Definitely avoid this one. I ordered over a hour before they closed, as I got to the comfort inn just across the street I realized they didn't give me the 3 Doritos locos tacos I ordered so I went back to the drive through. No answer for 5 minutes even when asking for help. I decided to just try going inside the store. Nope. They locked their doors a hour before their scheduled closing time and half the employees were running around the parking lot yelling and smoking. I tried the drive through again and went to the window. Everyone inside went out of their way to ignore me even as I called out asking for help at the cracked window. I finally gave up and went back to the hotel only to realize the part of my order I did get (the luxe discovery box) had no cheese for the chips and the burrito I got was literally filled with 95% beans and a little bit of rice. I got 4 griller burritos plus loaded nacho fries. the fries where somewhat good but didn't have really any cheese but they did perfectly on the chicken. an only 2 of the griller burritos only had potatoes and meat, super super dry, and the other 2 had nacho cheese and sour cream. On the way to Moab, we made a pit stop here for food and gas since Richfield had the cheapest gas around. This Taco Bell is combined with KFC so you get some options. I got my go-to: Crunchwrap Supreme and it was just as expected. The food was ready super quick too! They didn't have any fire hot sauce left though unfortunately. read more

Omg! Where do I begin. It was late and this Taco Bell was one of two places open in Richfield. We had just come off a six-hour drive and I was starving and tired. I ordered two spicy potato tacos and one bean burrito - all no cheese. My mother ordered a regular taco. I always check my order before I leave but this time I just wanted to get back to the hotel, take a hot shower, eat, and go to bed. After unloading at the hotel I sat down to eat my food. I open the tacos to find two red Dorito tacos with meat. I'm vegan and don't eat meat. I phoned Taco Bell to tell them about my order and that this is my only meal at the end of a long day. The person said her name is Oceana. I thought that was odd. I told her this is very upsetting. She apologized. She did not offer a refund or to replace the order the next day or anything for this matter. She simply said, "Is that all? Ma'am." I said, "So that's it? Just an apology and you have to hang up?!" Where do I begin? I was very disappointed with this local place. It is usually really good. I went in after hunting because they are one of the few places open. They had done a full remodel of the building and it looked great, but looks can't get you satisfaction and quality. As I walk into a place a lady from out of state stops me and warns me not to go in. That it was an over an hour wait, and she was leaving and had not received her food. So I walked in and ordered. As I was waiting for my food i set my timer on. As there where at least six customers in front of me and had been waiting. I could see how big of shit show was going on I asked where the manger was and was told they where gone and had a one in training there. She was way over whelmed and the service was bad. They had no chicken or biscuits and had a drive through line that was backed up. So I started asking questions and trying to find out why my food was taking so long and why all the other customers was also. As I was waiting the called an order up by name. Which was kami and nothing nobody claimed it, so I was assuming it was that lady from Colorado. As I'm watching and waiting I over here some employees say that the customer was not here and had paid, one was happy and said "well at least we got paid" and started dancing and singing money money money!!!! That's when I could no longer take it. My food was not even up and all I ordered was a T-6 which is chulapas and a taco and big chulapa. With a drink. My wait was over 45 mins and other people's was over an hour and half. My food was shitty and it was put together by a circus clown and cold. I will go talked to the manger today! I'm from here in Richfield and I don't like to be taking advantage of local restaurants let alone out of state people that keep that place in business. This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been to. I am resident here in Richfield, so that's saying something already. I've had bad experiences here for sure, but since they remodeled the place and have new staff, it's actually not bad. The food is good and recently they got my orders right. Big thumbs up there! I'm really reluctant to give this restaurant a one star as one star is probably too much! The service here has always been horrible and the food is borderline an edible on a regular basis. Cold meat, waiting excessively long, a manager on duty who was about to cry and could only say I'm sorry, I'm so sorry and "Is there anything else I can do for you?" Really, you did nothing.
