The cheese on the quesadillas and tacos were not fully melted, and the chicken was a weird brown color and smelled awful. Your order will always be missing something or be the wrong order or the soda machine will be out or your drink will be flat you'll be missing napkins or straws it never fails. And your food will look like your three year old made it. Seriously how hard can it be. I've worked fast food before. I went through the drive thru, it took close to 15 minutes. I ordered 1 chicken quesadilla, and it wasn't cut at all which is a VERY common problem for their quesadillas, and it had little to no jalapeño sauce and the chicken was all over which made it look like my quesadilla had been mauled by wolves. This is my first review I've ever written. I LOVE Taco Bell. Unfortunately this location has a very bad habit of forgetting items you paid for. Three times in a row I have driven home, so excited to eat Taco Bell, only to be heartbroken because 2 chalupas are missing, 2 cheese sauces, 1 taco, etc. I'm not exaggerating. Whoever owns & manages this Taco Bell needs some training on how to properly run a business. There's pretty much a guarantee either your order will be wrong or they'll be out of something. . For example just the other day they forgot my fork, straw, sauce packets & including no napkins. My wife asked for no tomatoes & add rice. They added tomatoes and forgot the rice (but of course never forget to charge extra for it). We went back through the drive through and while they left tomatoes off this time, they still never included the rice ‍. There have also been a few times (none recently though) were they'd be out of shells, soda and even ice. Or the syrup mixture would be watered down. And don't waste your energy trying to save time ordering through their app. They still screw up orders, never saw the order, and when they're out of chalupa shells or whatever, they can't provide any sort of refund or partial refund if you end up ordering something cheaper. Not to mention, whoever prepares the food doesn't seem to understand proportions of ingredients. I'm not one to complain when an order is occasionally messed up, but when it's something that happens more than not, you get reviews like this one. Hopefully there's an owner who reads these comments and gets on their manager. For how much fast food costs these days you expect the service to reflect it. Burger King in Corning rarely had order issues, so I know it's possible to run an efficient fast food joint. read more

Wow. So many 1 star reviews. Pandemic has been very unkind to fast food industry. Standardization is very inconsistent. We've been here before and was 4 - 5 stars, but today 9/11/2021 was not a good day. The chalupa was not soft at all and tasted like it was left over from last night; as in stale. When I picked up my taco that came with the combo it actually stuck to the wrapper, splitting in two and leaving the meat sauce on the wrapper. Speaking of wrappers. Why do they use the same size paper for chalupa as the taco even though the chalupa is twice the size? Quality control and standardization are inherently important, but both are sadly missing in most food establishments in this area lately. Unless the process has changed to standardizing just not caring about the food being served. I'd like to obstinately state, "I won't be back!", but being the glutton for punishment I guess am I probably will return. I hope when that happens the employees have more respect for the food in which they are selling to the public. read more

Just picked up the power veggie bowl ! Ordered online and picked from drive through! One of the worst I have had. It is just a bowl of lettuce with couple of spoons of rice and beans. I generally like Taco Bell but this one in Painted Post is the worst. I have eaten there a few times and it was never really great but the Grand Kids have been to other Taco Bells and like them. My last time there I ordered $40 worth of food at the drive through for lunch for 3 adults and my 4 grand kids. When I got the meal home I was very disappointed to find that nothing in the whole order was even worth eating. It seemed like the only ingredient in any of the tacos and burritos was lettuce. My biggest complaint is the price gouging. They are charging quite a bit more than nationally advertised prices. I've compared their pricing online to several other tacos bells and they are charging more than most. In some cases twice as much! They are the only Taco Bell for 30 minutes so they take advantage of that unfortunately. They can be inconsistent with the quality too. Sometimes your food will be falling apart like someone made it with their eyes closed. They frequently mess up your order too. I'd say 50% of the time. Too bad I'm a slave to tacos. read more

When i got to the window I questioned the girl and she told me it was because minimum wage was going up to $9/hr and management had adjusted the prices on the menu yet. I'm calling BS. I would never recommend this Taco Bell location. Here's why: I ordered via drive-thru and the ordering experience was ok. I waited 10 minutes for my 5-item order, which I'm not too upset about but it was one of the longer waits of any Taco Bell I have visited. The issue is that after waiting so long an item was missing from my order. Unfortunately I didn't check the order before I left so I noticed the error when I arrived home. Lesson learned.
