    Tacos! Pastor and Tripa

Prepare your taste buds for a flavor fiesta at Tacos Tilín in Paso Robles! These tacos are so delicious, they should come with a warning label: "May cause uncontrollable cravings and addiction." Trust me, one bite and you'll be transported to a taco paradise where flavor reigns supreme. Tacos Tilín, thank you for making my taste buds dance with joy!

Located off the Main Street in north Paso Robles in front of the Paso Robles Laundromat.

This taco truck has Asada, Pastor, Cabeza, Lengua, and Chorizo! Good luck finishing their burrito in one setting! If your driving through Paso Robles on the 101 it's definitely worth the stop, especially if your craving tacos.

    Tacos and a torta!

Tacos were ok. Wouldn't come back. Pastor is better than asada. I also think they are a little pricy.

Great flavor! I had two mulitas and I paired it with the green salsa. Perfection. Definitely recommend.

The…read moreArgentinian tacos are absolutely delicious--they're one of my favorite things on the menu, and I'd highly recommend them. The staff has also always been friendly and welcoming. One thing I've noticed, though, is that the food can be inconsistent, especially with takeout. I tend to order the same meals repeatedly, but they often taste different from one visit to the next. Sometimes they're excellent, and other times they're just okay. I wish there were more consistency because when the food is good, it's really good. My most recent visit was disappointing. I ordered the salmon salad, and for $21, I expected a larger, fresher salad. The portion felt small for the price. The salmon had a noticeably fishy taste, and the whole cherry tomatoes included one that was mushy inside, which made the salad difficult to enjoy. I do want to recognize the excellent service, though. After I mentioned that the salad seemed small, my server kindly brought me extra lettuce at no charge, which I really appreciated. That thoughtful gesture made a positive impression. Overall, I genuinely hope the restaurant can improve the consistency of its food because it has some standout menu items and great service. I'll definitely be back for the Argentinian tacos, and I'm hopeful that future visits will be more consistent.

The restaurant is right in the heart of downtown Paso Robles, making it an easy stop if you're exploring the area. We had reservations through OpenTable and arrived a little early. They seated us within a few minutes, and although outdoor seating was available, it was around 97°, so we were happy to wait for an indoor table. The inside has a really cool Spanish hacienda vibe with rustic wood beams, warm lighting, and plenty of unique décor to take in. It's a fun space with lots of character and is connected in the back to the tiki bar next door, making it easy to continue the evening with a drink. The atmosphere was lively without being overly loud, and we really enjoyed the classic '80s music playing softly in the background. The oysters were fresh and very good. My wife ordered the ceviche and enjoyed it. I had the hanger steak salad--it was decent, but I'd probably skip the beets next time and order something different. Overall, the food was good, but it didn't quite rise to the level of "great." Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Overall, Fish Gaucho is worth a visit for its downtown location, unique Spanish-inspired atmosphere, and solid food. While there are probably stronger culinary options in Paso Robles, we'd happily come back to enjoy the ambiance, check out the connected tiki bar, and sample a few different menu items.

Five stars solely for the amazing customer service experience!…read more CUSTOMER SERVICE: It was my birthday and I was in Paso for the weekend staying at a hotel. Everything seemed to be closed early on a Sunday night, except for Tacos Valle! We were so hungry. I called around 10:45 pm and please forgive me, because I forgot the name of the wonderful person who did this amazing thing... When I called, I asked if they do delivery, but it's a food truck, so they don't. Who I spoke to offered to drive us our food personally! That was the nicest thing someone could do, especially that night! I placed the order stressing EXTRA CHEESE on everything. I'd pay. I gave the person who dropped the order off a very generous tip of 70%. I appreciated the amazing act of kindness! FOOD: We ordered an ASADA QUESADILLA, NACHOS WITH CHICKEN, TACOS AL PASTOR, and QUESABIRRIA TACOS with CONSOME. I have to be honest, because that's what a review is about. The food had great flavor, but was extremely salty in my opinion. Sadly, there was no consome included, the nachos came with "nacho cheese sauce" and chicken with chips that did not taste homemade, the quesabirria had almost no cheese, as well as the quesadilla. The last thing that was a bit odd, was they didn't have any guacamole or sour cream to purchase. I feel awful for saying anything negative about the food, however, it just was not enjoyable to us personally, mostly due to the extreme salt content. Maybe it was an off night! OVERALL: I am still giving a 5 star review, because the customer service was stellar! Above and beyond! For that, I would 100% recommend trying the food for yourself!
