I understand I might be in the minority, but I'm actually a fan of Taco Bell. Unfortunately, I had a really off-putting experience at this one. It was a hot day, so I decided to go through the drive-thru to get a drink. While I was looking at the menu, the guy on the intercom was mumbling something that I couldn't understand--I couldn't tell if he was greeting me or chatting with someone else. He had a tone of voice that made him sound incredibly bored or whiny, kind of like a TV cliche of a fast food worker. He then sounded like he was horsing around with coworkers, yelling "Owww" into the speaker. I mostly ignored that. I saw they had some new item on the drink menu, a strawberry passion fruit agua refresca, so I ordered that. He sounded really confused when I tried to order what was showing on the menu right in front of me, saying they don't have a strawberry passion fruit agua refresca, they only have strawberry, and the passion fruit flavor is only for some ice drink thing (yes, probably the agua refresca). This is all my interpretation of what he was saying, because he was doing a lot of starting and stopping and bored-sounding non-enunciating. I wanted to back out of the drive-thru, because I couldn't tell if he was high, and I was feeling like I wasn't really going to be able to order the thing I wanted. I just decided to quickly put through a basic order and move on, but the lack of professionalism bothered me enough that I felt I should let others know that this is a location to avoid. read more

I ordered at the kiosk and then waited 20 minutes just to pay, with no employee available to help or take orders. Taco Bell has always been hit or miss, but this spot leans heavily toward the "miss" side due to consistently poor management. The issue isn't the food as much as the lack of organization and basic customer service. If you're going to push kiosks, you still need enough staff to keep things moving. It's a shame this taco bell has such bad reviews. It was clean when I was there, the staff was helpful, especially the young lady who opened the bathroom for me. Ordered a couple of meals and a crunch wrap but forgot to choose the right one. When I went in to pick up my order the worker double checked to make sure I wanted no sour cream which was nice. I then told them I also wanted to make sure the crunch wrap was vegan and they said I ordered a meat one (which I totally did my mistake).
