The food is so freakin good the beef is good as freak and one time they gave me extra food

It started bad from the beginning. The rest room is filthy. We ordered then went to pay with cash. They give back NO CHANGE. Not just no pennies, no nickles, dimes, or quarters. Nothing except bills. How is that even legal? We ordered a quesadilla and a taco supreme. The quesidilla was flat very little chicken and no sauce. Basically a dry flat tortilla with just a little chicken in it. My Taco supreme? No tomatoes, no sourcream. I was charged for a taco supreme but recieved a basic taco. The tables were dirty too. I recommend to just drive by this one. read more

OK, so sometimes my order gets bungled. I live close buy and order on line and do so before the 5 o clock rush. I'm hooked on the the burrito chicken enchilada, and add extra nacho cheese, onion,jalapenos and Nachos with extra Nachos cheese,onions,and jalapenos. The more loaded every thing, the happier I am. I love all the extras! Help is always helpful. I get 3 of the burritos, grilled .and save the other 2 and have one each morning next two days. More jalapenos, lots of hot sauce and two eggs over easy. Breakfast of champions. The time it right so its hot when I pick it up. Love it and they know me and all is well. I wish they would have kept the Volcano Burrito on the menu permanently. I don't eat there because in about 4 minutes it is home, but the place is always very clean. so, my husband has been traveling for work. And ended up in a Taco Bell at Pacific, Missouri. And it was the worst experience ever. The staff was too busy chitchatting with their friends in order to wait on him, and he waited a significant amount of time for a very basic taco meal. It was later in the night. It was around 9 o'clock, and he had been traveling for work, and the truck was parked and walked to the establishment and wanted to sit down to eat with the staff too busy to even acknowledge his existence, he felt very put off when he finally was able to make eye contact with one of the staff members asking if they can get his order taken only to have the staff member said the finish my conversation first, and then I'll get to you to which he replied no how about we take my order now. he still tried to give the benefit of the doubt all the way up through paying for the meal and when they didn't get the order right, he didn't complain too much but asked them to fix it Again, people were put off, but they had to take time out of their little video game friends to even help. He asked for hot sauce and didn't get any only to be told that there was out and they didn't have any, and the staff was very irritated to do anything for him up to, including going in through the drive-through and locating some form of a hot sauce Very disappointing and Taco Bell corporation really needs to take a look at some of their staff and franchises in the way that they treat people. This is not right, and I doubt very highly that either one of us will try to make a point to go to Taco Bell. I personally don't eat Taco Bell very often because the food makes me physically nauseous, but he likes it. I don't care how old your employees are or they're not when they're in there and you blatantly see a customer standing waiting to be served. Don't screw around go and help the customer and tell you're stupid friends to wait. And when I called the establishment to maybe talk to a manager, and she had a very nonchalant, stupid attitude and the top everything else off. He ended up getting sick and so now he's out of state and we have to deal with state medical bills now. I would not recommend going to this particular Taco Bell. read more

Horrible, this is the fourth time that they forgot to put tomatoes on all of my tacos, I also ordered a 5 layer beefy bean burrito. The beans tasted like they had never been heated up. They were very very cold, I threw it away in fear of getting food poisoning. I will continue to review this restaurant. read more

Came through the drive through and realized when I got home that my order was wrong. I ordered a bean burrito and ended up with some meat, cheese, and rice burrito. Went back and had to wait in the drive through to have it fixed. When I got home, the burrito that was remade for me was absolutely covered in sauce, was cold, and slapped together so poorly that I couldn't even eat it. Basically it was a sauce burrito with pinch of beans, cheese, and sour cream. I took one bite and had to throw it away. Disappointed in this customer service and was afraid to go back a second time for fear of what they might make me if I did. read more

Not only the worst Taco Bell ever, the worst restaurant of any kind I have been to. They are very near my house so I keep going back for more. Never once have I left happy. No straws, no hot sauce, order wrong. Seriously, always something. Tonight I have finally had it. After questioning them and being assured my entire order was there (two meals) it wasn't. I wish I could somehow give this a -5 star review I am on a road trip right now and this has been the absolute longest I have ever waited for any kind of fast food ever there was a total of maybe five cars ahead of me I didn't come during lunch rush it was around 1:30 when I got here there are still two people ahead of me and almost 20 minutes has passed I wish I would've looked at the reviews before coming here not sure if anyone mention time but this is definitely not A highly rated Taco Bell obviously I will not likely be coming here again but I wish I would've went to McDonald's in the parking lot next to them instead...As someone that used to work in fast food for several years and I can tell you their time to get people out is absolutely unacceptable I am guessing I will be waiting 5-10 minutes read more

Of the 5 places we ate while staying in Pacific. Taco Bell was the only one that met expectations!

