Great food for the prices. I prefer the value menu: chicken burrito, beef burrito, and nachos. But the regular hardshell taco is their signature food despite the tiny amount of beef. Yummy! In fact, the amount of beef, pork, or chicken in any dish is minuscule yet the food still tastes great. The hot sauce is the bomb! But the other sauces not so much. So I am a bit of a Taco Bell fiend. I probably could eat it every other day, so take this review in with that in mind. This place opened a few years ago, and it remains one of the cleanest and most modern looking. The food is typical Taco Bell. This location always has everything that's on the menu. They never run out. The food is always fresh and usually made well (not sloppily put together). Most of the time, it's efficient, and you can be in and out. However, I have been there a few times this, and I see they have many younger workers there. I'm all for youth employment, so that's not a problem, but service can be hit or miss in the evenings now and a little less friendly than in the past. It's still my spot for quick Taco Bell drive thru in the Northeast. Located in the Bustleton Mall area, it's a hop, skip, and a job from other shopping, and they are open until after midnight most days. read more

They serve the drive thru and doordash first before even focusing on the in store orders. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! The customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE. I came in to pick up my food, and no one was even at the front. When I finally asked for my order, this lady behind the counter responded with, 'How am I supposed to give it to you?' as if I was the one causing the problem. She was clearly making food, but instead of being polite or asking me to wait a moment, she had the nerve to act rude and dismissive. SHE SHOULD GET FIRED!!! It's beyond frustrating when staff treat customers like this. She could have easily just said 'give me a second' or called someone else to help, but no, she chose to give a horrible attitude. This Taco Bell staff is disappointing I went through the drive through and ordered nachos with no beef and they put beef on it anyway ... ordered extra cheese and was charged for it and never received it and they asked what kind of sauce I wanted (Fire and Diablo) then they proceeded to give me Hot and Mild sauce ... I had to make a Yelp account to put this bad review. This place was so amazing when it first opened up, everything was spot on. For me, nothing was ever wrong. Fast-forward a few years and it seems like management does not care about the quality of their business. My last few orders to this restaurant have either had missing items, wrong ingredients or just took way too long on non-busy days. Just today I ordered 7 items, only received 5. On the order were also 6 sauces, received no sauces. So I guess that's 5 received and 13 missing. Having to wait to put a bad review on the Taco Bell mobile app just to get my partial money back should not be an acceptable business model. If you're looking for Taco Bell, do not get it from this location unless you want the agony of missing items or wrong orders. read more

One had mostly tomatoes and the other was just over loaded with sour cream and cheese. I've wanted to try Taco Bell's breakfast menu since it was introduced but no locations in our area served it. Lo and behold I come across this new location on GrubHub serving breakfast so I gave them a shot. I order a breakfast crunchwrap, grande scrambler burrito, grilled breakfast burrito with potatoes, hashbrown patties, and Cinnabon cinnamon balls. The food arrived earlier than estimated and was absolutely delicious. My only complaints are that they did not grill my grilled breakfast burrito (but since it only cost a $1, I didn't bother complaining) and they did not provide any flatware (my friend ordered a breakfast bowl and needed a fork). Since they did not grill the one burrito, it was virtually indistinguishable from the scrambler for me save the addition of the potatoes in the wasn't-grilled offering so with a difference of $2+, the grilled burrito is a superior option. The hashbrowns were comparable to McDonald's but were larger in size (and I believe the prices are the same). The crunchwrap is the real MVP here: hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, and nacho cheese in a grilled tortilla. Fast, affordable, and delicious, highly recommend. read more

Me and my family came here really hungry, the outside door happened to be locked so we tried to get in, but one of the workers said "only drive through we are short staff" When we clearly see costumers in the store. We didn't have a car for drive through, so we called my Aunt to come pick us up to order drive through. When we was making our order during the drive through the worker was already being rude to us, but we didn't mind. We went to our window my Aunt gave them the money for our order and we only got our Drinks nothing else, not even the receipt. The worker asked us to move up so we did but we never got our food, even the car behind us got their food. My sister came into the store questioning the workers about our order but everyone was ignoring her and being very negative. They did not want to help us but just laugh because we looked stupid. Took over an hour to get our order, and when we got home. My personal order, order number 11 was not in the bag. The completely forgot my order and now I'm hungry and get upset. These workers are very inefficient and very rude, I highly recommend this place to get rid of these workers and actually hire someone who can give respect to costumers.
