This is my second time here....why do I drive past the other TB's today...i wanted to test whether I got lucky the kast time I was here or was this place great? The answer...Crazy good customer service and ACCURATE with the order, you all know how hard it is to get that at any fast food restaurant, even at sit downs it seems to be impossible. Two days Perfect service. Back to back I ordered: grilled steak taco, no avocado ranch, no tomato, with a "little" pico de gallo, and a "little" creamy jalapeno....and they got it right! The drive through worker "Brittany" took my order both days, oh my, soooo pleasantly nice. Fast, great smile and most importantly...accurate! Finally! I will be baaaack! read more

This taco Bell has always been the best to go to honestly I don't like going anywhere else. Today I went in and got 2 burritos but I had to wait a little and the women was so kind and gave me a free drink and paid for the rest of my bill. Waited 5 minutes in drive thru.... nobody helped not even a hello, so I left. Jack in the box it is.

The workers are incredibly rude. We requested our cheesey roll ups grilled, and they rudely said they will not grill them as it gets the grills "dirty." Every other taco bell will grill them no problem. I used to work for taco bell and would grill them all the time, it absolutely will not "dirty" the grill any more than anything else that gets grilled. Plus they're supposed to clean the grills regardless of how "dirty" they get, every night. My cheesy roll ups were not fully melted in the middle. read more

It was a simple request for extra cheese on a nachos bellgrande....no extra cheese and it was the driest I've ever had!!! If you are going to charge for an extra, PUT IT ON!!! Most likely will not re-visit this location. read more

I vote for 3 stars because the food is always warm and most of the staff are friendly. However, nearly EVERY time I go there, they get my order wrong! It has become annoying at this point because I order simple things like chips and cheese and they are forgotten. I make a drive back to get them and I tell them I received everything except for the chips and cheese and they ask me for the receipt. I ordered 2 more orders of chips and cheese in addition to the first one that was forgotten. They ask me to see the receipt for the forgotten ones although they had already rung them up for free. I apologize if that explanation was confusing, but I feel it is so unneccessary to ask for a receipt for a $1 order of chips POOR judgement call. I probably sound like a Karen but I have worked at respected fast food places and when the customer says they didn't receive something, if its within reason you simply give it to them. It isnt like I didn't receive my entire order. I might stop going to this taco bell because they can't even manage to correctly hand out a simple order. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. First, we went there Halloween night around 8 pm. All the lights were on but no one was there. After cars lined up in the drive-through and kept leaving, one of the cars passing by said they were closed. OK great, why can't you put a sign on the door or on your drive through speaker? Then tonight, I had a special order because one of my children can't eat regular items and they told me they couldn't make it because it will get their grill dirty. After reading some of the other reviews on here it seems like they tell people that a lot. So seems to me like it's just pure laziness. Then one of the employees came back to the window to show me my food I ordered and how messy it was going to make the grill.OK cool, so go make my food, clean up the quick little mess it made, and learn better customer service. This is my first time at this Taco Bell and I went through the drive-thru. There were four cars ahead of me and from the time that I ordered my food to the time I picked it up only took five minutes. The service was excellent. Yes, it is an old building and parking lot is small, but the way it's managed is well worth it. read more

I went to this taco bell yesterday in btwn classes and i wotnessed a man treat the manager "Celeste" like CRAP. He was completely out of line and freaking put for no reason. She handled this incident like a champ. The customer service this woman demonstrated was FANTASTIC!!!! She deserves a raise. read more

Haha it's Taco Bell, I'll review it cause I literally live two blocks from here. It's ok, I personally think it's cute how retro it is inside. Too bad it's Taco Bell, no matter HOW much fire sauce you put on it's never enough to make it actually spicy. I wish I could remember this one girl's name she was rad. The restaurant was kinda dirty and it took forever for my food to be ready and I was the only costumer there it seemed as if all the employees were just standing around talking in Spanish I felt as if my food was the last thing on their mind I will not be eating at this location anymore. read more

Just hit up this Taco Bell for the first time, and despite the old school 1980's themed Taco Bell, the service and food were top notch. Ordered my usual two crunchy tacos and a meal deal #1, and was not disappointed! Fast service at the drive thru, and friendly workers. I'll go there again next time I roll through town! read more

Try the mexican pizza with no sauce, no beans, and extra cheese and thank me later. I've had alot of Taco's in my life and none really compare to their original crunchy taco. Their taco's are not authentic at all but that doesn't mean they're not tasty. read more

As far as Taco Bells go this one is excellent. The employees are friendly and greet you warmly. They are quick and get your order done quickly. They don't skimp on portions as most do. They are accurate, I have had only one order error and I have been there many times. They certainly give their best effort for a fast food restaurant. read more