Traveling and we stopped for supper. Went in and ordered twelve power bowls and a bell grande. While waiting I was gathering napkins and sauce. The eat in food was brought to the counter bagged instead of on a tray. I looked inside for plastic ware. Not seeing any I proceeded to the table and my wife and I unpacked the bag. No folks were in the bag. So I went back to the counter and asked for a couple forks. The gal said they had none. I said well, how about a couple sforks? She said they had none. My wife got up to see what was taking so long. We asked what they had that we could eat the supper we had just ordered. They said, they had nothing! My wife wanted a refund. I just wanted to eat. So I said well we will have to go find some plastic ware somewhere, maybe a convenience store. When we finally got some forks we started eating in the car. Wow! The rice was rather uncooked or dried out, but it was crunchy. Disgusting!!!! This place should be closed, staff should be fired. Their drive through doesn't even work to order..... shall I go on? Worst Taco Bell ever and that's a hard title to earn. We stopped in after my kids' football games and wish we had just kept going... First off it was disgusting, the tables were dirty as was the floor. There wasn't a single clean table and when another customer complained and asked them to clean a table the employee said "We just got done with a rush and we'll get around to it". Next, there were no utensils, no forks, no spoons and the kid taking orders doesn't even tell you this when you're ordering!!! Try eating a smothered burrito or a Mexican pizza with no utensils!! Finally, orders were wrong, food was missing and my tacos were 90% lettuce with no meat. I wanted a taco, not a salad! Bottom line: Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. read more

I had my son get me a taco salad for here tonight. Ewwww. Aboslutly no flavor, actually had a weird taste. Used 5 packets of taco sauce on it and the weird bean taste overpowered them. It looked like someone dumped a diaper onto a thin bed of lettuce. Plus it was stone cold. So nastty. Ordered a Mexican pizza from there a couple weeks ago, worst one I ever had. Chalked that up to maybe a bad night? But tonight's food told the story. Called the store and spoke to the rudest manager I ever dealt with. Wouldn't give her name, was very abrupt and condescending. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star review if I'm being honest. Had to to through the drive through twice after they gave me the wrong order the first time. After going through the second time I checked the bag and saw that I had the 3 tacos that I had ordered. I ordered them regular and received sour cream on all of them. I have been here twice in the past 6 months or so and have been disappointed both times. This place, while employing the same types of workers as other fast food joints in the area, consistently has extremely messy orders in the bag when going through the drive thru. Both times I have had food spilled all over the place inside of my bag and had to mop up the mess basically. Aside from the messiness of the order, I've also had way too much jalapeño sauce put on my quesadilla both times. I've ordered this numerous times from other Taco Bells and this has not been the case, so that rules out a "hose down the quesadillas with a ton of sauce" mandate company-wide. All in all, I would recommend a different fast food place in the area. This place seems like it doesn't care. read more

Absolutely horrible. We have been in the drive through for over 20 min and we are the FORTH car. There's no way to exit the drive through, so you're trapped. No matter what day or time it is, you get horrible service. It's fast food- don't waste your time. read more

This is a pretty decent Taco Bell. Clean with friendly employees. Sometimes the food is sloppily prepared, and while they normally get your order right, you'll want to check your bag to be sure. A newer phenomenon is that the drive-thru employees seem to be aspiring comedians, at least in the afternoon/evening. It can be fun, but if you're not in the mood, a little annoying. At least they smile and try to bring levity and conversation to the experience as opposed to the grumpy employees at some of the other fast food restaurants in town. While I would rather have food from an "actual" Mexican restaurant, Taco Bell has some pretty tasty items. I like the Steak Quesadilla, and the chips they use in their Nachos are better than many Mexican restauarants...crispy and not too greasy. The Smothered Burrito and Cantina Power Burritos are almost on par with a restaurant. Their breakfast items are just ok. They haven't perfected it yet in my opinion, it's just ok for a change. Their drink menu is a little too Mountain Dew-centric, and the new Freeze drinks are like a cheap snow cone, and I wish they'd bring back the Frutista frozen drinks they used to sell. The desserts are ok, but too much cinnamon...I miss the Choco Taco ice cream treat! If you want a quick, fast food meal in Pacific, Taco Bell is one of the top places in Pacific and you should have a good visit. read more

When you go through the drive thru you will be there at least 20 min if they don't have you pull around to the front door to bring your food out to you. I love volcano burrito and dorrito taco

Granted, it's a Taco Bell, still, customer service means something though I am realistic in my expectations. I stop at TBs when traveling as I can order vegan. Never had an issue before. Management was incredibly ill-mannered and rude. She yelled at me when I tried to explain what I wanted, tried to show her the app where it explains it and basically gives her a PowerPoint on how to make it, she said she yells because her husband is deaf. I explained repeatedly what I wanted and she said she would make it as ordered, with lettuce only on it - wasn't how it was ordered. Her staff seemed afraid to talk around her. She slammed my money on the counter, told her I really just wanted my order though at this point, wasn't really wanting her to fix me anything. When I said this was unbelievable, she said, "Yes, you are!" With an attitude like that, I told her she needed another line of work and that I'd call corporate. She told me to go ahead. I did. Corporate listened to me and said they'd call back though they didn't call me back. Whatever. Don't stop. Go down to St. Clare. Very nice at that one. read more

I live in Pacific and although this Taco Bell is less than a mile away, I literally drive out to Eureka if I want Taco Bell. This location is incredibly inconsistent. If you eat at places like this, chances are you order the same stuff more often than not. The only thing that is consistent is how old and crappy the potatoes in their spicy potato tacos are. When you ask for a fresh potato taco and you get the oldest crumbs the place has every time. You stop going there for what you want. Also on multiple occasions, they just plain left out 1 or 2 items I've ordered. Not worth the trip. read more
