January 02, 2025 After work, my partner and I ventured to the Taco Bell on East Stumer Road. Our decision was deliberate, a calculated attempt to escape the echoes of the Bell Sauce incident at the Cathedral Drive location. But fate--or something darker--had other plans. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the unsettlingly modern and artistic interior. It wasn't just clean or stylish; it was too clean, too stylish, as though the building was trying to distract us from noticing something it didn't want us to see. An unspoken tension hung in the air, woven into the carefully curated decor. And then we saw him. The same man. Down to the last haunted detail--the two-day stubble, the wild knowledge burning behind his eyes--he stood there, at this location, just as he had the day before at Cathedral Drive. My mind raced. Was this his twin? A clone? Could he possibly work at both locations, darting across the city with the speed of a creature not bound by the laws of time or space? My partner and I exchanged a glance, a silent agreement not to ask questions. Some truths are best left undiscovered. Mercifully, the man was preoccupied, his attention elsewhere. And today, we weren't ordering chicken nuggets. The existence--or lack--of sauces did not concern us. I ordered the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, while my partner chose the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco. The total came to just over $6, a price so affordable it bordered on the miraculous. The food itself was exactly what one would expect from Taco Bell: warm, flavorful, and reliable. Yet, as we ate, I couldn't shake the unease. The modern interior, the man who should not be there--it all felt like a deliberate construction, as though this location were a stage and we were unwitting players in a performance we didn't understand. I will return to this Taco Bell. But I will return not just for the burritos or tacos, but for answers--or, perhaps, to see if the questions themselves have changed. read more

Staff seems to not really know what they're doing.. they move very very slow. Also there appears to be one or two people working the kitchen? I watched them drop things and they overall just appear to be "out of it". As for the environment, it's not great.. seems a little dirty and a lot of people standing waiting for food for 30+ minutes, even for small orders. Terrible. Long wait and we weren't even in the drive thru like most reviews. Food was bad, tiny ingredients. They also ran out of ground beef for people who ordered after us. The Taco Bell menus are crap nowadays. Too much emphasis on Dorito products, chalupas. Go back to what made you successful. Enchiritos etc. read more

Slowest one in town. They are so quick to hand out drink cups that they forget to ask you to pay. Then they do not prepare the food because you did not pay. I recommend if you are going to use cash you order at the register and not in the computer screen. read more

Stopped in with my wife for 1st time, afternoon about 4:30. We were two of five total customers. We got our food pretty quickly and the food order was accurate and well made. Then... it all went downhill. To say the service was poor would be a compliment. What I received was offensive. What I witnessed the reaction to the poor dude who had paid and waited 30m was combative and inexcusable. I've never seen anything like it. Avoid this place like the plague !! read more

Worlds slowest Taco Bell. I even pre ordered. I was the only car in the drive thru and it took over 20 min to get my food. Then I had to go inside to pick up my food. They were playing music in the kitchen that was unprofessional. Nothing but bad words. I hope no one else has this issue here. read more

The service was complete crap. I ordered almost 50$ worth of food and only received 10$ worth of it. When I contacted them all that they said was that since I ordered though the app and it's a 3rd party thing they couldn't do anything for me and I have to go about it through the app. When I did that they gave me a coupon for 15$ off my next order. That doesn't cover anything for me or do anything for me. If anyone is thinking about ordering from the stumer Taco Bell I would rethink that. Or order for pickup so yall know for a fact you're getting what you paid for. Would recommend ANY OTHER TACO BELL. WORST service I've ever had from ordering online. read more

Terrible service. The last few times I've gone I've waited 20+ minutes for small orders. I have been here waiting on my order for over 30 minutes, they've only had two cars in the drive through during this time and a few people behind me in the lobby have gotten their orders before i did. I've watched this location take a huge dive in quality. I love Taco Bell and having been eating it my whole life and this location was usually the best in town. Over the past few years though it has taken a huge hit in quality. The quantity of ingredients is literally disappearing. I just purchased a quesadilla today and there was barely anything in it. One piece had nothing in it at all and the cheese was not melted. The amount of mistakes they make seems to be climbing at an alarming rate as well as the wait time is crazy. went to Stumer Rd. Taco Bell; online says open til midnight; on door says open til 7PM; at 6:45PM was locked up. As a loyal customer I've had enough with this awful, poorly run fast food joint since it's not the first time this has happened. Pay more to hire help if that's the problem. Super good service from staff, they gave us a free drink after they got our order wrong, very nice people and I will be returning.

Very dirty in dining area and bathrooms. Slow service. Unfriendly staff. Staff person in back was unhygienic, repeatedly wiping herself with paper towels, removing her mask and hat, adjusting clothing. She acted either like she was sick or on something. Another staff person was at the front counter with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, mask and gloves off. read more

Worst experience alive, I should have went to Arby's instead. Watched one drop the meal on the counter which was a grub hub or ordered online meal and if any of it was hardshell I would have been pissed if it was my meal, constant arguing and fighting while making meals, almost refused our drinks, never given a receipt, order 3 boxes and everyone else gets boxes we get a tray which lost our chips when one was suppose to be the cinnacurls, done in area looked like they haven't cleaned it 5 hours because nowhere to sit to eat I was afraid to even use the bathroom I wished I could have gotten my money back from service. I don't write reviews (in general) very often but the service here was so egregiously terrible and staff so rude, I had to say something. Happened to be in the area and visited this Taco Bell apparently on the first day of its opening on August 19, 2016, a Monday. What I found was a bunch of unprofessional, rude teenagers running around the place, and a manager who was too oblivious to see what was happening right in front of her. I waited in line for 15 minutes and was not acknowledged as the kids behind the register continued to talk to each other. Waited patiently in line until they were done fooling around. Then, I told them my first name after finally placing my order and the junior manager supervising the cashier said "Come on man, it's been a long day. Is there something else we can put down?" as to imply that my name was so alien and difficult it was akin to him solving a Rubik's cube blindfolded. When my order was ready, a girl looked up at the screen and said "What the hell, how do I pronounce that?" to which the reply was "Whatever, he's right there just give it to him". THIS CONVERSATION HAPPENED RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I glanced over at the manager/owner who had her laptop out on the table no more than 8 feet away for any acknowledgement, and received none. I was very insulted and will never come to this location again due to the ignorant, culturally insensitive, immature, unprofessional staff as well as aloof manager. Honesty so disappointed. I walked in with love in my heart and immediately was greeted by a not so loving shift supervisor. I've worked in a costumer service job before and never have a let a bad day/night interfere with the way I treat our costumers. I came with a couple friends and he gestured numerous times that made us feel unwelcome. He rolled his eyes several times over the simplest questions 1) can you break a 100$ bill? - *rolls eyes* I'd rather not. 2) I thought I got a drink? *rolls eyes* would you like it in a bag or not?! I ordered a Taco supreme and a bean burrito. I got a nacho supreme and a bean burrito. When I told the lady that I ordered a taco supreme she said " yes that is what they look like". I said that is not a taco. She said " it had taco shells in it." Are you kidding me? Who doesn't know a taco from a nachos! I took the food because what was going to come out of my mouth next would of been unpleasant. As I was leaving another guy picks up his order and there are nachos on his plate.
