobile orders. Then they rushed back inside and locked the door. There were 5-6 cars waiting for food. All of us waited for over 30 min without getting any orders. We looked in the window and saw the employees cleaning the equipment instead. I would give a ZERO rating if I could . Disgusting place, DO NOT go there even if you are starving! I was stuck waiting in the drive -through lane for 30 (!) minutes , when I finally got to the window they proceeded to tell me that they were out of shredded chicken and it would be an additional 30 minutes to wait for them to make it. ( they did not know this 30 minutes ago when I placed the order ? There were only 3 cars in front me in the line, I guess they ALL must've ordered shredded chicken burritos ...) I opted for regular chicken instead and the employee tells me it will be more money for regular chicken. Customer service hello? You 're really going to make me pay after all the inconvenience?? Is $0.50 worth loosing a customer? (Similar thing happened at McDonalds and they gave me a couple of free apple pies ). Anyway, it's still not the end : even with the regular chicken ,the order wasn't ready so they asked me to go inside and wait, there went an other 10 minutes. After I got home ,the entire order was messed up .Only 1 item was what I ordered. Originally I ordered 5 different meals and they just threw various items in the bag, whatever was ready and available I wont even mention the quality, that would be for an other novel.
