The staff at this location, get five stars. I don't eat a Taco Bell very often, but I do enjoy their taco Supremes and their miniature taco salads. My mother and I were down the street at an aquarium store when she had a diabetic emergency. anyhow I had to run into this location like a mad woman trying to buy a soda so we could get some sugar down her. I had my money out, but the woman would not take it. She shoved the cup at me and told me to take care of my mom which I did. When we came back into the Taco Bell so I could buy my mom some food and get her back on track. The staff was incredibly nice overwhelmingly nice they were grateful that my mom was OK. I tried to pay for the soda, but was surprised when I was told that seniors get a small soda for free. This is an amazing location with amazing caring staff. I came in Monday, August 10 about 4 PM to get a cheesy double beef burrito and a soft drink. I'm not sure why but these guys seem to make this particular food item very well. One of the better locations. Looks new or recently renovated. Been here several times and order has always been right. Soda machine is still out along with condiments, utensils, and napkins. Also the prices are not inflated. This goes to show the franchise owner of this location is looking out for the customers. Compared to other locations you will see they have inflated and increased prices of certain things--and I'm talking about a location just a mile or 2 away. Someone gave a 1 star review because they mentioned forcing you to order at the digital kiosk. But I was just here as of this review date and I saw a customer order with a person at the counter. Have the best service at the Taco Bell. It's been awhile. This person was great. Andrea Spoke clearly was polite and very welcoming repeated my order correctly and clearly understood. A lot of Taco bells. I have a hard time hearing them talk because they're either speaking too close to the microphone or not loud enough so their words aren't clear. THEY FORCE YOU TO USE A KIOSK NOW. No cashiers. Cluttered touchscreen and absolutely no help from the employees. We left the restaurant without buying anything. I'd suggest going through the drive through and then bring your bag of food inside the restaurant. The Lincoln and Loomis Taco Bells are much better. Avoid this place. read more

Fast food is fast food. However sometimes you can taste the love. Came during a rain storm and my burrito was literally perfect! I know it's assembly however sometimes things aren't balanced or organized properly and your burrito is outta control. Lots of weird ratings to this place. If the workers aren't nice to you 99% of the time you deserve it. And as for the wait times/understaffing, you guys should apply! To the review, I used to work at a Taco Bell years ago and know what the portion sizes are for food. I ordered (and am currently eating) an abomination of a burrito with all sorts of extras, these guys made it spot on. Workers here are nice and the place is clean. I didn't have to do my 30 minute drive home and got to fill my gut up while sitting in an air conditioned environment. A win is a win. read more

Not sure who they have working there, but this is the second time I stopped by after work at 11:15 and pulled off the free for this sole purpose just to stand in their drive thru like an idiot talking to myself. this is actually the worst taco bell i have ever been to. we waited over and hour for food and had every worker ignore every person in the store. people were going behind the counter to try to get their food or refunds. they wouldn't say who the manager was or let anyone talk to them. do not come here. once the food started coming out they didn't know any names for the orders and none of the orders were accurate once we did find out who they belonged to. one person had to get them to remake and order three times and it was just a beefy 5 layer burrito. this taco bell is horrible never come here. read more

The Manager will not let me order items that require the app. Is this business really this inept at customer service? This will be my go to location going forward. After several HORRIBLE experiences at other Taco Bell locations I had decided I wasn't going to go to Taco Bell anymore. However, I was hungry, they have the cheap $5.99 box, and so I gave it another shot. This is by far the best location I have ever been to. The restaurant was pretty clean, I even saw a worker cleaning the tables and floors thoroughly, the food came out quickly after placing my Mobile Order, AND they even had napkins and a fork in the box, which I always have to ask for which is funny since my box always has the fiesta potatoes. This Taco Bell is NOT open until midnight. Ordered online for pickup, got to the drive through and sat there for about ten minutes with no answer because I figured they were busy. Finally, I pulled up to the window and one of the workers saw me and mouthed the words "we're closed". I tried asking how to get a refund and she just kept mouthing "we're closed" and then just walked away. I got out of my car and knocked on the window to get her attention and see her peeking around the corner trying to hide from me. Finally she comes to the window and yells, "we're closed!" I explained I ordered online and she just shrugged and said there is nothing they could do and walked away. The stores closing time is actually 10:00pm on weekdays, the order was made at 9:30pm on 07/27/2020. I have had issues with this taco bell before but this is the worst. Wish I could leave zero stars. Me and my grandmother have been coming here since the 90s. A new employee Julie S was the rudest person who has ever worked in this location since we have been here in the 90s. Literally yelling at my 80 year old grandmother telling us we could not get certain items we always have, then we asked for the manager, who then explained to Julie we can make this order and corrected Julie and showed Julie how to do her job. Julie continued to be absolutely rude and provided the exact opposite of customer service. My grandma let me know she has had this issue before. But no, when I arrived home and begin to unwrap with excitement my burrito with added cheese sauce, SURPRISE SURPRISE. No cheese, not even the pre grated kind that is STANDARD on burritos. Just went to the drive thru with my daughter on our way home from her sports practice. Waited 15 minutes at the window to get our food with no one in front of us. We did a mobile order ahead of time and they messed up every single food item we ordered but one. Every. single. item. But. One. We ordered two my cravings boxes and the only thing they made correctly was the chalupa. Both the cheesy fiesta potatoes didn't have toppings, the potato item I ordered was made with beef, my daughters bean burrito wasn't made with the customizations we put in or the topping I paid extra for, my boyfriends five layer was a bean burrito. They did this last time too. I ordered off the vegetarian menu and I got home to find my food was made with steak. Now I can't get through to the store. I understand mistakes happen and usually I wouldn't complain publicly but it's past bedtime now for my daughter so I can't go back to have anything fixed and after half a million times of having to go back to this location to have things fixed, I'm over it. ZERO STARS! Came into the drive thru... they totally messed up a tostada. Then I had to come in and try to get it fixed, twice! They did it differently but WRONG! This was a totally easy order but they could care less. I just wanted extra cheese no tomatoes. This was not at all a busy time so for them to do it wrong... so many times told me they could care less. One the third try the girl actually was trying to educate me on the order and I told her that I have been going to taco bell's since the 1970's and I need no schooling as I have been going there longer than she was alive! Just ordered two chicken quesadillas, no jalapeno sauce, EZ on the cheese and a large lemonade with no ice. What I received: two chicken quesadillas dripping with jalapeno sauce and covered in cheese. Then was told the lemonade was out so I requested Sierra mist.
