I will say the food here is better than other Taco Bell locations (meaning they likely won't mess up your order), but the customer service will definitely rub you the wrong way. The person at the window is always a teenager with a bad attitude. I think either the work environment is making these kids miserable or the hiring manager has terrible judge of character. The inside is clean but the lobby is cold. They also run out of syrup in their soda machine a lot and will serve you that soda anyways, so doublecheck your drink before you drive off. I ordered online. It was raining so I didn't want to leave my vehicle and I just wanted to get the food and go home. When I got to the speaker I was immediately told that I had to come inside to order. I told them I had an online order and the response was for me to come inside to get the order. My son went inside for me. There was at least 6 vehicles waiting in the parking lot, 2 at the wondow, and a line of people inside. He told me they had not cooked any food. He also told me that once they finally fixed the order and he went to the counter to get it, there was a strong odor of Marijuana coming from behind the counter. And the food was cold. The food they said they hadn't cooked. Another customer said that they were just standing around doing nothing while everyone waited for their food. So we got hungry one day and decided to figure out where the closest Taco Bell was to our new apartment. This was it. So we decided to use our Christmas gift cards and go to town on this place. We show up and get into the drive-thru. We order like six things and go on our merry way. So, this is a Taco Bell, a fast food chain restaurant. It only has to do so many things right to get a good review. So, first of all, all of the items were in the bag. That's step one, and this place got it right. Check. Second of all, and most important of all, is the consistency in the flavor and the quality of the product. Most of it was A+ Taco Bell. The $1 premium burritos they are offering now are super good. They have some different flavorings going on that's different from the same ol' same ol'. I recommend trying them. But the nachos we got were absolute garbage. There were more chip crumbs than there were chips. We definitely got the handfuls from the bottom of the chip bag. Also, we paid the 80-cent upcharge for the steak nachos, and we literally got three pieces of steak. I know a lot of people say that and they lie, because people like to blow things out of proportion, but I counted the pieces of steak. Three. Just had to pop in and tell you about my experience while visiting Taco Bell in Oviedo. The morning shift is awesome. mean from the taking of my order to the handing out of my food it was a very good start to my morning.. Sure there's been a couple of times things weren't totally correct, but the manager apologize and quickly rectified the problem. The workers were all very polite, quick and my order was repeated back to me and if there was anything going on with something I'd ordered it was explained and i was offered an replacement. Personally I get the food off door dash and it comes still hot! Which not a lot of restaurants don't do. It's been all fresh! The food also is not that messy when it comes packaged to my door compared to some other locations near palm harbor. I personally am really happy with my service! I also am friends with some workers their Alex and Tyler. The work environment seems very decent! The people get along behind the scenes great and provide good customer care and service! What the hell happened to this location. We used to come here and was always impressed by how clean it was. Well it was a mess on 2\2\18 both the dinning room and what little I could see in the kitchen. They had like eight people working and what looked like one women making the food. The others basically standing around, including the manager as the drivethrough and the line inside grew. I stood there waiting on a simple order, drink, Doritos and taco. Hell all they had to do is make the taco. I stood there 20 minutes and finally gave up and got my money back. Its a shame we used to love this location. I even own YUM stock long term. This is the only TB that is conveniently located to us, so we kept giving it a try, but today was the 3rd time over the course of two months that they did not have tortillas or rice. How can a Taco Bell not have tortillas, and on more than one occasion?! The young guy in the drive-thru is super nice though! This is the most disguisting food I ever ate. The 5 dollar box with soda was horrible. The chalupa and the other two tacos broke into pieces upon me picking them up. Probably the worst Taco Bell ever, this location forgets items every single time or happens to confuse your order with someone else's. Not to mention you have to wait like 45 minutes to get your food when it's supposed to be "fast food". Terrible Taco Bell absolutely absurd, here's why. First off I walk in and there's 6 other people waiting without food. I go to order and I tell her a burrito with only chicken, lettuce, and rice. She takes 30 seconds to put the order in. She says alright you said a a burrito with only chicken, lettuce, and rice. I confirm that. My dad orders and overall it takes her about 5 minutes to put the order in. We get the receipt and it got my order completely wrong, it says Beef Burrito Add Chicken Add Lettuce. At that point 5 other people were in line behind us because she took so long. I didn't even go back to correct it because there was no point, we waited 25 minutes for our food to come out. We got our food before 3 other people that were here before us. The order comes out and my food isn't even what was on the receipt. They gave me Chicken, cheese, and lettuce.
