I went today in drive-through and there was an older man taking our order. Everything was fine until we asked him if there was nacho fries and the man told my boyfriend "it's on the menu boy" instead of just saying yes. The only reason we asked was because I know they have stopped serving them before. I felt like he was super rude by saying that. Also he didn't ask or offer any sauce just shoved the food in our car and was practically rushing us out of there with no cars behind us. When we got our nacho fries they were super crunchy like if they had been fried multiple times. In my opinion I have had several in counters with this man and just don't like the way he's has treated us in the past and he is just not great with customers. read more

Stopped by to say hi to friends and an employee, either a manager or someone who thinks she is was horrible. Sent the other employees to check the bathrooms stating a boy and a girl were in there together. My friend was the only one in the men's bathroom, his girlfriend sitting by my side. This accusation was quickly negated as they sent an employee to check the women's bathroom as well. I needed to pee and asked the same lady who seemed to be on one today for the bathroom code, she then accused my friend group of smoking in the bathroom stating the women's smelled like smoke when they checked it (i hadn't been to the bathroom yet) and stated she would be going in the bathroom to smell for smoke when I was done peeing. When she finally gave me the bathroom code, she gave it with attitude as well as threatening to kick us all out when we simply went to say hi to some friends who were there eating. So, I could have died if hunger waiting to have my order taken. When the staff member finally came to the counter, she was helpful and pleasant (I'm assuming the long wait was due to understaffing). Hey all, its me again! I've been in a really dark place (suicidal thoughts) and that's why I haven't been leaving reviews lately. Today, I got a bean burrito and let me tell you, shit gave me tingles it was so good. To say the least, this burrito strengthened my relationship god himself. After just one bite, it felt as if my spirit left my body and transcended to heaven. On the other hand, my friend Lily had a completely different experience. She got a chicken quesadilla and shit herself on the way home. I have never seen someone run so fast to the bathroom. Some may compare her to Usain Bolt. However, she stated that it was "totally worth it bro". To sum it up, this Taco Bell changed my view on love and happiness. There is hope for us all. I usually love going to this Taco Bell, but now I do not like it after my last visit. I only get spicy potato soft tacos which comes with potatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese on a tortilla. This time, it came with very little potatoes, a pinch of lettuce, and very little cheese. I even asked prior to confirming my order for there to be a good amount of food on it. When I got home, I had to add my own cheese and lettuce. I wish they would be mindful and add a normal or at least decent amount of contents in it. I will now be going to the Taco Bell in Atascadero even though it's further. This problem usually only happens during night staff is working. Shut the front door! The remodel here has got Taco Bell looking like Chipotle's. I'm not kidding you. The makeover is glamorous compared to what it was before and I hear it was a long time coming makeover. The food here is average Taco Bell food. It's not crap (unless you already associate this place with crap food) and it's not outstanding, but it rides the middle road fairly well. Which is okay for these kinds of places. I find the in-restaurant customer service experience to be very quick as opposed to going through the drive-thru. The drive-thru can be miserably slow at times. I just have to say that I love Taco Bell and I go there a lot. But the last 3 times have not been so good. The prices have gone up and I order several things every time. Especially chicken crunchy tacos and they barely put any meat. I think since they up charge the chicken tacos by .60 cents for chicken. Then there should be some actual chicken in the food right ?? One day around 4 pm I ordered chicken tacos and got hardly any meat. Then I got a chicken burrito for $2.49 I open it to put hot sauce and only found two little pieces of chicken I thought hmmm maybe they were busy but no they were not at 4 pm in afternoon. So I have gone back several times and still the food has been skimpy. I know Taco Bell makes a lot of money. Sad Ps. The fries are not very good. I don't know why it smelled like ass when we walked in, but it did. I doubt this is a reflection on the normal state of things at this restaurant, but when we walked into this location, it just plain reeked. Otherwise, typical TB food. The outdoor seating isn't the prettiest, but it's a good place to ge away from the stench inside. The drive thru looked pretty solid. I have to think that next time, that might be the way to go for this store. Also, not one of the newer locations or new designs.
