Missing items, get a crunchy taco when ordered a supreme, missing ingredients we pay extra for, tomatoes, sour cream, extra cheese etc. Absolutely the worst taco bell I have dealt with. I then said why would we use the kiosk when I can order here and specify that we can't have no cheese because my son is allergic..The young boy said that "were busy right now and can't help you, to use the kiosk and turned around". The app doesn't really work any longer, so that's irritating. But that's not the store's fault. What is the store's fault is that the items I got were wrong. We ordered the chalupa meal and it was rung up wrong at the counter, meaning we got one chalupa instead of two, plus the items were charged at a la carte price, so the order was more expensive than it should have been. The kid taking the order seemed like he was completely unsure about the order, and gave the total at the window. Second, the crunchy taco I got was literally half full. I'm not expecting amazing food. It's Taco Bell. However, I am expecting the bare minimum and I didn't even get that. We didn't see how badly it was botched til we got home, and at that point, it would've been a pain to drive back. Instead of simply telling me they are out of the nacho fry seasoning, they let me order it like everything was business as usual! That was the perfect time to tell me they didn't have the seasoning and ask me if I still wanted to order it, but with basic regular fries. Like to help me set my expectations right?! Instead of me making the discovery when I returned back to work and feeling disappointed because I'm on my lunch and don't want to waste it going back up there. So I called up there to see why I got basic fries and the lady that answers the phone is all nonchalant and is like "oh that's because the nacho fries are ending in two days and we ran out of seasoning". No "sorry" or anything, basically just expected me to accept that fact and move on forgetting that I just paid for that stuff.. So I explained to her I don't mind getting the basic fries heck I didn't even know that was an option! But I wasn't here for that so it would've been nice for the person who took my order at drive-through to ask and prepare my expectations to see if it was OK for me to just get basic fries. That's not the reason why came here today I came for the nacho fries not regular basic fries. I just didn't appreciate the lack of customer service. Yeah, I know, 4 stars for a Taco Bell? Yes, I stand behind it. The gentleman at the drive-thru was absolutely one of the best I've seen in a long time, I wish I knew his name. You know how usually you can't understand a word they say? Well, he had a deep, clear voice, and not only that, he was super friendly, nice, and altogether a joy! What can you say about two crispy tacos? They're two crispy tacos. I was coming in after a doctor's appointment, I was hungry, and it was right on the way home. In, out, and on the way. That's all I wanted, and I wasn't expecting anything else. However, the gentleman at the window made the experience painless and very pleasant, which was much more than I expected, so I'll probably go back again if I'm hungry and it's convenient. Went inside at 5 PM on Saturday 1/4/2020. First thing I saw was a older lady talking loudly on her cell phone, laughing and carrying on while on the clock. The floor was filthy and in need of a good power wash with hot soapy water. There was some trash on the floor and the young boy working there twice walked over it with out picking it up. To much grab assing behind the counter with these 2 employees. Tables that needed cleaning were ignored. Food took awhile but that was not my concern at the moment. The place felt unsafe and unclean. A Manager that cared would clean up the place and have employees act professional. read more
