Ordered through drive through, there were approximately 10 cars ahead of us (Saturday evening around 6pm), but I was able to reach at the ordering counter in 6-7 mins. While I applaud any franchise that makes an active effort to employ intellectually disadvantaged people, there really is 0 reason for them to get my order wrong not once, not twice, but three times all in the same visit and after showing them the recipt each time. It was 3 items (2 chkn grillers, 1 beef) and yet the orders I actually received were 1) chicken griller, 1 bean burrito, one soft taco. After showing them the receipt and giving them the taco and burrito back, I wait for my two other grillers. Remember, I showed them the recipt and had a verbal exchange specifying them Order 2 comes out as the same taco, bean burrito, and a gordita. I again send them back Order 3 eventually comes out and it included two chicken grillers (remember, one was supposed to be beef). At this time though I'm so annoyed by wasting a half hour that I just take it. To their credit, they were polite, but these employees are wasting a ton of food and people's time. Well, it's Taco Bell and I had a craving for Doritos Tacos. I went drive thru, ordered 3 tacos supreme and a medium Coke. Sat in my car and munched on my lunch. 1 taco fell apart. I hate that. You bite down and one side just crumbles, and falls apart. Spills meat everywhere. Whatever, I was careful and it didn't spill in my car. I rule. Anyways, the tacos were pretty good. Filled me up for sure. The Doritos leave your fingers very cheesy. Like you've eaten a whole bag, but just had 1 taco. My only big complaint is that the drive thru only gave me 1 napkin. I actually commended him when we got to the window for his AWESOME service skills. I told him I am regularly disappointed by the apathetic service but that he had made my day! this was classic taco bell. If one went to the restroom, there was standing water in the hallway. Not sure where it came from or if they clean it up periodically but they had put out a slippery sign so they weren't too concerned about it. The men's restroom also had water over the drain plug and appeared to be coming up so not sure if the same source. I thought it gross and strange so told the staff. She asked me what I meant so I showed her. She said it is always that way but would mop it up. Makes me wonder about the sanitation. read more
